Had a trailer light harness issue within hours of trying to leave town on a 1000 mile road trip. Stopped here to ask for a suggestion on how to fix it and they took time out of their day to test several connections and ultimately replace a blown fuse. After dealing with an engine light problem and short on time to pass emissions test. I decided to stop by after trying everything else. They fixed the problem in less than five hours and I couldnt be happier. My car is 20 years old in great condition and I want to get every last mile out of her!! I found this place on Google. I took my 08 Cadillac STS here after speaking to Chuck on the phone. I could tell he was very knowledgeable about my car so I had it towed from a different mechanic shop that I didn’t feel comfortable with and I’m so happy I did. West is a very nice looking facility and Chuck was very helpful in helping me do what was right for my car. I am a new customer to this place and my family will be using his shop from now on. Value is the best quality for the best price, and among mechanics, Chucks the real MVP!I brought my Saab in for a check engine light and some structural wear and it turned into an easter egg hunt to find the root of the problem. Given that I had a defunct foreign car, I knew itd be a difficult and expensive repair. Yet Chuck tore through it and the bill was still under my expected budget!The real cherry on top was the experience of the car driving better and better in the months since. It was probably just settling into the new parts, but its nice feeling the car grow more responsive without any additional effort.Awesome job, Chuck. You hit a Grand Slam with this one!

Chuck was easy to work with and schedule a routine service and a few small repairs. He even reset the maintenance warning in my wifes Lexus which I fully expected a non-Lexus dealership mechanic to miss. Completely reasonable and transparent pricing. No attempted upsells of marginally valuable additional services. Im really not sure how much more you could ask of a small local shop. Hes flexible, does what he says hell do, and makes sure theres no surprises.If you are local, youd be crazy not to at least give a Chuck a call.

My driver side windshield wiper decided to go haywire and stop working on my way to work one morning. I pulled over googled nearby automotive repair places and found nothing but good things about west automotive. I pulled in and explained my situation. Chuck gladly came out took a look, and 5 minutes later (at most) problem was fixed. I asked him what I owed, and he didnt even want to take anything! Thank you again! They definitely gained my future automotive business and I will highly recommend them to anyone I know!
