I have been taking my car here for about a year now. Every time I do they’ve done an excellent job. I took it in this week to get my front brakes done and so far so good. Jason is very helpful every time I go there and he explains everything well in detail. I love that this place is honest.

I had to get my car to a mechanic for a desperate oil change and I also heard some noise so I had them check. It was the front breaks I asked him if he can fix that as well they called me shortly after the car was done and the price was really reasonable I was shocked I thought it would be at least 100 dollars more. Tire Tracks will be my new go-to for my car. I thought they just did tires, but they do oil changes, brakes etc. if you call or go in, you’ll probably talk to Jeison-he is amazing and so knowledgeable. I truly hope he’s making top dollar for all he manages and knows. He’s also cool because he’ll know you by name and follow up in a timely manner.The work they did on my tires was great! They were able to get me in that same week even having to order my tires. I was referred to Tire Tracks by a coworker. I decided to give them a call for a master cylinder on my Honda Accord. The owner Jason took his time to explain everything that may need to be done. I ask him to call me and let me know before he started to do the work. Jason did just that! He didn’t try any tricks that some mechanics pull when you don’t have the knowledge about what you need. I do all my own work on my cars except for alignments which I always bring to Tire Tracks. They always get me in and out same day, are very communicative if they run into issues and always have the car right at the alignment specs I ask for.I sent my coworker here and he had a great experience as well.

I was really disappointed with my last experience at tires tracks in Elmhusrt. I know we all have bad days sometimes. But, the gentleman at the front desk, I want to say his name is Jason, seemed like he was done with everything that day and in turn took that out on me. I didn’t appreciate it. It was very unprofessional. I’m disappointed to say I won’t be returning because I thought I found my new mechanic shop.

Being a girl I’ve gotten so much disrespect and dirty looks when I take my car into get worked on even though I’m not your average girl when it comes to cars.. but here NEVER been treated badly.
