I cannot say enough about how helpful and efficient these folks were for both my oil changes and the recent full tuneup. They also fixed the emissions when our older car failed the testing. They even took the car to the state emissions checkpoint to get the passing paperwork when I had to be out of town for a funeral during the work, so I could finish renewing the license plates. Customer service is second at this shop only because automobile knowledge is first rate.I know that sounds weird but allow me to explain.My son is a local college student and I live 1200 miles away. A check engine light came on my sons car. The reviews of this service center were really amazing. So I suggested my son bring the car in here to be analized. Steve took the car in verified the error code. The code referenced a not insignificant repair. Steve suggested we start with an oil change instead (full synthetic) once that was done the code reset and away my son could drive.Amazing we had done an oil change less than 1200 miles ago...right now wondering if a mistake was made at the other shop perhaps using the wrong oil or filter...hmmm. I will wait a week or two to verify the problem does not come back before having a conversation with the other shop.Thank you Steve for helping us out. Really first class!

We have been trusting Cresent Auto Services since 2010. Very trusting, honest,efficient, professional and helpful! They always go the extra mile. I purchased tires from them in October 2020 and had a tire blow during February 2021 while it was still on warranty. I was trying to drive my van to their shop to get a replacement tire since it was on warranty but had to park in a local gas station lot since the tire was too flat to drive. Rob and Steve from Cresent figured out a way to transport my van by using one of their own personal vehicles to help me get my van to their shop. They replaced my tire and transported my van to their shop for no charge!! I am still amazed by their act of kindness. They turned my horrible, no good very bad day .. into a grateful day. They truly treat their customers like family.

Crescent Garage always does a great job. They are reasonably priced and Steve always takes care of me.

I took my vehicle for a few years to this place for oil changes....I knew I was overpaying, but it was convenient. I then needed to get my brakes fixed....I got a total of 4 quotes and they were more than double all of the other reputable places. They also told me more than a few things were wrong that needed should be fixed and none of the other places stated the same. Stay clear unless you do not care about $$$.

AMAZING place!! Very patient and understanding. I am not from the area and two weeks ago before taking a flight the oil pressure light came on in my car, not wanting to miss my flight I just parked my car and left it as it is. I arrived today and needed someone to give my car a look before I began my three hour drive in case something was wrong with my engine. Not only did they check my engine but also my tired. Thanks to them I had a calm and peaceful ride home. Would recommend it to anybody :):):)

I have had multiple Service appointments at Crescent and always left happy. They are an honest shop and do great work, even suggesting when certain maintenance can be delayed. While they do not know it, I have an automotive engineering background and they have never tried to sell me repairs that were not necessary.At one point, I had a VW Passat that was leaking oil. After discovering that the turbo charger was also on its last legs, Moe asked if I still wanted to do the repair or not because I would be putting in a lot more money into the car than it was worth. This is an honest shop you can trust.

I had them do a used car inspection and they included obvious things in the report like drivers seat is torn. While they did not find that only 2 of the 4 brake pistons were working. Crescent Service Garage charges high prices while giving you terrible service.
