I brought my car in to get serviced for a recall issued for it. Everyone from the person I scheduled with to the person I picked my car up from were very friendly and beyond helpful. I would definitely go back for anything needed and recommend to anyone else!
I will give them 5 stars for how they treated me during the sale but 1 star for the attitude when I called back to ask about the status of the title on the used car for my son. Their treatment of me post sale means they have lost a future repeat customer.
I recently visited Brown Daub Hyundai to look for a good lease deal on a 2021 Hyundai Elantra. Within 20 minutes I was able to find the Elantra I wanted(SEL with premium package) and within another 30 minutes, I was able to sign all the paperwork and drive off. My salseman, Eli, was very welcoming and professional throughout my stay. All around a very good experience. A big thanks goes out to Eli and Ryan, the general manager, for making this a very easy and stress free process.

Great experience buying a new car from Ian and Louis. They were very chill and let me take my time with the car on the test drive. I was shopping for a hatchback and need the car to fit a bicycle in a pinch and was able to load my bike in the car without a hesitation. When it came to quotes, Ian emailed me all the numbers and then pretty much left me alone. When I decided I wanted to buy, since my experience during the test drive was good, I went back. I wanted the vehicle model but not the color they had on the lot, so they arranged a transfer and met a small list of requests I had. The paperwork part took a while, but it is a car, so that is understandable. I recommend this Hyundai dealer based on the sales folks that work there.
I called into my dealership to schedule a recall issue with my Hyundai Tucson. I was given an appointment that was perfect for my schedule. I arrived at my schedule time and my vehicle was taken right in for service. I was told the service would take an hour and it was delivered back to me in an hour. Cant get any better than that

Ian and Luis are the best! Ian is very patient and helpful, and not pushy at all. He responds to your questions (and I had many!) in a nanosecond! Ultimately, he sold me my new red 2020 Sonata, and Luis helped me figure out some of the many amazing bells and whistles. I love how they work together and don’t seem competitive with each other. Jeff the finance guy is hysterical. They make you feel like family here. It’s such a comfortable place to buy a car, right down to the music playing through the intercom!

I went to the dealership to look around and Luis(great salesman) came outside to help me. Told him what I was looking for and immediately took me to a 2017 Kia Sorento. I test drove it, loved it and a couple days later drove off the lot. I was only in the building for about a half hour because Luis was all set for “sign and drive.”

There are dealers with nicer store fronts, but no dealer with better service. I bought a used late model Elantra there. The salespeople were courteous, the price was great, the car was as advertised, and the process was smooth. This dealer is highly recommended.

In my hunt for a fun new car, I happened to find a Hyundai Veloster N listed at Brown Daub. I stopped in with no intention of buying a car on the day, but the welcoming and understanding staff insisted I test drive the Veloster anyway, just so I would hopefully come back if I enjoyed the driving experience.Fast-forward about two months and I was able to negotiate a great price with the salesman, all while not feeling pushed to make any promises or bad deals. I can honestly say that my experience at Brown Daub Hyundai (as a first-time new car buyer) was smooth and enjoyable. All I really want in a car dealer and service department is a place I can trust. I expect them to make a profit so that they can continue to run the business but I dont expect them to try to sell me things that are not necessary especially when it comes to the service department. Dave at the service department is a super star of customer service. I needed a new transmission, the part came in, but no courtesy car. Dave kept me posted when one would come in. Finally a car was returned and I dropped my car off on Friday and it was ready Monday morning !!!
First time here just moved to area, I’ll definitely return, I called to get an oil change same day, they got me in right away which many other dealers will not. I do not know the names of the people that helped me today but they all had fantastic service.
Although we couldnt agree on a price for the Palisade, it was a great experience with Luis and his manager. Courteous, friendly, accommodating and transparent communication. I would say the best Hyundai dealership compared to Ciocca and Lehigh valley Hyundai.

First time weve leased a vehicle from Brown-Daub Hyundai, never had a better experience. In the past it took hours to go over details and wait for the sales manager to approve everything. This however, was different. We agreed on a price and signed the papers, just that easy. The sales staff was outstanding, never once did we feel pressured to buy or feel directed towards something we didnt want or need. Exceptional dealership!!! Exceptional staff!!!!
I went here on a Wednesday with a specific car in mind and told them up front that I was on a time crunch and need it by Tuesday. The salesman (Luis) promised he could get it for me without even bothering to call the other dealer, which I was unaware of before I signed the lease agreement and put a deposit down. I was assured by one of the Sales Managers, Ian, that it would not be a problem to get the car. Another Sales Manager, Angel, told me on Thursday when I called (Luis and Ian were apparently unavailable) that they secured the car and were just figuring out how and when to get it. He told me two separate times he would call me back and he never did. Friday afternoon I called again and was now told by Ian that they cannot get the car. He blamed his sales guy Luis for not following up with me.Not once did these guys call me with an update unless I called myself. I never even heard from Luis when he was the one that sold me the car in the first place. Who knows when they would have told me they could not get the car I was relying on if I hadnt called? They promised me everything and left me without a car and now less time to figure out what to do. The only option I was given was to come in for my deposit back.A complete waste of valuable time that only yielded stress and frustration.
We felt as though this dealership was not completely honest with us. While my girlfriend did months of research the sales person treated her like she didnt know any better. He tried saying the Kona she wanted wasnt available at all or wasnt built. With an easy click of a button online we knew that wasnt true. We found what she wanted easily and drove to NJ to buy it. She wasnt going to settle for anything less than what she wanted and she felt like they were trying to trick her so shed buy what was on their car lot.
We stopped by this Hyundai dealership today and will not be coming back. We had a hard time locating the vehicle we saw online and noticed two cars we were interested in where scratched. My wife almost twisted her ankle in a hole in the lot and it was just a bad first impression. We went to Lehigh Valley later today and there the cars were easy to find and we did not notice any damage. Im sorry but whomever runs this Hyundai dealership should be ashamed, its like nobody cares. The lot is run down and dangerous.

We had an appointment at 8:30 for state inspection, emission testing and an oil change. We arrive at the dealership and are informed that they are not able to perform the service due to a internet problem. I understand stuff happens, however a little notification prior to the appointment should be a standard procedure. People are taking time off from work and scheduling their day around this, and now need to schedule again. This is not good customer service.

The service has been pleasant so far, but be careful when dropping off your vehicle. I dropped my car off and in the key drop slot, there were the envelopes of others who dropped off there car. I had to push in the other envelopes in order to leave mine. This is a security risk they need to address.

On Thursday I made a call to this dealership asking about the availability of a car on their lot. I was told it was available and they asked if I wanted to make an appointment to view and test-drive the car. I made the appointment for that Saturday at 10 a.m. My Dad and I drive an hour and 15 minutes to get there, 30 minutes before the appointment time I receive a text confirming the appointment and telling me to ask for Ryan. We arrive and I tell them the car Im there to check out and ask for Ryan. Ryan is unavailable so another rep helped us. He takes us inside and tells us he needs to check on the availability of the vehicle. He returns a little later and says that someone put a deposit on the vehicle the day before my appointment and that its currently being prepped for them to buy. Glad we took an hour and 15 minutes to drive there and receive a text confirming the appointment the same day, only to find out that the car has been sold out from underneath me without so much as a courtesy call to notify me it was sold and to not bother coming. Whats the point of an appointment if it doesnt reserve the car for you to look at? Absolutely ridiculous and I will never be coming to this dealership again if thats the kind of customer service they think is okay.

Well wasn’t going to take a test drive because the cars are not what i was going to purchase (not high end ) but did because of enticement received in email. Drive was good car was neat salesman had great knowledge of car. What is bad is not enticement after drive and no response from salesman in email. Hyundai is a no go and not reputable in their promises..

I recently had to make the decision to fix my old car or get a new one. The repairs were high so decided to see their inventory. By the end of the day I had my old car traded in and was out with my used 2016 Hyundai Elantra. The buying process was super easy and made enjoyable by the friendly staff.

Although they were very busy on a holiday I felt like we had a lot of attention on us. The lot is small and its one of their stores from the 1930s (so I was told) but the location is temporary and they did get a new property off of route 33 that theyll be moving to when they build the new store. The people here were very good to us and we got a good deal. We only wish we had come here first. We wasted time at other car dealerships.

Fyi if your going to get new car. I do recommend taking a sweater with u. It does get chilly inside office. Lol that was my only issue.
