Very friendly and accommodating. First time using this dealership with my new F150. Oil change, inspection and had a few dents under warranty removed. They were very communicative and helpful with the warranty and other information. Actually had a billing error I didn’t even noticed and called me the next day to let me know about it and resolve it. Also followed up to make sure I was satisfied and everything went well. They also sent a video of the truck getting inspected which honestly, I thought was great.

Excellent service and support from Tom. He dealt with my issues in a caring and professional manner. Dave, the service technician fixed the problem with professionalism and pride in his work. Highly recommend this business. I do wish theyd expand though so wait times wouldnt be as long to get the job done.

Truck has been in for repairs three times for the same problem. Each time we were told it was fixed. We just had the same problem come up for a fourth time and are only hoping it will finally be fixed. We thought about a trade and the used car manager offered us $5000 for a $20k truck. Insulting, especially if they never fixed the problem they say that dropped the trucks value. There is more than one ford dealer within a fifty mile radius or I guess they forgot this.

The cleanliness, appearance of staff, demeanor of staff, professionalism and knowledge of products and services outstanding.As a mature woman it is comforting to know I can trust the service department at Koch 33 Ford.I feel my relationship with Koch 33 Ford will be a long and pleasant one.I wnt to thank the service department for making my experience with them a positive one.

I was told service would take “a couple of days”. Instead, they held my car for 4 weeks, claimed one of the parts they needed “disappeared” off the shipping tracker, and despite this still didn’t do work for 4 days after the part arrived, and still charger full price. Really disappointed in the service, and more importantly the lack of customer service. Never offered any options for a loaner car or offered a discount despite leaving me without a vehicle for nearly a month, never even offered a simple apology. Definitely won’t be returning here.

Kept my 2019 F150 for two days without a loaner. Didn’t fix any of it, and in fact made it worse. Wouldn’t call me back for 3 days and can’t get it together to find a loaner that can accommodate my 3 kids and then act like they’re doing me a favor by simply getting on the phone with me. Ford is trying to arrange for another dealer to bring me a loaner and pick up my truck since Koch is incompetent. Good luck if you buy a vehicle from them. My wife and I were going to buy a Bronco in the fall but now rethinking it.

We were greeted at the door by Robert Peters, who asked all the right questions and helped us with searching through the inventory. Brought us to the pickup trucks he thought we would like to see based on the criteria I told him. We found one we liked and the process was smooth as can be from there. Service people were very courteous, helpful and informative. I had several other questions in which they sent me to the parts department and the guys over there were extremely helpful as well, placed an order and I will be back there in a couple of weeks lets see how that goes, but for now all is good Thankyou

This was one of the worst experiences for service I have ever encountered!!! They sent me a video of my inspection. The tech was yawning while talking on the video. They said I needed wipers for inspection to pass. Which added about 86$ to my bill!. The worst part was that I dropped off the vehicle with 12 miles worth of gas knowing I would stop on my way home to fill up.... Pulled out and my car had 1 mile of gas. I scrambled on my phone to find the nearest gas station !!! BARELY MADE IT. Wont be going back !

Absolutely stand clear or this place or at least the gm of used cars Anthony Marvell went today put a deposit on a truck and then called said I wasn’t able to make it today but could make it within 24 hours of the deposit being made was going through my own bank for financing all was good with the sales person d.j who I had no issues with whatsoever. I don’t know if this applies to the Ford part of the store specifically but when I looked up Koch this is what came up, though I do know there are other parts of the dealership. Anyways, I saved a car on the website a couple of hours ago. I’m not really car shopping just browsing because I know it’s coming soon so decided to look online so that I don’t have to deal with people trying to sell to me before I’m ready and also because I’m just pricing right now and seeing what I like so I can save up or budget my money accordingly in the next couple of months. Within the last hour I have received 3 emails and 2 phone calls from Koch, even after answering the first one and saying I’m not really interested. I know they are going to keep coming within the next couple of weeks too after speaking to a couple of friends who had the same thing happen to them. This is ridiculous my phone is ringing off the hook because of this place. Definitely seems like they are hounds just to get the sale, even if that means annoying their customers. If it’s like this just from liking something online, I can almost imagine how stressful it is shopping/browsing in person. From my knowledge, most people don’t want to be harassed into a sale. It’s pressuring and makes it a very stressful experience. Update: after getting response from owner or whoever I have gotten 2 more emails, a text message, and two more phone calls. Just declined the second one and they are calling again as I’m writing this so I guess that makes 3.

If I could leave zero stars I would. However they are getting one because my truck looked great when I finally got it back. I had high hopes because I have used them to service my truck before but won’t be using them again for damage repair. They never called me or texted me once in the week and a half they had my truck. I called them multiple times to find out what was going on and when I could expect my truck back and the woman at the front desk provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The office manager seemed nice enough when I explained what happened to him. However he also said he would call me back but never did. Needless to say I got better service from the DMV and that is saying a ton. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself the frustration as the damage restoration side of Koch is terrible. I’ll be leaving the same review with my insurance carrier.

Went in feeling unhappy with my previous vehicle. The vehicle was fine but didnt suit me well. I took a look at a Bronco Sport and thought it to be quite nice. The sales staff including finance were helpful and professional and I drove out a satisfied customer. Will definitely return again.

I scored a flat tire in the monsoon last week. Nazareth Ford was not able to get my car in for lack of staffing. Koch not only got my car in, worked the warranty details out and has the tire (not standard size) replaced within 24 hours!

They got me right in in a real mountain time took care of my issues got my car back the same day I was very happy to work was done and done right and they kept me abreast with the video with a walk around my car tell me what they saw and did very pleased

Wanted to get my 2020 Ford Ranger serviced here after hitting a deer back in April. Called them, and called them and called them, never got back to me. I don’t know how they are with purchasing a vehicle, but I wouldn’t even get an oil change for my truck from this place. The Nazareth Ford also uses this shop to fix Vehicles so just beware of that. Ended up taking my Truck all the way up to Ciocca where I bought it, to be fixed (an hour away, as opposed to this shop only 10 minutes away). Shameful service depart, you’d think they would want that insurance money. Would give this place 0 stars if I could.

Maybe it was a bad day for them, but I arrive at 1:30pm for a 2pm appointment but didn’t leave till just after 3pm. Upon arrival, the service advisor did not discuss the services my vehicle was in for, and upon leaving, again the services were not discussed except for me being told my vehicle was good and ready to go. There was nearly no customer interaction at all.

Took 2 1/2 hours to do a state inspection. Nothing wrong with truck. Arrived at 850am for 9am appointment. Truck wasnt done till after 1130am.

I had made plans for later in the day so I took my car right at 6:00 am and they completed it by the time I needed it. They were very friendly and professional. Walked me to my car when I picked it up so they could take plastic out. I would have done that. They wanted someone to bring it to me but I didn’t need that today.

They sold me a lemon. transmission went out a year after i got the vehicle (2012 ford focus sel) didn’t add the coverage that was supposed to be added and gave me a warranty i couldn’t use. on top of that they did not put my name as the owner of the vehicle it is still under the previous owners name. don’t buy a car from here.

This is by far the worst dealership anywhere. Rude, useless, pushy, obnoxious would be the best terms I can think of to describe this place. When you need assistance after the you can forget it. The finance team is especially incompetent. They seem incapable of returning phone calls. I also would highly advise against ever leasing any Ford. They make the process ten times more difficult than necessary. Ive leased for many years and foolishly entered into a Ford lease. HIGHLY ADVISE GOING ELSEWHERE.

This is a terrible place ford service. Micheal in the finance department never returns phone calls. I wish I could at the minimum get an insight on my warranty coverage. I purchased a 2015 ford focus last summer after I got screwed on warranty coverage for a copper I bought and I was reassured that the warranty covered everything after paying over 3 grand for coverages. I found out roadside assistance and towing wasnt covered. Inquired about the coverages but havent gotten a response yet. Horrible place to deal with.

The service department is absolutely horrible! Made appointment for an oil change and waited over 2 hrs. On top of that, someone showed up 20 mins after me for am oil change and was done 20 mins before mine was completed. Absolutely unacceptable!

Came in to trade my Dodge Ram and to look at some mustangs. I must say in all honesty it was a battle to get to where I needed to buy the car, but it ended up being worth it. Most dealerships would let sales walk out over pride or an unwillingness to work but, Waldo and Anthony worked with me to get the deal done. The extended warranty for 100,000 miles is also a great deal with no time limit. Now I’m riding pretty in a new deal where the numbers all make sense for me. This service department is hands down the most detail oriented I have ever experienced. Listen, my vehicle has an issue that is/was hard to replicate. Andrew and Matt never once dismissed my concern or punted the issue. Both took the time to find it and do something about it. It doesn’t stop there. As I checked in and was discussing it with Matt, a service tech walked by but overheard our conversation and hung out for a few to offer some ideas. NOT ONLY THAT, but as my vehicle was up on the lift, the service tech recorded a short video about my specific car and emailed it to me. This gave me chills you see... I work for a large design agency as an experience designer for big brands. One of our clients was a well known national auto parts / service retailer that has seen better days. My team and I designed an experience for them that they decided not to implement. However, much of what Andrew and Matt just duplicated it for ME. You guys are my shop now and next time I need to buy a car, I’m coming to you because I know you’ll stand behind me.

I purchased a new 2020 F150 in January 2021. I just happened to check my state inspection today which I noticed expired 02/21. I only purchase new cars and this was a first. At least I didnt get a ticket for driving without a valid state inspection. Well officer, I just purchased the truck in January, and only have 300 miles on it... I wonder how that excuse would have gone. Disappointing. Thanks Koch!
