Just dont get a flat tire!! I was quoted $43 to fix a small nail hole. But then they said the hole was just outside the tread and therefore I would need to replace the tire. But the tire had only 11k miles. We just bought the Prius from KOCH33. The local gas station fixed it for $15. I thought Koch was better than that.

Online appointments are easy to schedule. Shop is clean and orderly. Professional and courteous staff. State inspection, oil change, and tire rotation took only a little over one hour today. Not too shabby!

Checked in for a 5000-mile Toyota check-up. The place is new, clean and organized. The customer wait area is very open, airy and spacious with ample seating areas with large TVs. There are also cubicles with charging outlets and no-hassle free wifi connection. There is a hard-to-figure-out free coffee/tea machine or you may purchase from an in-house Starbucks facility. This service visit was not a challenge for the technicians this time since the car had no issues. The checking in process was easy and the service personnel very professional. The only improvement I would suggest is to wash the car or at least offer the option.

The last time I went in for service was the first time I had waited while the routine maintenance was completed. I was really impressed with the large waiting room with two TVs and several chairs and couches positions to watch either TV (they are back to back). They also had a counter with snacks and a coffee maker. I did not try these out because I was meeting friends afterward for supper, but the selection looked nice. What most impressed my was that along the glass window viewing the maintenance bays and the lot were six or eight high chairs with little desks that had power outlets with USB charging ports also. This was where I used my laptop to browse the internet while the maintenance was completed. Very impressive, I might wait more often in the future.

I was extremely happy to have my service advisor give me the info on Koch 33. With Tims knowledge and my wanting my vehicle taken care of professionally...Koch 33 was the right place. Im picky and most respectful of what I have...my cars are part of that...and Koch 33 has shown me they understand that. I would recommend them to anyone.

This is by far the best place to go if your looking to buy a new vehicle. All the staff are very friendly and most important not pushy! We stopped it to look for a new truck. We left with 2 new trucks because the deal was unbeatable and WE made the decision, NOT our sales person. I will highly recommend Koch33 to everyone.

This is a great dealer if you are in the area shopping for parts for your Toyota vehicle (s). I checked online and found out their prices are just right for a local dealership. I could have order my parts from an online dealership and save a few bucks for the parts but pays a lot more for the shipping. I am very satisfied with my local dealer prices and availability of stocked parts. I was abled to repair my vehicle within a day without waiting for shipped parts from afar. Please check them out whenever you need to do a little home mechanical repair on you own vehicles.

Brought my vehicle in for sunroof not closing. They were supposed to re-initialize. I gave them the key to remove the roof panels. Said to clean and lube the tracks. None of this was done. Instead they wanted to charge 5 hours diag time to rip my roof apart and see if maybe it was the motor. They also did an oil change and didnt latch the hood. I only found this out when my hood popped open on the highway. Was supposed to get a call from the service manager the next day. That didnt happen. I called and left her a message and did not get a return call. Highly dissatisfied

Good toyota dealership

Took my car there for repairs after hitting a deer. The place was recommended by my insurance company. They had my car for 3 weeks during which time I had a rental car from the insurance company. When they called to say the car was ready my engine light was on. They told me it had to be driven in order for the light to go out. I asked if it was safe to drive and they assured me it was. As soon as I got on the highway my car started to hesitate so I got off at the next exit. I made it home and when my boyfriend checked the oil he couldnt get the oil stick back in. Apparently my engine light was for a bad camshaft sensor caused by the accident. Needless to say I had to have the car towed back to Koch. At first they tried to tell me they werent responsible for the new repairs cause it wasnt part of the accident. Nice try, it was part of the accident. Also my automatic car starter no longer worked after the accident which they said they checked and they didnt. After having the car back for a couple weeks my boyfriend looked the car over from head to toe and wrote down everything that they didnt do and once again for the 3rd time took the car back. Well theyve had my car for a week now and its still not ready. Had I known they would take this long I would have insisted on a rental from them at their expense instead of borrowing someone elses car. Bottom line I will never do business with them anymore. And possibly not Geico since Im the one doing all the legwork, what am I paying them for!

Had me drive 45 minutes, wait 40 minutes, only to completely change my deal for some ridiculous reason that could have been said over the phone. They, in typical stealership fashion, said whatever they needed to so I would drive down and settle for their terms, not mine.

Went in to have routine maintenance completed on my Expedition MAX. Great easy experience. Took longer than expected for a new vehicle that only need oil change and tire rotation (two hours). However the waiting room was comfortable to sit in, but cold for this time of year. Great customer service and helpful on questions. Very polite and they make you feel valued. I would have given a 5 star rating if it werent for the amount of time I spent there. Definitely will use them again.

Dropped my truck off at 9:30am, had previously made an appointment; didnt here anything all day, returned at 5pm, was told the tech should be finishing up... 630 was told about 2 issues, both warranty, but by that time only had time to address one issue.I got the impression my vehicle wasnt looked at until I arrived at 5:00 p.m.If there isnt time for service, they shouldnt give you an appointment...

Horrible experience. Brought my car in that I bought from them with a warranty. My engine seized and I called and they told me exactly what building I should drop off the car to. The first three days I got no call on what was going on. I called and they couldnt figure out where my car was. I was redirected to different departments and was told I bought the car from a department I never even stepped into. Finally when they did find my car I was put in a queue where they didnt even check my car for another three days. At this point my car was there for over a week counting weekends. Then I had to wait for them to inspect and take apart the engine, get a warranty guy out there, then do the work. Another 2 weeks plus. When I got my car back, a month after I brought it in, the bill was not what I was told over the phone. I regret buying my car from here.

Fun to look around. But its just scam after scam. They took 10 thousand dollars off my brand new car trade in, for a small scratch.

I went there to test a used jeep out. I mean a jeep is a jeep but this jeep was mint. Its very obvious they take care of the cars that come through their door. Jason, the representative that took me on this test drive knew exactly what road to take me on to see the vehicles full potential. The no pressure sales was very comforting... Being a bit of a salesmen myself, he didnt try any tactics that the usual car salesmen do which I was greatful for. He knows his stuff and can not wait to purchase my new vehicle. I found a car on their website that I wanted to test drive, so I set up an appointment to do so. I received email confirmation with the name of the sales agent I should ask for when I arrived. I arrived onsite and asked for the sales agent, but they were unavailable. I waited for about 10 minutes and when they still werent available, another none commissioned sales person took over the appointment and test drive. I thoroughly enjoyed the test drive, and expressed my desire to buy the car, but I had to wait for the insurance settlement first. The sales agent bent over backwards to make sure the vehicle was kept available for me until that was settled and was able to drive away in it.Shaky start but a stellar finish.
