Its been about 6 months since I purchased my White AWD Giulia Ti from Brown Daub Alfa in Easton. Im 100% satisfied with everything about this Italian sport sedan. This was the best car buying experience I ever had! This is my second vehicle purchase from this dealership and I would do it again in a heartbeat! I usually dread purchasing a car because it’s not a “game” I like to play. I hate when a salesman says “this deal is today only.” The only two times I felt like I actually received a “deal” on a vehicle were both times at THIS dealership. In fact, I drove 53 miles out of the way to come to this place! I was not pressured into purchasing a vehicle and was given ample time to make a decision. Yiannis was great from beginning to end. Very professional, knowledgeable and Extremely helpful. I would recommend this dealership and Yiannis to anyone!! If I could give 15 stars I would!
Recently purchased an Alfa Romeo Stelvio TI Sport from Brown-Daub and had a wonderful buying experience. Yiannis was professional and attentive and found us a Stelvio with all the options we were looking for. We looked at Jaguars and Volvos but were ultimately drawn to this beautiful Italian work of art! While deciding, the sales staff, and Yiannis in particular, helped seal the sale because of the relaxed atmosphere and no sense of being pushed. In my opinion, liking a dealership and how they treat you as a customer is so important. We highly recommend checking them out if you are in the market for a unique driving experience and to own a car that doesnt have a doppelganger everywhere you look!

I picked up my Giulia AWD Ti Sport on 5/18..Im in love! Mitchel, my sales consultant, was very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. His manager, Ryan, was very helpful and supportive during my lease process as well. My constructive criticism, for all dealerships, is to be transparent and help make consumers feel at ease with the car purchase process. I brought my Giulia here for warranty service. Everyone I dealt with were very friendly, helpful and professional; especially Christine Smith. They gave me a great Stelvio loaner; and my car was fixed sooner than expected; and it was washed, which was a nice extra. Great service department.
Overall a pleasant experience and very happy with the car. The most responsive and knowledgable of the Fiat/Alfa dealerships that I visited in SE PA. Some purchase details were switched at the 11th hour but overall did not influence much.
My grandmother and I had a wonderful car buying experience with Yiannis. He very quickly and expertly showed us our options and helped my grandmother to find the perfect car for her. She settled on a Fiat 500x and could not be happier with her purchase. The car is wonderful, the service and support is top notch, and Yiannis is just a phone call away for anything that should come up, even post-purchase. A Nightmare Im still hoping to wake up from! I brought my 2018 Guilia Ti to have 2 recalls fixed. Both of which had been supposedly resolved months prior. (Auto Start-Stop, and Fuel Gauge.)I brought my car in on a Saturday. Assuming itd get serviced as I waited. Which was the case the previous times. (Both recall issues were supposedly repaired within an hour or so.)Thats when this drawn-out fiasco began. With the Service. Employee Dennis. He tells me they only have 4 Mechanics on what is undoubtedly the busiest day of the week.The waiting area was packed with customers most likely having minor work done. Oil changes and the like. So I am notified that basically these take presedence over two recall issues that should have been fixed the first time.Fine. So I reluctantly accept a loaner. Monday comes, no correspondence until approximately 5:30 when Dennis leaves me a message to call him back. I do so within minutes and of course the phone just rings until I finally give up. (No ability to leave a return voicemail.)Tuesday comes. Nothing. Only after demanding to speak to the Manager, Ryan does he call me back. I inquire about the status of my vehicle. He replies by asking me to remind him what the car was dropped off for. Huh???So I remind him of what was clearly discussed when I made the appointment. And which I saw him write down as I was dropping it off. Im told Ill be gotten back to shortly. Nothing for the remainder of the day.A bunch of dodged calls inbetween and Wednesday afternoon comes around. The 4th day now that my car has been sitting in a parking spot somewhere. After more attempts to reach him on the phone he calls me back to inform me he found 2 non-related issues with the car that he needs to order parts for to the tune of $800+. (Of course you did.)No mention of the reason why I brought it in in the first place. I ask if theyre covered under warranty. After paperwork being shuffled and a bunch of mumbling he says he doesnt think so.Not sure. So I advise him that he might want to check. He informs me that he needs to adk someone else and will call me back in a half hour. 2 hours pass by. I call and keep getting an Assistant at the desk. I now ask again to speak to the Manager.Im put on hold. And it just goes straight to voicemail. I call again. She offers to transfer me to Dennis. Whom at this point clearly is not the person to speak to.I decline and finally fed up; I tell her to just forget it. I will come in after work to pick up my vehicle and return the loaner and hang up.A few minutes later I predictably get a call and voicemessage from Dennis asking me to call him back. Not happening. Long past that point of dealing with more incompetence.I go to pick up my vehicle that night around 7pm. Nobody there has a clue what Im there for. So I tell the assistant Im done playing games and to bring me my keys.I then go to whomever is on staff at the time. And explain what happened. The gentleman was courteous and apologetic. Seemed to be sincere. Unfortunately I could not bring myself to allow it to stay anywhere near this Dennis character.In conclusion, 4 days. 4 days of being jerked around, inconvenienced, and literally given a migrane. The 2 recall issues were never even touched. As I am now forced to either have to drive almost 2 hours to the next nearest dealership in PA.Or go even further out of my way out of State to New Jersey. How such outright incompetence and lunacy is employed there is mind boggling. Surely I am not the first, and definitely not the last to experience this.I suppose the Manager had a word with Dennis early on when I had called and this was being done out of spite. I honestly hope that was the case. Otherwise that dealership is not checking resumes.The kicker is I was actually contemplating the purchase of a second vehicle from them! Way to go Service Dept! I will never step foot in that house of horrors again.And especially if you have a recall to be addressed, steer clear! Theres no $$$ to be made off of us.
This was our first experience at a dealership where we didnt feel rushed or pressured into a bad deal. There are no hidden fees. Kevin and Ryan cared that we felt confortable with our purchase. Kevin treated us with respect and seemed very honest. We hope to do more business with them in the future!

What an absolutely wonderful experience. I worked with Stephanie before the deal and Mitchel during the process itself and everything went great.I got a great price on the car I wanted, an EXTREMELY fair price on my trade, and the process couldnt have been smoother.Halfway through going through evrrything I had a critical business meeting pop into my calendar. Mitchel got me a quiet office, some water, and made sure I was able to get comfortable and set-up and held tight while I had my meeting. Afterwards he was ready to go and get me home in my new car, fast!These are wonderful people to work with that treat you fairly and clearly want to make you a long term customer and not just a one and done sale.If you want an Alfa (or a Fiat while you can) this is the place to go.
Very customer friendly, mitch was very relatable and easy to get along with making the car buying experience less painful. Some issues came up with my personal insurance and registration but the team here handled it very well and quickly.
My car had an electrical problem. It was damaged upon tow. I have been ignored by the dealership, premium care and roadside. I will change this review upon a positive resolution. It has been so difficult to deal with Alfa Romeo that I cannot recommend somebody buy this finicky car.
I dealt with Brian and Ryan on my stelvio purchase. They were both fantastic and super accommodating. I would recommend anyone interested, in this unique to America brand, to contact these gentlemen and let them show you around. Picked out the car online, transaction took 20 mins max, 20 mins going over features(brian would have spent much more time, but I was in a rush) and we took delivery all in less than an hour.
Came here to test drive a car and was treated very well and drove the car with no issue. They were prompt in negotiations and were very concerned on my thoughts about their brand and dealership
