The repairs done to my car were fine and my car runs great now. However the woman who took my payment for the services, was extremely rude. And she is every time I’ve had to pay for something before there. I came up and simply told her I was here to pick up my Sentra and that it had been inspected today, and all she kept saying to me was “and” every time I finished a sentence. And then rudely stated that “a name would be nice so I know which keys to give you” her customer service was less than up to par for sure. And simply asking for name would have made the transition run more smoothly.

I was pleasantly surprised that this dealership gave me exactly what I wanted for my trade in car and the price I wanted to be at out the door with my new car. I really liked the customer service here, they take good care of you. Transmission went on my 2014 pathfinder. 102,250 miles. Warranty only went for 84k miles?? Dealer didn’t care, Nissan only stands behind the transmission for 84k miles? Unbelievable. Any other car I couldBut for same amount would guarantee to 100k. Have owned bass and almost continuously for over 25 years. So disgusted with this.

I could never say enough nice comments about Kelly Nissan I have been coming in for service and every three years for a new car. Your staff is friendly, knowledgeable and sensitive to my issues and everyone elses also.I do have just a couple of suggestions. One is when your service rep comes out to the waiting room could they give the customer usually bad news in a private setting. I always feel badly for these customers and myself a couple of times in telling everyone listening what is wrong, and what it cost. You could even ask the customer to come into the kiddie playroom if empty. Secondly when I come or we come back to return the car and get a new one can this process be slimmed down. It is a very long process, and quite frankly I do not look forward to when this happens for myself. Great staff, very thorough; but much too long at least for me. I really cant speak for other customers. You are still the best, and Im not going nowhere even if things I mentioned can t be fixed. Thank you Copper Haith

My daughter bought a 2018 Nissan Rouge Sport Kelly Nissan about 1 year ago . Certified pre-owned, the car has about 67,000 miles on it. Nissan now told her the transmissions is bad!! Not only is it bad there is not open appointment for over a week to have her car looked at. We did ask about under the certified pre-owned warranty about a loner car. Of course, we were told my daughter does not meet the age requirement to get a car!! Even if she did there are none available!! Are you kidding me?? They did not have problem selling her a car. They lady at service suggested she rents a car or have a family member or friend loan her a car! Forget the fact that she still pays on her car, and needs to attend school and work. The fact that she is covered under warranty. We did try to speak to several people about this and get the same run around. I would not buy from this place!!! This would be a zero star if I had the choice!!!!

I bought a $8499 used 2010 Honda Pilot for my son he has three daughters ages 6, 5 and 3months. The vehicle was as is and in the test drive it ran quiet and smooth no lights on dash, also it have a good inspection stickers till 5/2022, the salesman Oscar Santiago gave me a printed sheet of what the service department said we will need fixed for next year inspection, wipers, two tires and winshield washer line, that was it. My son drove the vehicle 83miles to get home and park the honda, that following morning he started it up to hear a loud knocking noise in the motor, he drove it to my house and by the time he arrived the check engine light was on smh. I then called Oscar our salesman to explain what happened and told him we were bringing it back to figure out what can be done, he told me on the phone nothing will be done from the dealership we have to figure that out on our own. I understand we messed up by buying a as is vehicle but a reputable dealership as Kelly Nissan didnt make any attemp to help retify the one day use car they sold us, even an up priced certified vehicle giving us the opportunity to say yes or no.If we would have went to a buy here pay here they would have given us a 30day warranty, thats not a money back but instead a lets find you a better vehicle warranty.

Took my car in for an oil change, and for their 70k mileage deal. Within 48 hours my car transmission started acting up. I really did not know what to do. Between managing school, my son birthday week & work. The last thing I needed was the transmission to go. Luckily my car was under warranty and I appreciate the rental that was given to me. I was kept up to date on what was going on and I appreciate that even though I was so stressed the manager really went out his way to turn the whole situation around. & this is why I always take my car to the Nissan because you never know and I felt like they actually cared. The fact that the manager even remember that my son birthday was the day before goes a long way. Couldn’t thank ya enough!

The vehicle purchase was for our daughter to go away to college in the Fall. The used Nissan Altima that we purchased was very clean and the dealership fixed the AC compressor before we picked up the vehicle. The only issue we have had so far is that when you turn the AC on it smells like vinegar. We are looking into fixing the issue. Very satisfied with our purchase and this dealership. And please don’t think car dealerships charge so much more than other garages for repairs. That may have been in the past but is no longer true. The entire staff is very friendly and you always feel welcome when you walk in.I highly recommend this dealership for both sales and service.

Kelly Nissan is my new car dealership. I had an experience with the best salesperson I’ve ever worked with. Kay is the opposite from the norm salesperson. She didn’t try to swindle me, she didn’t overshoot my budget. She was straight up with what I could leave there with. I was looking for a truck and she got me out of there with a full size truck. I Bought my Truck back in August and had a good experience so we came back and purchased my wife’s Pathfinder in January . I appreciated the approach that Kay took during the process and How Mike from Finance explained everything. We did have some small issues come up with the vehicles but those Matters were handled very promptly and quickly by Evan Disora and Larry from the Service Department. I was in the market for a truck and saw exactly what I wanted at Kelly Nissan. I gave the dealership a call around 5pm on Friday to ask if the truck was still available before I made the hour-long drive to see it on Saturday morning. The girl who answered the phone was very friendly, told me I could come by Saturday morning, and took my name and number just in case the truck was purchased before my drive over (this happened to me at 2 other dealerships). A half hour later, I received a personalized “walk-around” video of the vehicle from Will which was a very nice touch. Will texted me the next morning to get an idea when I’d be coming by and the truck was set aside and ready for me to look at when I arrived. He was very personable and easy-going and made the truck buying experience very easy and stress-free. Everyone at Kelly was pleasant and welcoming and I brought my new baby home with me the same day. I love my new truck! I would absolutely recommend Kelly Nissan to anyone looking to purchase a new (or new-to-you) vehicle. Awesome overall experience!
