Easily the best car buying experience Ive ever had. Ive purchased three brand new cars in the last 9 years and I will only be going to Brown-Daub Kia going forward. Only Kia dealer in PA that I was able to find not charging a market adjustment above MSRP. Called around 11 AM, worked on the deal for a bit, handled everything over the phone/text messages and spent less than 45 minutes in the dealership just going to pick up the vehicle and sign the papers. I drove an hour and twenty minutes to this dealership because of their superior service. A+ rating!

Easy to make an appointment for service. When there, staff was very knowledgeable of my vehicle. The entire staff was extremely courteous and efficient. They assured me if anything happens or if Ive any issues or questions concerning my vehicle, just give them a call and theyd be there to help.

These folks told they dont do market adjustments and made me wait for 2 months that they are getting me a telluride, When the date neared, Steve - Their VP called me and told they will sell in MSRP but i need to by1. extended warranty for $25002. Asked me to put less down and go with bank that they say (Interest rate 6% for 800 credit score), being a KIA dealer they said they wont sell KIA finance3. Buy Paint protection ($800+)4. Buy tire and wheels protection ($600)5. Lost key replacement6. Buy GAP insuranceAll these came up to $5000 Plus high interest rate.After negotiations they were kind enough to give me an option to chose either Paint protection or Tire and wheelsNow, Today i got a call from Chris who told me if i need car i need to put deposit, When i asked them whats the overall amount and what will be my final APR, he started answering arrogantly they ppl are waiting -- Literally they dont want to do any business. I hung up the call to go give this to another customer.I dont know whether they know forceful tie in sale is illegal, I am going to register a complaint formally on them with all call recordings and texts exchanged with these folks. If someone has similar experience please contact me. Have done enough research on this front.I know situations are harder, but dealers taking all of the consumers for a ride is intolerable. And mostly ppl like Brown Daub Kia, who literally made false promises and doing such acts is shameful..Will strongly suggest consumers to not chose brown Daub kia for your needs

In this market its hard to shop for a car without being taken advantage of. At brown-daub I left in my new car feeling like I was treated very fair. I am so happy that I dont even know where to start ! First the car is amazing, drive smooth, sophisticated and classy. I went online, then Shawn reached out to me within hours. They was able to order the car I wanted with my color and I should have it in less than a month. Since I travel a lot, and live an hour and half from the dealer,I needed the least trips possible. I applied online, Beth contacted me for my deposit since I wanted to reserve the car and make a commission to my order. I visited the dealer for a test drive and to pick up my car. My sale representative Bill was so patient, they picked me up early morning, hooked me up with breakfast, thought me how to use my car and connected all the technical upgrades to my phone. All I can said its that I felt like a VIP and left the dealership in style driving my beautiful Kia Telluride 2022 AWD 😍 definitely will shop again for next upgrade car and from now on, my family and I are Team Brown-Daub Kia for life 🙌🏽😍

Be very careful and avoid services as much as possible!!! Overcharge, forget to do things or not put on correctly and say to fix it is $300. Never got JUST an oil change, they always find other things to charge with it. Be careful. Look over everything they touch. And fight. Because if not they’ll eat you

The engine of a Hyundai Elantra I bought approximately 6 years ago stopped working. I was upset about this, but Brown Daub Kia did a great job fixing it. I understand things go wrong and was so happy that Brown Daub Kia honored my warranty. They put in a new engine and all I had to pay was the deductible, which was approximately $100. The staff walked me through it . I had a great experience including both customer service and the work completed on my car. Brown Daub Kia did an amazing job!

I normally have a good experience but this time they did not turn off my tire pressure gauge they said I need to get a diagnostic to find out why the light would not go off in the long run I took the car to the gas station I put air in the tire and the light went out this is not normally happen when Im gone before.thank you

All I would of appreciated is that their was a courtesy car to drop me off at my home and pick me up when my vehicle was ready. Yesterday I had dropped off my husbands car at Chevrolet and they was nice enough to take me home and pick me up when vehicle was ready. Which I was grateful they saved me on taking a taxi. Bought my 2012 Ford Fusion here, a beautiful car that even before I dropped money into it ran extremely well with the only notable issue being the front rotor having a wobble to it. Good tires, light use, and very well taken care of. I only decided to drop about 2 grand into her after purchase because I wanted a vehicle that would last me a good while -- and speakers, I wanted a good sound system with the works. I had the pleasure to make a deal with Matt Mink, who, despite our lengthy visit, never made it seem like one. Matt was polite and made sure we were completely satisfied with out visit even after we left to shop around, only to return to buy the Fusion. I recommend all my friends at least pay Gary Lees a visit, even if KIAs arent your cup of tea.

Transmission service, transmission fluid replaced, all fluids changed or topped off, a charcoal filter replaced under a great warranty, oil filter, electronics updated, tires rotated, diagnostics for a vacuum leak causing a check engine light, car cleaned and returned to me by 5 pm for 140 bucks. Was expecting 400.00. I had marked on the service sheet to call me if it went over 500.00.These guys and girls are the best.Thanks

Really disappointed. I have bought several cars at this location, but Im not sure I am coming back. My fiancé and I were looking at the cars on the website at thatfamilyguy.com for the Easton location. There was a beautiful 2014 Serento Limited V6 online priced at $14999 with only 86K miles that we were 100% sold on. I confirmed that the car was there online, but the very next day when we went for a test drive the price was jacked up almost $4,000! This is a classic bait and switch. I thought you guys were above it. Very very sad to discover otherwise. Genuinely disappointed.

They lied to my daughter when she bought her Sportage. Complete and utter lies. Now they say because Gary Lee isn’t there that there isn’t anything they can do. So be warned that if they lie to you, in 3-4 years they’ll have a new owner and say they can’t do anything again. Even if you get things in writing it doesn’t matter. When i had her reach out to the BBB they said they’ve seen a lot of this from Brown Daub Kia. Save yourself the aggravation and steer clear of this place.

Saw a Ford escape on website so my wife went to look at it and liked it.she told salesman we were waiting for insurance check for our car that the insurance company had totaled three weeks ago. My wife asked if she should put 500 down to hold it they said dont worry about it they put it in the back.the salesman said they had to have it off lot by the end of the month and she understood.yesterday my wife got an email from insurance company that they sent the check out to us.this morning the salesman calls her and tells her he got good news and bad news he said he sold the car but dont worry hell get her a better one.they should have taken the money to hold it or at least have the decency to tell us they werent holding it for us over the weekend l was looking at reviews for this car and they werent that good and I was having second thoughts but my wife said she gave the salesman her word.so in what bizarre world would l buy a car from this salesman or dealership

Work to engine was done as promised. They organized a enterprise rental car and since we were traveling when we broke down, the car was set for pick up close to home and able to be returned to the dealership when car was picked up.The issue that caused me to not give 5 stars was there was a secondary problem that required them to address a shift control lock access. There is a small part that needed to be removed for this to be done. The piece was lost and they said it was never in the car to begin. I know our car and we have not had any issues with this part before and the piece is visible on the console. I know this piece was not missing when our car was given to Brown Daub for service. Again, the engine work was good but now I have a piece of packaging tape covering this hole near my shifter because my local dealership states this part is hard to obtain separately and we need to replace the whole plate for a few hundred dollars.

I wouldn’t take a free car from Brown Daub scam Kia. They sold me a car with an engine warranty they said will cover any engine issues . Six years later when my car engine completely died they consider it normal wear and tear and all of a sudden there are stipulations to the warranty. 6 months ago i purchased a 2019 Kia Stinger base with the sun and sound package. A few weeks ago I was in an accident which left the car a total loss. I walked away from the accident but the stinger sustained major damage. Thank you Kia for making such a safe car!Once again I relied on my sales expert Matt to hook me up with another stinger. To no surprise he worked with his manager to get me in another one within days of me asking for another great deal. This was definitely a relief since this whole accident is a very stressful situation and they made this experience a bit less stressful. This place did my fiancé wrong a few years ago and she was unable to trade it in. They lied and cheated her and when she went in a few weeks ago they said there wasnt anything they could do. They blamed the previous owner Gary Lee yet they say people get treated the right way on William Penn Highway. So they did people wrong over the years and dont want to admit to it but now say they do things the right way? So shady. I went to Youngs Mazda with her and they were able to help us and they said they get so many customers from Brown Daub Kia. My advice is dont trust them.

Heather Piro helped me when NO ONE else could. She is the one to go to about getting a car. With my credit situation, she got me in a 2016 Nissan Altima with NO money down. Thats correct! no money down, and financing with a REAL bank. I was BEHIND on car payments, OWED more money than my car was worth, AND have bad credit and SHE STILL MADE IT HAPPEN. Service was usually great in the past, but this last time I was given misinformation and was charged a significant amount for a diagnostic fee even when the check engine light was on.A week earlier I went there because I had loss of turbo when running the car (2013 Kia Optima) first thing in the morning, but if I stopped to shut the engine off then start the car a second time it was running normal. I told the service department what the issue seemed to be (turbo waste-gate being told by the ECU to stay open). The service advisor Jimmy told me at that time that in order to diagnose it without a check engine light it would cost $150. I waited and later in the week the check engine light came on. I brought it back and the still charged me 150 just to plug a computer in to the car for it to give them a code, which tells them what work needs to be done?! I was shocked and explained that I was told the diagnostic fee is only if I had no lights. Again. $150 just to hook it up so a computer tells them what to do. I get they are using an expensive computer to diagnose issues, but many places will check for vehicle codes for free if you get the work done with them. Apparently this place would like to be known as a Kia Stealership. I will be investigating this further to see if I can recover any of the cost, but either way I will no longer do business with this service department.

We stopped in last minute looking for an affordable car for my 16 year old. They advertise a mega store but they don’t have nearly as many as other stores like Koch 33 or Star or some of the stores on the auto mile. Where I became annoyed was how pushy the salesman was and when we tried to drive one of the cars we did like, it didn’t start and we had to wait 10 minutes for it to be jump started. The car had a noise and that was the final straw. We own a Honda and Hyundai and our neighbor bought a Kia Optima from another dealership but we liked the car. This Kia dealer just isn’t a mega store and the car wasn’t a good car. Salesmen shouldn’t be cocky and pushy.

Got my Nissan Altima from here two years ago, now that I’m trying to trade her in for a newer car, no dealerships will take the trade because the value of the car I’m paying more than what it is, I then called brown daub Kia to see if they could trade her in since they double charged me and they said they couldn’t help me because now there’s new management and the value is high. So I’m basically stuck with this car. When I got the car no one explained anything to me about my contract they just basically threw the car at me and then the first week of me having the car my transmission went.

We went to Brown Daub Kia to look around, but at the time we owed much more on our trade then what it was worth. When we went there to look at cars, Dave greeted us and asked us if there was anything in particular I was looking for. I explained to him that we owed a bit on the trade and he assured me that wouldnt be a problem.Dave was very friendly and helpful! He listened to us and any concerns we had were addressed. He helped us to get into a car that we really wanted! And they took our trade without any problems. The old car loan from our trade in was paid off by them promptly.They are not pushy here and they work to get you in a car you like and can afford. I’ve been a Honda owner for years and switching to Kia was exciting for us! The vehicle itself is awesome (a Kia Soul) absolutely love it, as well as the excellent sales process with the gentleman. (I should recall his name but Its not coming to me. It’s been 6 months since we purchased).I do say I expected more from the repair/maintenance process. We received white glove treatment at Honda.But I’m still open to having a different experience next time, I’m aware that there were circumstances that effected my experience. (I picked it up after hours, the repair side of the business closes earlier on a Saturday than the sales end of the dealership. I can’t say I saw the discrepancy of hours reflected on the webpage, but I could have missed it.)All in all, still excited!

Had a very fun experience! Dickered with the gentlemen to an acceptable price that worked for both of us. The paperwork process was well detailed and explained, I got free oil changes with the new car and best of all- I LOVE THE CAR! I am so pleased that Chris Mink was able to find me what I needed with a price that was not bad. Buyer be warned of the interest rates though.....But overall, an absolutely fantastic experience with them and although it will not happen for a little while, I will definitely look here first when buying my next vehicle. We were told our battery and alternator change would only cost ~$800 but then they charged us upwards of $1,000. They added a diagnostic charge of around $200 last minute. They told me, on the phone (before they started the work), that the cost would be $875. They told me, 2 hours before I picked up the car (after the work was done), that the total would be $1024. What could I do? Everything was already done. So I paid it, and left. But do yourself a favor: confirm your pricing and try to get it in writing, if possible.

It is always a positive experience with the Service Team at Brown-Daub Kia. They have been reliably servicing all different makes and models of my cars since 2003. Craig, Kevin and the team continually earn my trust ... whether they are servicing my vehicles under warranty, or for those cars that I have purchased used (even some from other places) they are able to help where others have failed. As a DIY-er, it is nice to know that when things get a little to complex for me, I can call on the service team at Brown-Daub Kia bail me out of a bind. (having the car washed after service is pretty nice, too.)

My husband was in contact with Michelle via email. She was such a great help. We work a lot of hours and dont have a lot of time to do anything outside of work Mon-Fri. She helped us set a appointment, gave us any info we need and then helped us by getting a hold of JD on a Sunday.My husband and I went there looking for a second vehicle. JD was an awesome help, helping us find something that was close to our budget. We brought our first car there a few months ago and JD was our rep as well. Hes a pleasure to have as a rep; knowledgeable and completely up-front. We found a car that fits our needs and which we both like. However it was a bit out of our range. JD tried to do everything he could to get it. We werent sure if we could make it. So we left without buying. However, we are going back today to purchase! We will be going back again in the future.

I previously owned a Hyundai Santa Fe and ended up totaling it in 2014. I haven’t owned another car since! I have been looking every where for a new car. I don’t know much about cars but someone referred me to this dealership and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made!!! I worked with a sales rep jay and he was beyond informative and completely professional. I had 101 questions about cars and what’s good and what’s not, and he was honest and professional at all times. I love when people know their stuff and he was one. My car broke down and I was in a panic I called the service department and talked to BILL what a wonderful man he told me there was no problem with having my car towed there and that it will be ok. He was right they got my car up and running quickly it ended up to be the catalytic converter and the was no charge it was under warranty that I didnt even know I had. Im so very happy they are so nice to deal with totally stress free. Thank you Bill for all your kindness
