Needed breaks. I frantically called in to have a service member check my car. The service department transfered me to their Quick Lane Service Department. Here, they only work on oil changes, batteries, breaks, tires and allingment.I spoke with Jon who said I could come in and he would briefly look at it. He confirmed that I needed breaks, soon. I had to leave due to my schedule. I returned as a walk in the next morning at 7:45am.I got 4 breaks & 4 rotors replace by noon. My car drives great!Jon was incredibly helpful and kind. I am grateful for the repair in the Quick Lane! Especially since my normal dealer couldnt get me in for another 2 weeks!!

Im compelled here to leave a mixed review, because this place has an odd way of doing business.One the one hand, I was very satisfied with my multiple experiences at the Quick Lane. Since moving to Southeastern MA, Ive visited Baystate for multiple oil changes, as well as new tires and shocks/struts - parts and labor totaling over $2000. They provided a complementary shuttle ride to my workplace, which made the experience even more convenient.However, when I started experiencing mechanical issues, imagine my surprise when the Service department informed me they would not even look at my car due to high mileage! In a response to a similar complaint left on Google, they cite the cost of repair vs. car value calculation, which I do acknowledge as a reality. However, as a (presumably) for-profit business, why would they not at least look at the car, provide a repair quote, and then steer me towards their Sales department as a potential customer? It makes no sense.In any case, Ive now made a service appointment at a different Ford dealership, and will purchase a new or used vehicle there if the cost to repair my current car is prohibitive. If Baystate refuses to take my money, I acquiesce.

I went out of my way to travel here for a specific car. I made appointment and confirmed available before heading there. It was on display in the front of the lot on the main road upon my arrival. I am told it was just taken out for a test drive by another party and to wait. 15 minutes later they say it sold and try to sell me on a much more expensive different model! Bait and switch! Because the car I went for was still in the same spot on display at the front of the dealership main road lot and never moved during my wasted time here! BEWARE before going here, waste of my time to deal with shady salesman.FOLLOWUP:The response from dealership below is a joke. It hadn’t sold in the 20 minutes it took me to arrive to the location from confirmation. My review is based on the fact it “sold” on a test drive it was never taken on. The car I went for never moved during my time there (25 minutes) from the location on the main road it was displayed for sale from my arrival to my departure. Therefore it was not on a test drive and I was lied to. It may be sold now days later, but it was not when I was there in this timeframe. This was a scheme and tactic the salesman stated and used to try to get me to buy a more expensive car I wasn’t interested in.

I went here for service on my 2016 f150 my fans were running on high all the time. The told me not a thing was wrong. It was still going on after going there and my truck was starting to run funny so I took it back they kept my truck for two day after tell me it would be a few hours. The next day the called the told me they couldn’t replicate the problem the said the drove it after and nothing was wrong. When I got there to pick it up my truck was in the same spot as were I dropped it off and the mileage was the same as when I dropped it off. I let a few months go bye and after that I went to a different Ford dealership and the had the car for 2 hours told me I had a leaking ac line and clogged fan. The know my truck was under warranty and was already in touch with the company and was in the process of ordering the part. Had it fix in 2 days. I will never go back to this place they are the worst don’t care about the customer only money DONT EVER GO HERE.

Called Tuesday morning for a recalled part with full coverage from extended warranty. Breakline and these people told us to drop it off Friday morning? Must be alot of people getting ripped off. Do yourself a favor and avoid them.We felt that we couldnt wait 3 days for a 30 min job. Its anything to keep people who have a warranty away because you dont want to honor it.

Absolutely horrible experience trying to turn in our lease. They REFUSED to take it and I’m sure it is because we did not want to buy another vehicle. Once we called Ford directly, they informed us that regardless of where you initially lease/finance (we did not initially lease at Bay State but a different Ford dealer), any dealership will take the vehicle back and he even offered to speak to the GM and he refused and said he still would not take our lease.

I recently purchased a Ford Expedition from Baystate Ford. Baystate was my fourth Dealership that I had been visiting. I had been looking at other Expeditions as well as the new Yukon. I was confident that this would not be my last stop in my search for what I wanted. This mostly because I wanted a high value on my trade as well I dont like when dealerships play poker games with me. I prepped myself to walk in, play ball, throw a couple pitches then walk to home. BUT I TELL you this is not a normal dealership. The Corporate vib is non existent. They (the sales and general manager) will talk to you straight as well work with you. Not to mention there sales consultants are world class. Katelyn Douglas whom met with me, was top of the line professional as well knowledgeable. She spent the time and energy to walk me through the whole process. Yes Baystate Ford was my fourth dealership. But it was also my last as I was so happy with how I was respected and treated as a customer I bought the car that day. I recommend this dealership over all others in the area and I will point out I traveled over 50 miles to get their with zero regrets. Baystate Ford is my go to Dealership no matter where I live.

I’ve gotten both of my vehicles serviced here. Being a business owner I will not go anywhere else. The service team is always kind and courteous. The mechanics work is flawless and clean. I always get my vehicle(s) back cleaner then I brought it in. The price point was great for a dealership. Honorable mention to the lead technician Steve and his colleague Shaun for being thorough and honest.

It was a car buying and experience as the usual. The manager doesn’t want to give you anything for your trade, they can’t come off the price of the used car they are selling. It’s the used car game. I saw yesterday, my trade is listed on the site for almost $10,000 more than they gave me for it. That’s why we have the internet, so we can share the experience so hopefully the dealerships will be more honest and the consumers can be more knowledgeable.

I LOVE my new car from Baystate. My customer experience, however, was not great so I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to a friend and wouldn’t buy from there again. I had test driven the car I ended up buying a few days ago and loved it. I asked to put it on hold but was told they don’t do that which is fine. When I was ready to buy 4 days later, the car had gone up in price and I was told they would not honor the lower price (that got me into the dealership). Just felt like a weird/ bad customer experience but I bought the car nonetheless and am happy with it.

The diagnosis and fix for my vehicle was completed without issue. The customer service rep, Derek, was transparent about the process and did a good job communicating with me along with way. The price was expensive however I am not enough of an expert to know if my issue could have been fixed for less elsewhere. The only complaint I have is the process of tying worker compensation to customer reviews. The entire reason I am leaving a review is because I fear, if I dont, something negative may happen to the employee who assisted me. It feels as if the organization is using their employees as human shields for their business. If you dont want the employees to suffer then you must leave a good review or else their pay will be affected. Other than that, no issues.

As I arrived I was greeted by Mr David Grant .informed me of the situation of trading my F250 2019 for a F250 2021. I have been treated by a salesman like Dave. Definitely want to give Baystate 5-stars. Bought a vehicle here in June, and it’s been as good, if not better than advertised. Buying and financing a vehicle is an intimidating process, but the staff at Baystate does not make it feel that way.Tom Kent, the salesman I worked with was great. Tom was easy to work with and absolutely went the extra mile in making the process as painless for me as possible. Great communication from him, from him and the financier (I forget her name unfortunately, but she was great too) getting the paperwork done accurately, to Baystate dealing with the registry in a timely fashion, to my car being ready to pick up. Tom was great during the sales process and has called me multiple times to check in to make sure everything is still good, to even sending me an email today, 4 months later, to wish me a happy birthday lol.Other than the impressive and professional sales team, I was also surprised by the auto-service center they have at the dealership, Quick Lane. I brought the vehicle in there 2 weeks ago for its first oil change. I was not expecting it when I brought it in, but they told me the first oil change was on them and they rotated the tires, and did a detailed report on the functionality of the car, I was in and out in less than an hour without an appointment.Next time I need a new car, or if someone tells me they are looking for a new car I am definitely recommending Baystate Ford to them.

Purchased a MUSTANG here through financing, at first when ran my credit they told me I was qualified for under 3% interest rate, but when I see my first statement it was listed at 3.75% when I confronted about it they were very unprofessional and acts looks that they don’t care I wouldn’t care of a 0.75%, but the fact that they were dishonest makes me regret my purchase here.. Nobody didn’t even care.. felt helpless and walked out of the showroom. please be careful, and don’t fall into their trap..

Be ready for a lot of the old school shyster dealer tricks like 4 square worksheets. They gave me a price if I financed with them, which was lower than if I paid cash. I walked away. The salesman was nice and was very obviously uncomfortable with what he was told to say. My first car was bought from Victory Ford in Stoughton in 1992 and it was my worst experience. Horrible dealership. Come to find out, Victory and Baystate have the same phone number. Baystate must be the successor to them. In more ways than one.

Took my girlfriends vehicle here for service and was told that they would NOT perform service on a vehicle over 10 years old with more than 100k. I told them that it had been serviced at the quicklane before but was told it was their policy and the service dept. would not touch the car. It would be nice it I knew this BEFORE I went there. Made the appointment online and no mention of this policy.Edit: (in response to the reply) I brought the car in for what I believed was a wheel bearing issue. I checked in, gave one of the service reps the keys and he went to get the mileage of the vehicle. Once he saw the mileage, he declined to work on the car. I dont understand how someone can claim that there were all these supposed issues with the car when it never even went on a lift. As far as all those warning lights go, none what so ever. Judge for yourself in the photo I added.

***Buyer Beware***!!! My daughter and I traveled to Bay State Ford this past Saturday to purchase her first vehicle and the overall experience was AWFUL! When we met with the sales associate he had asked if we were going to finance the vehicle or pay cash and I stated I was unsure. We had found a vehicle and the asking price was $16,500 and I offered $15,500 initially and settled at $16,000.00. When the sales associate asked for my information for the application for financing I stated I would pay cash and he proceeded to tell me they were unable to offer the vehicle for $16,000 if I was paying cash. I stated this was unacceptable as he agreed on a number and requested he speak with the manager and the manager stated there was nothing they could do. I then proceeded to state I would finance the vehicle and pay it off within the month and he stated I needed to have the vehicle financed for 4 months in order to obtain the title etc! What a complete SCAM as the reason they needed me to finance the vehicle for 4 months was to make up the money with the financing! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE AS CROOKED AS THEY COME!

Spent over 40k on a beautiful used powerstroke the sales staff was great, but upon bringing the truck home I realized the Spare tire lowering rods, bottle jack and lug key weren’t in the truck, after calling and asking about it they assured me it was there when they took the truck in on a trade and proceed to make it sound like I was trying to scam a kit out of them, they then quoted me over $300 for the kit that should of been in the vehicle upon purchase, I ended up holding onto the title to my trade in hostage before they finally gave me the kit that was missing from my truck, I wish it didn’t come to that but in the end they did make it right, it just left a bad feeling after a great initial purchase

I was very pleased with the service at Baystate Ford in South Easton MA. I made an appointment to see a vehicle that I was interested in and I drove it home within a few hours. They found us the lowest rate to try to meet or beat our own Credit Union. They were willing to work with me on trade in, price, and payments.

Just a horrible place for service. Spoken down to like I don’t know anything. Everything takes literally forever here and always promised a loaner but never seem to have loner cars available. Baystate has been terrible ever since they left Stoughton. My family has bought 3 vehicles from Baystate in Easton and we’ve now switched to another Ford dealership that is farther away to buy our cars and do maintenance. That dealership treats us right. This is the last time we will ever be coming back to Baystate!

Sales rep was very helpful and courteous. Have purchased our previous cars from them for that reason and also the people in service are also courteous.

Came here after after speaking to a wonderful very helpful woman over the phone (Belinda) as I’ve been looking into getting my first vehicle to get estimates and to look at what vehicles they have available for my growing family. Set off a collection of red flags. I went to look at a beautiful AWD 12 Toyota Sienna that I I really liked. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with and made one feel at home. That being said, the vehicle was making a noise so I asked if my mechanic could look at it. They were more than accommodating for that. When I went to sign the paper work, the finance gentleman was resistant to explain the fees which included window etching as well as a tire and rim warranty ( red flag number one). When my mechanic looked at it he said the coolant was low and the radiator need to be replaced. I was also told the vehicle was not equipped with a place for a jack or spare tire so manufacturer specification required run flat tires of which the vehicle only had one. When I addressed Peter about this issue he told me nothing was wrong with the radiator so they will not replace it. He also told me an all wheel drive vehicle did not need to have all the same wheels so he would not replace the three that did not fit manufacturer specifications. When I told him I was uncomfortable buying this car, he refunded my down payment and said hed void the contract. Very friendly but can not be trusted

Very professional and accommodating

The buying process was great, I never felt pressured. I met with Chuck when I first arrived and he was great right away. He listened to what I was looking for and asked questions that helped me chose the best truck for me. I had some issues when it came to the service side of things I was annoyed with. After writing the initial review the manager came out to speak with me while was waiting for my truck and asked what had happened and how he could help makes things better. Having someone ask what happened and help resolve the issues made a big difference.

All representatives were both professional and helpful...Nick. Christine and especially Katlyn..who should be rewarded for her patience...I am very satisfied with my experience at Bay State Ford
