I worked with Steve over a few visits to figure out and order a new mattress and adjustable base. Steve was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and I feel he really went above and beyond in helping me. I had already done a fair bit of research, but Steve was able to confirm some of my findings, and open me up to considering some aspects which I had not considered or come across before.Once I was ready to order, he was able to get delivery scheduled out as soon as 3 days later! I stopped in on 9/10/2021 looking for options for a mini van conversion. Steve was helpful, excited for my next adventure and went above and beyond to make recommendations and actually was able to get me exactly what I was looking for. He helped me with measurements and because of the odd measurements,,,thought outside the box and was able as to find solutions in an affordable way. Thanks Steve for such fabulous customer service. He gave no pressure, and was just super supportive in making the right choice for us. Were so happy with our tempurpedic bed!Side note (in case helpful for some of the lower ratings below): particularly if youre purchasing a higher-end mattress, do your research as much as you can before you commit! We shopped at a couple competitors who were a lot pushier, and we ultimately were turned off by their behavior. Once you pay - changing your mind will come at a significant cost no matter who you end up going with.

The salesman Steve was really cool he explained everything to me I bought an adjustable bases and as long as they dont set it up you get free shipping to your door and I appreciate that. It was quick and easy he didnt try to oversell anything I asked him this was my budget, what can I get for in my budget. I was in and out in about 30 minutes.

I fully expected to leave a positive review for this store because I liked working with our salesman, Paul, and the delivery crew was great. However, we ordered a headboard when we purchased our mattress set and Paul assured me that it would fit our full-sized mattress. It didnt. Not by a long shot. It was way too wide for a full and is definitely meant for a queen. I was told that i could return it if it didnt fit. What I WASNT told was that I couldnt return it to the store because of COVID restrictions, and if they came to pick it up, it would cost me $100! For a $150 headboard! Oh, and my other choice was to spend 1.5 hours of my time, not to mention gas, driving the thing to their warehouse. Are you serious? Ill sell it on Next Door and will never shop at Mattress Firm again. Its all sunshine until youve paid. After that, dont count on any customer service.

Simply put, I selected the wrong mattress for my body’s changes... No problem! We visited store where we made original purchase, informed them then on top of that received credit back as second mattress was cheaper (we caught it on sale!) than the first!! Hooray!!We wondered if we took too long to decide on original mattress’ comfort? Fortunately, we made our decision to switch during our 3rd month of owning a new Mattress Firm (this model was just a lil too firm for me lol) mattress.Very Pleased & BRAVO for easy switch!!!

Literally the best experience! I had done quite a bit of research on what I wanted before I walked into the store and my goal was to get in and out within 15 minutes. I DID IT! Masked of course! Thanks so the woman that helped me, whom of course I cannot remember her name. Whoever was working the morning of August 5th. After quickly telling her our sleep patterns and that I have scoliosis, she showed me two different mattresses. The Beauty Rest Hybrid and a Sealy that was super comfy and squishy. I quickly decided on the Beauty Rest Hybrid as it is targeted towards side/stomach sleepers that run hot at night. It was heaven to lay on top of even as awkwardly as that is with a sales person next to you. Check out was a breeze and they had a sale on the white glove delivery, so extra bonus! Seriously the easiest and most rewarding 2k Ive ever spent! I spent a grueling month stressing myself out trying to figure out which bed in a box to choose. Dont waste your time and just go to Mattress Firm, they have a few of the box beds also! Thank you!

Perfect experience from beginning to end. I started off using the website’s “text help” option to text with an associate from the local store location. Steve was very helpful in the text, answering all my questions and helping with a suggestion of which mattresses to look into, based on our needs and budget. We went to the location where he was working. (5324 New Hope Commons Dr. location in Durham. He also apparently works at the 7010 Glenwood Ave location). Great service, he was very down to earth and personable. Not like lots of sales people who do anything to get you to buy a product to get them money. We got great mattresses for a very reasonable price (Outlet prices). We were on a tighter budget, so we’d originally looked at and gone to several discount mattress shops but I’m so glad we came here—the quality is so much better (fantastic quality), for a cheaper price than the discount stores, when it’s the Outlet priced ones they have. We got two full size Sleepy’s mattresses and a boxspring for under $500. If you need a mattress and are local in NC, go to the locations I mentioned and ask for Steve. You won’t regret it! Thanks for all your help! We’ll definitely be back to see him when we eventually get a new mattress for our other child, and for ourselves.

The area manager (Taylor) is absolutely amazing to work with as well. She is personable but professional and made sure the last part of my purchase was top notch. Delivery was fast and easy. I really liked that. Unable to find another mattress comparable, we returned to mattress firm about an hour later. Duane explained all of the details and helped to finalize the paperwork. I had the pleasure of working with Jess this evening. I Purchased a bed with an adjustable frame from the store yesterday- The salesman was another individual-, and the adjustable frame legs were required as I use a wheelchair and I need just the right height to safely get in and out of bed. I was told by the prior salesman that the legs I received would go down to a height that was low enough for me to transfer safely. However, upon delivery today, I received only two sets of the wrong legs that would not go down low enough. The initial order part/number was incorrect. I called the store this evening and spoke with Jess, who not only located a pair of legs that were the correct height, but offered to drive them over herself after work and help me assemble the bed. She was very patient, kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. She went above and beyond for me, and I cannot thank her enough.

Spent hours at several other nearby stores and this is the only one we came back to. Jessica was incredibly helpful and found us our dream bed. She treated us like her own family and did everything in her power to help. Definitely will be returning here when we replace the mattress in our guest room. Over Presidents Day weekend last February, I purchased a bed at Mattress Firm in the New Hope Commons shopping center. My boyfriend and I had searched multiple mattress supply stores over the course of a month and were increasingly dissatisfied until we discovered Mattress Firm. The staff was extremely helpful. They allowed us to linger throughout the store and test each bed we were interested in. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience, especially the customer service. I purchased the bed at 0% financing and was able to pay it off in less than a year. Each time I went into the store with a question the staff was patient and efficient in assisting me with my needs. I recommend Mattress Firm to any individual interested in purchasing a new mattress!

We bought a nice Sunview Firm mattress at this store on 6/17/2016. The service was very good and we were happy with the mattress. I was on business trip all last week so I did not sleep in the new mattress but my wife did. After one day sleeping in it she started having some bumps appearing. When I came back after 4 days she had her legs and arms covered with bites. Based on an expert who came investigate those are likely bed bugs tough he did not find direct evidences for it. He said it is not uncommon to have bed bugs in the truck that transport the mattresses. We called mattress firm who said they had never heard anything like that. They said they will send an expert. Here it is after 3 days we are still waiting for this so called expert and have called Mattress firm customer service numerous times to have this mattress taken away from us. We have been sleeping in our basement in our old bed. Meanwhile those little bugs are probably spreading all over the house. I will update this post when this story will be resolved. This is an unusual situation so we will see how mattress firm will handle it. So far it has been pretty bad after purchase service. Really bad luck on this purchase though. I just want this mattress out of my house.Update: Mattress firm took the mattress firm and we only had to pay for transport. We had to call for several days to get that done though. And now we have just found a shell of bed bug in our house... So this bed has likely contaminated our place...

My girlfriend and I bought a Beautyrest Queen mattress last spring at Mattress Firm. The employees were extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. They made sure all of our questions were answered and were extremely accommodating. It took us about an hour to decide on a bed and my girlfriend asked numerous questions, but they stayed efficient and helpful. Definitely a great place to go!

Mattress bumpy and ill shapen and yet almost $2,000. also free adjustable base as strange fittings that are impossible to remove underneath making it a ridiculous height.
