Excellent customer service.

Connor was a great help at The Original Mattress Factory in Durham. He answered all of our questions and made sure the delivery process went smoothly. The two men that delivered the mattress were courteous and careful. The last mattress we bought (for our young son) was from them about 16 years ago & it feels nearly new to this day! We know that our new mattress will stand up well and give us years and years of restful sleep. If you need a mattress, you need to check the Original Mattress Factory out!

The Original Mattress Factory makes purchasing a quality bed a good experience. Low pressure in the showroom, good information about the product. Delivery service is excellent. My first purchase was in 2007, best beds my family has ever slept on. Recently upgraded a single bed to a full. Wont consider shopping anywhere else!

Weve had our Original Mattress Factory Mattress for about 30 days now. We bought the Orthopedic Super Pillow Top Mattress - double sided. We are using this on our platform bed with a plywood board underneath to protect the pillow top on the reverse side. We love our new mattress. It replaced an older Sleep Number bed. No complaints. We had wonderful help at the Store on Shannon Rd in Durham by Conor Monahan and very efficient delivery a few days later. Its a five star for us.

Just bought our third mattress from them (first one was a queen and two others are twins). The sales people are nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable and selection is good. I love the fact that the mattresses are locally made. The delivery is easy and the gentlemen who did the deliveries have been very professional and helpful. I will continue to buy from them every time we need a mattress and would highly recommend them.
