I went online looking for a runner and it said this store had a low stock on them. So I drove straight there only to see the clearance section without the color I needed. I asked an associate to please check another store for me and he went to the manager. The manager took pride in knowing his inventory and informed me they would find it. He went to the back and came back up front and told me he had someone looking for me. Within 5 minutes a young man came and gave me the runner! Thank you for the outstanding customer service and experience!!!

Called this location looking for a clearance item I had seen at another location. Holly was very polite and helpful. She took the time to search for the mirror and check the condition of the two that she located. She provided me with the UPC number and told me how many were showing on hand at other area locations. I was very pleased with the excellent customer service provided by Holly!

I was in the correct line to pick up a 3 item on line order. When it was my turn, the cashier asked me to step aside and flagged over a young man with one item from a different line. I refused to move and said not only was I here first and in the correct line, but I was handicapped. The cashier took my order grudgingly. Next the card reader was declining all credit cards and had to be entered by the Manager. I contacted BB&B to complain about the clerks rudeness and was told I would get a response in 48 hours. It has been 2 weeks and I get a letter asking for my receipt.The heck with this particular store. I will shop where they dont treat handicapped people like second citizens.

Great place to get everything house.

I had to return a shower liner that I had bought online last December. I received a store credit that I used towards a new set of bathroom towels and bath mat. I also used a 20 percent off coupon, a $10 coupon that expired last June! Bed Bath and Beyond is great about honoring any coupon for their store.

This location is closing soon. The staff is friendly but they’re just hustling everyone to buy everything and not giving discounts including the 20% coupon. I was not happy that I spent a lot of money then got to register and couldn’t use my coupons.

Ive been meaning to write a review for this location for awhile. Im glad Im getting to it because theyve got a wonderful crew working at this location. It seems like every time Ive gone Ive had a question about a sale or a particular item. They have gone above and beyond to help me get what I needed, including going into the back to do an extensive search for items that I had seen previously that were currently not on the shelf. The store itself is like any other Bed, Bath and Beyond. Im not going to comment on this particular portion because it really is the staff. In an age where I can be disappointed buying items online, its nice to know that good old fashioned customer service still exists.

I really love this store, everyone is always nice and helpful. Amazing selection.However, sometimes its difficult to find prices. I wish every product had a tag. Even if they didnt I wish there were more panels with appropriate prices. Ive often passed by products to later buy online or elsewhere, because its annoying to always have to find or ask for the price.

I was looking for stand alone eating trays. They did have them, but the ones I chose, unbeknowing to me, had to be assembled. I was preparing for an event, therefore, I didnt have time to assemble trays. The next day, I returned them. Overall, BBB is one of my favorite home store.

I dont shop at the N. Pointe, Durham, NC location often but each time I have shopped in the store, the customer service at the register is lacking is enthusiasm ... they could care less if you shop there or not. (perhaps retail burnouts?). The stores selection is great and anyone on the floor is always helpful when you can find someone; just seems the front end should at least smile and say thank you.

I have never had an issue with any of the locations I visited. Coupons are great!

Another day, another retailer that Id rather just log onto Amazon and interact with my phone than unhelpful employees. Tried to use the app which showed the item in stock. Couldnt find it and asked the one lone employee that seemingly was in the whole store. Just pointed to the general area and said theyre all up there. Turned around and I guess that was the end of our conversation. The only Bed Bath & Beyond Ive ever been in where the employees were helpful was the Cary, NC store. Well at least theres Prime Shipping because Im done with poor service from these brick and mortar stores.

Very disorganized, items not returned to their proper locations. Very little staff and the ones that were there, purposely avoid eye contact with customers so they are less inclined to ask for help. However, they certainly had time to talk to each other while ignoring customers. Worst customer service experience Ive had in a long time.
