I have been a sleep number customer for many years. Love their bed. We bought one for my wife. Laura the associate was very nice. We purchased sheets, pillows, liners, adjustable mattress, and box spring. It would appear these newer models can link into your phone. They tell you items like your BP, your heart rate, your sleep rating, and can recommend sleep number ratings for you.

We had an amazing experience. Ben took the time to explain us everything about the products and features, and helped us to make a very well informed purchase decision.It didn’t stop there. We keep communicating via text message and we receive answer for every question in no time.So far, so awesome!Thank you, Ben!

Christopher Greer was the absolute best salesperson Ive had the pleasure of working with for a very long time. He listened to both my husband and I to know what we wanted and direct us appropriately to save us time. He had patience as we asked questions and tested the products. I would highly recommend investigating the purchase of their quality products with him.

We spent over an hour at the Southpoint Mall store with our sales rep, Laura. She did a great job explaining the various bed options and helping us test drive them. Our first Sleep Number Bed is 13 years old and still going strong, but we wanted to upgrade to a model with more features. We ended up buying a P6. Looking forward to an even better nights sleep for many years to come.

I’m in the process of furnishing my apartment and ordered a sleep number mattress. It was a quick and easy process. The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. I didn’t feel pressured to purchase anything which was a plus. Benjamin was so nice and helpful. I definitely recommend!

We walked into the Southpoint Mall in Durham, NC the other day for the first time in more than a year. It felt a bit strange being around so many people, but we had wanted to visit the Sleep Comfort Store to see what sales were on for bedding. Laura was very welcoming and extremely helpful. It is rare to find someone in stores these days who is so affable and she made the whole experience of choosing and purchasing informative and quite fun. We were very satisfied with our purchases and the sale prices for the July 4th weekend. After having bought two Sleep Number beds over the past 20+ years, we have been totally satisfied with the sleep technology used in these super comfortable beds, and we intend to continue purchasing their products. Customer service is a big part of this decision and we have never been disappointed at the Southpoint store.

Great store! Everyone was so helpful. We were up front about not buying that day. The sales team took the time to walk us through every model. There was no pressure ( especially from that great bed!!) if you’re looking to buy anything thing from the Sleep number bed company ... this would be my first stop!

Great customer services! One of the best experiences I have ever had when purchasing a big item before.

Very well informed, courteous, and professional staff. We received answers to all questions we asked, we were able to try many different mattresses, a few more than once. Our sales person (Chris) was awesome, he gave us all the time we needed and did not hover like some sales people tend to do.

Christopher was a great person to work with. My fiancé and I just moved down to NC from NJ. We purchased a house and had no furniture (including bed). We’ve been sleeping on an air mattress for weeks. We were not in a rush to purchase a bed but Christopher made us feel extremely comfortable by providing his personal experience with Sleep Number which connected with how my fiancé and I were feeling. He walked us through the different options and allowed the opportunity to try them on our own and take our time to discuss our finances and decision. Chris did not make it feel like a sell rather than a partnership as he emphasizes that if anything is wrong, we should feel free to give him a call. Overall, this store was great, the staff was (by far) the best group of sales team members as they all seemed to be the managers. Usually go to to stores and they all seem to be associates.. not the case here. Great job with the staffing in this location as everyone compliments/support each other and a special thank you to Chris for being able to supply my fiancé and I with endless time of comfort and happiness. This was our 2nd purchase after moving to NC and Chris made it easier than buying our appliance. Thank you so much and we appreciate all of the guidance and education through this process. I went to the sleep number store with a friend as a joke, I had never been interested in a sleep number mattress or knowing my sleep number. Ben at the Southpoint location made out experience a pleasant one. He was knowledgeable of the product and he listened. I could tell it wasn’t just about a sale for him. I expressed having neck problems that made it hard for me to sleep. He found showed me a pillow that was perfect for the way I sleep. I purchased two of them and needless to say I have been sleeping like a baby ever since. The only complaint I have is that the two pillows I have hold body heat. I purchased the two cooling covers. My fingers are crossed that the help.

He was very patient explaining all the options and helped us make a good decision on what we needed. Justin, the store manager, also made a big difference in the transaction. Staff was super friendly, informed and helpful. Beds (sleep systems) range from roughly $1,200 to $10,000 depending on size and options.To get the dual folding bed you will have to get king size. They also have all the premium bedding supplies you will need, albeit at premium prices.

Tom went above and beyond to find us the right bed at the right price. No pushing tactics, no trying to up-sell items, just a genuinely great guy that’s passionate about great sleep!We can’t wait for our bed to arrive!

The sales associate was friendly and very helpful. However, I am having huge issues logging into my account online. I’ve reset the password and the customer service reps are absolutely ZERO help! I still can’t login to my account. I would give the online support a 1 star.

Tom was fantastic! I had been having a lot of back issues and a chiropractor recommended sleep number. Tom was so patient with me and answered all of my questions. He really spent the time with me to educate how the bed worked. I’ve had the bed for several months now and I can safely say my back pain is gone and I haven’t needed to go back to the chiropractor at all.

Excellent product knowledge, walked me thru step by step and made it a very easy purchase. my salesperson was busy when I went back to buy so another stepped in and answered all questions knowing they would not get any commision, unusual in todays culture.

Tom was incredible, helped us find the perfect pillow. He is knowledgeable and passionate and we really have a wonderful shopping experience.

Store was absolutely spotless, sales staff were all kind and professional. However when it came to the financing part of our experience we were told not to apply as a couple which resulted in a low financing amount. Anyone who has gone here knows that these cost thousands of dollars, and the sales person suggested we cover the rest with our credit card. I don’t know what the ulterior motive was but our experience ended there. He told us that applying as a couple would somehow make things worse and we looked at each other both knowing this was not true. We went down the street to a different store and were encouraged to apply as a couple and were approved for three times the amount, FROM THE SAME LENDER. The salesman sure spoke to us with a lot more honesty and nowhere near as much fluff. Ended up with gel cooled memory foam which in my opinion is better than a glorified air mattress. Oh well!

Well Tom Peterson was your typical car salesman, leading you down the scripted path to find a SleepNumber number that was right for you. He did a good job with that and assured us he would be available the entire process for any questions or concerns.Guess what, on the delivery day SleepNumber sent the wrong mattress and our perfect bed would be an additional week. A call to our salesman Tom was totally useless. He could not get off the phone quick enough and had no empathy for the situation his company had created. In fact we still have not heard back from him to check if the situation has been resolved. A concerned salesman would want to make sure a customer that spent thousands of dollars would be happy and satisfied. Not Tom he is only it for the short turn close. My advice use a different salesperson if Tom offers to help you at the SleepNumber store.

Sleep number beds are the most comfortable, relaxing, restful beds on the market. Worth every pretty penny. You will never buy any other type bed after owning one.
