This was an incredibly easy transaction. The salesman understood what I needed, my price point, and my needs. He gave me comparable price options and then told me which mattress was the best deal and would best meet my needs. In and out in 20 mins, mattress being delivered on the date I chose. 5 stars for sure!

Steve was amazing! In under 20 minutes, he helped me find my dream mattress after answering a few simple questions about sleep patterns and any body soreness/injuries (while saving me money!). He didn’t try to upset me which was a huge relief. I will definitely go back for all my future mattress needs.

I had a very good shopping experience purchasing a bed. Steve Heineman was my sales associate. He was very helpful, pleasant, friendly, took his time with me, and gave me options which allowed me to select a great set and adjustable base.

Greg was fantastic. He took the time to learn how I slept and the back issues I have. He was incredibly knowledgeable and explained the science behind the different mattresses. I never felt pressured towards buying something. I would highly recommend mattress firm.

My wife and I went looking for a mattress and we found one the salesman said that progressive leasing doesn’t check credit but he asked for her social. Needless to say we were denied, and not because of income because we make great money it’s because we are in the middle of a bankruptcy, and the next morning she had a hard inquiry hit her credit! We don’t get our credit ran, so we know it was them; I called the store and was told the manager would call me back but he Never did!They are LIARS so be aware!!!!!

!BUYER BEWARE! We purchased a mattress and adjustable frame from this store and the salesperson encouraged us to get their highest priced adjustable frame partly because it had a 20 year warranty. It turns out that the warranty is only for 2 years on the electronics and the final 18 years is on the frame only with some crazy calculation on the replacement cost of the part divided by how many years you have had it! Other Mattress Firm bases have even worse warranties. However if you buy the Tempur-Pedic or Sealy frames from them the warranty is WAY better -- at a comparable price. Sorry to say but READ THE FINE PRINT and dont trust the salesperson. He seemed nice but we feel completely taken advantage of :-(

The sales associate was friendly and helpful. The mattress and box spring were delivered on time. However, when the mattress was taken off the truck, one of the young men carried the mattress alone on his back and drug the mattress across my driveway. I contacted the store about my dissatisfaction with the delivery, provided pictures of where threads were likely worn from being drug to the e-mail address the person on the phone at the store gave me and did not hear back.

Described my need, salesperson showed me 3 excellent mattresses to choose from, bought on, put in 20 min. Hope the delivery is as efficient and painless!

We visited Mattress Firm at the beginning of the New Year. When we walked in, we had no idea what we were looking for, other than knowing we needed a mattress. Greg was quick to help and was super personable and friendly. He gave us the space to discuss things on our own when we needed, and also stepped in to help advise when he recognized we needed help. Greg was a fantastic salesman and truly put the customer first. We won’t have to shop for a mattress for a while again, but the next time we do we definitely would come back here.

They guys are very helpful and knowledgeable. Greg was happy to answer any questions we had and took him time with us. Masks are currently required, so dont forget yours. This is the current law in Durham. Definitely go back!

We had a great experience purchasing a new mattress and box from this Mattress Firm. Ive never personally purchased a mattress before (without my parents) so appreciated having an excellent store manager helping us out from scratch. Steve was patient and knowledgeable, helping us narrow down our options. Hes also really funny which made a seemingly boring purchase, a really great experience. The store was spacious, clean, and welcoming. The delivery and setup also went super smoothly (I got to choose the delivery date based on MY schedule). Ill definitely send my friends and family to this store.

It was a very good shopping experience. Mattress Firm was the first store we went after we decide to get a bed/mattress. After going into Mattress Firm at Durham, I and my husband were basically set with which bed/mattress we want. I never know shopping a mattress can be this easy! This location actually has two Mattress Firm stores next to each other; so the two stores together provide plenty choices, with various price range. Highly recommend Joshua. He is really nice and helpful and patient! He is willing to spend time with us until we are satisfied with our decision. Plus, unlike many sale people you might encounter when you shop, Joshua did not push us to purchase things that we did not really want. We feel comfortable to discuss with him what we are looking for. We told Joshua the amount of money we want to spend; and Joshua helped us to find the bed around our price range. Very happy with this shopping experience.

Likely one of the best experiences Ive had since relocating to North Carolina. Florida, the manager, went above and beyond assisting me. She made the experience personable and not one of solely a business transaction. She took the time locating the mattress that best suited my budget and didnt make me feel like I had to purchase more than I really needed. I would recommend this location to anyone I know!

My husband and I went in here during labor day weekend. Originally we went shopping for a full size mattress for one of our kids. It turns out my husband and I had so much fun with the sales manager we bought a King size bed and it arrived two days later. The sales manager was very well informed of all of their products. We have all been very happy with our purchase. I shouldve done it sooner.Ill be back for sure!

The product itself was sold at a good price. Taylor, the saleswoman, was nice throughout the encounter. We did feel like there was a bait and switch, as we were made one offer and told we could go think about it over lunch, but when we came back the offer was significantly different because it had been valid in that moment only. Then we paid for their Red Carpet delivery and they were unable to set up the bed (due to a missing Allen wrench). I was under the impression that the Red Carpet delivery included delivery AND in-home set up. We were told Mattress Firm was supposed to have supplied the wrench and Mattress Firm said the delivery guys should have had one. In the end we had to borrow one from the store, pick it up, and return it. When we spoke to the store manager, she was unable to help as she has no control over delivery. To her credit, she did offer a $20 refund on the delivery (which cost $69) and to come help put the heavy mattress on the base. Overall, not as easy a shopping experience as we were lead to believe. Not sure we will return to Mattress Firm in the future for our mattress needs. I would definitely not recommend this store if youre looking for a full-service, one-stop shop.

She helped us find the best deal for what we wanted. Best of all, if you dont love it you can return it within 120 days (pick-up fee charged). I would definitely purchase a mattress from here in the future!

We’ve been through so many of those beds in boxes brands (purple and Casper) and after being frustrated beyond belief (along with painful, throbbing hips), we walked into mattress firm and have been nothing but impressed with their kindness, authenticity and helpfulness. The first bed we got was still too firm and they happily switched it out for us. Steve, their general manager was more of a friend than a salesperson. Highly recommend him for your mattress needs!

My wife and I were on the hunt for a king size mattress for several weeks, and we spent lots of time researching and looking around at different stores, it wasnt until we arrived at a Mattress Firm location on Watkins Rd. in Durham that we came across Joshua who was really helpful in providing the info we need. We tried several different mattresses until Joshua helped find one we were really happy with, the end result was we bought the mattress that very same day and to our surprise they had it delivered the next day! Weve had the mattress for a week now and it has been amazing to sleep on!Thanks to Joshua for his patience and insight on getting us exactly what we were looking for!

My wife, my 8 yr. old daughter and I visited Mattress Firm at 3219 Watkins Rd. Durham, N.C. 27707 on 11/11/14. We were happily helped by Angela L. Sanders. Ms. Sanders was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the mattress that the location carried in stock. She assisted us in finding the perfect new grown up bed for my daughters early christmas present. The mattress and box springs were delivered right on time and the delivery personnel were pleasant and accommodating. The new bed was set up in less than 10 minutes time! We have received excellent customer service from Mattress Firm and will continue to shop there for all our bedding needs!
