First time here and loved it! Bought whicker chair and table, rug, turquoise matching pots. Had searched on line but this was local, better price. Love my new porch.

I absolutely love this store. You can find just about anything you want and need. I wish they had some Chinese folding doors. Thats the only thing that I didnt see. I always spend hours in the store. They have a lot of home decor and a variety of different items.

Always something interesting here and reasonably organized and well stocked for an odds and ends kind of place.

The cashier was so friendly! You can tell she enjoyed her job! A smile goes a long way! Such a selection of products. Highly recommended!

At Home is a great store for decorating your home. A little pricey but unique products that other stores dont have. They have beautiful accent chairs and all types of vases for flowers.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Store is clean and well organized. Worth the extra time to use this location rather than the one closer to home.

Some very nice deals to be had on clearance. Quality of items is okay and average prices. But for the bargains when found are worth the trip.

I usually go the the store on capital Blvd, I was not aware that there was one closer to me. They head the usual selection of home goods at affordable prices. The staff was a bit hit or miss initially but they wound up being helpful in the end. Word to the wise, do not use their delivery service, its Uber expensive, you are better off renting a truck from uhaul

At Home was nice. Not busy so, I took my time looking around. The lady that checked me out was very nice and told me about joining the club. I will return again.

4 stars because they have very cute items and a large selection. Not the full 5 because some of the shelves are overcrowded and unorganized with a good amount of broken products not taken off the shelves or discounted. Some of the items are overpriced as well, especially furniture. Just make sure you use the bathroom before you go because they have literally the dirtiest bathroom I have ever seen. Ive never had any issues with waiting or with the associates being rude though. Its a fun place to explore.

Keith the manager there is awesome. I needed a vanity that Greensboro ran out of and through a whole weird situation I was able to get it in Durham and use the coupon that was mailed to me. He made it super easy to get what I needed

I placed an order online, received notification the order was ready, drove 25 minutes to pick up the order, get to the store and follow directions for curbside, only to wait 20+ minutes with no acknowledgement of my arrival. I sent my husband in to pick the order up and he was told only I could pick it up (understandable) and only the manager could get it (what?). We wait about 5 more mins, no one has acknowledged us at curbside yet. Husband goes back inside, manager is supposedly with a customer still. After 3 more mins, I go in and request a refund. As I’m waiting, the cashier is playing on her phone, other associates are just standing around (all while apparently NO ONE can get me the one item I am waiting for). Rhonda the manager comes down the aisle mumbling under her mask about 15 feet away that “it will cancel out you haven’t picked it up yet”. Nope. No apology for complete disregard for customer service or respect for time. My item wasn’t even in the basket she brought to the front (I ordered a king size comforter). Rhonda was rude, argumentative and beyond unprofessional. She claims her manager, Iesha, was not there and gave me the number to the store to call her tomorrow. The fact that I drove 25+ mins, waited over 25+ mins to receive this level of customer service and basically be denied any sort of refund is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. Rhonda needs training. The store as a whole is being poorly run, let alone managed and employees are not being appropriately utilized.UPDATE: nearly two weeks later and management nor corporate has responded or otherwise addressed my concerns. “All” I expected was an apology for the complete disregard of my time and the overall incredible disrespect I received as a customer. This is a poorly run company from the top down. I will no longer patronize an establishment with such poor values and customer service. I would normally recommend that you just avoid the Durham location, but considering corporate delivered no resolution either, just avoid At Home Stores entirely. I highly recommend other customers consider factors beyond the “shiny objects” when choosing where to spend their hard earned money.

Great place if you plan some redecorate your home. Nice prices, great quality. I bought a cushion for patio chair and is a lot better than the one from Walmart. Man, I suggest you go with your wife or your wallet might hurt.

We found everything we wanted and more. A lot to see and very well organized and clean. Enjoyed perusing through the aisles. We like our curtains and other things purchased. Great prices.

Ive been here a lot of times, and they were mostly pretty great, but this time was not. We wanted to see if an item was marked down because it was broken, but the manager said they couldnt mark it down because it was already on sale, and then when we wanted to just buy our other items they were checking out other people while we were talking to the manager, and made us wait again even though we waited in line to check out before we asked about the broken item, so we just gave up and left.

Anything you can think of for a home is in this store. Items galore for the inside and outside. You will definitely be able to get your walk and exercise on because of the massive square footage of this place. Employee volume is low and its hard to ask anyone anything unless you walk all the way back to the counter, but they are nice.Lots and lots of rugs, pillows, mirrors, pictures, vases, oh too much stuff to name. Odd items as well as an array of colors. You could literally decorate your whole house or apartment at this store. Its August and Halloween and Christmas decorations are already out if you want to get ahead of the crowd. Prices are reasonable for most things yet ridiculously high for others. But you they are items you wont see in everyones home. You will get emailed coupons from time to time. You name it, they have it. Happy Shopping!

Nice, however they didnt have what I wanted

This store has endless items and I love that....but its like nobody works there. Couldnt get help with anything. Did 5 laps around the store trying to find someone and couldnt find a single person. Had to use 2 rolling carts on either side of a rug wrack to stand on to shimmy a rug out from under other rugs. Almost left instead of buying it because I didnt think I could physically get it down. Also, I wanted to talk to customer service about something. Called a number where a machine told me to call another number. A machine at that number told me to call yet another number. Call that number and its just a voice giving an email address! Are you kidding me?! Can never talk to a person?? And why the run around with so many numbers?? The company obviously does not care about customer service one lick. Im going to return my rug and likely never return. Bargain prices are 1 thing, but I think they could still provide them and at least SOME level of customer service in the store or on the phone. Just corporate greed.

I do like the store got a few items, but I wanted to purchase a headboard that I found which wasnt in stock so I spoke with an emplyee that told me i could yake display if I wanted and that I would get a discount Im guessing because it wasnt boxed, but I go to check out and the cashier tells me that it cant be purchased because its being discontinued yet the head board was priced and displayed I asked the cashier what they were going to do with headboard she says atore it in the back where it should have been if it wadnt for sale.

My mom and I love this place. Its a huge open store with a nice variety of home goods at a range of prices. They have the same general variety of styles as expected, but its never as busy as other big stores if you want to take your time looking around.

Pretty good for cheap stuff for homes and apartments.

I was impressed by the wide selection. They have pretty much everything you might want for your home, inside or out: linens, dishes, cookware, closet organization, wall decor, furniture, mattresses, holiday decorations, and patio furniture. They dont carry hardware (like doorknobs or towel bars) or lawn equipment (like mowers or edgers), but they have pretty much everything else. They also have products at multiple price points, so you can bargain hunt or take a step or two up in quality.

This place is a wonderland for home goods. The prices are good, which makes me wonder if they are handling overstock or something like that.Have shopped there twice, and the second time, I took a coupon that I had received on email. The coupon had no barcode, which was needed. So I couldnt get the advertised 10 percent off.Im amazed at the size of this store, so there is a lot of selection with any given item. There were about 3 long isles of throw pillows, for example.This is a self service place, pretty much. There dont seem to be many employees despite the size of the store. The checkout area is a bit odd. They corral you to the left even though its a straight shot to the register from the right. The store was nearly empty when I was there and I was waiting at the right. Just as the previous customer left, one came from the left. I had been waiting a while but not at the right spot. So I repositioned behind the newcomer and waited again. Only one person was working the register.I give them a good rating for the selection and value, despite a less than perfect customer experience.

I would come here so much more often since they have good prices, but the last four or five times they only have one person on the register and the line is so long. I have abandoned my cart multiple times when I get to the front of the store and see the line. You need more than one person on a register on the weekend!

So many options to make your home look just the way you want it. I was very pleased with the prices of most things. Generally the same or cheaper than large online retailers. Also a great place to go searching for a gift for someone who is difficult to shop for.

I went in today for the first time ever and was blown away by. It was overwhelming but in a good way. Anything you could possibly want or need for your home is in this store. I didnt see to many employees around when I needed help but thats life I guess. I will definitely return.

Love going to At Home very relaxing at the right time of the day! Had a women and a child asking for money in the store saying they were homeless! Only to find out it was a scam...talk to Police out side they told me it was a scam! I spoke to one of your employees about what was going on and she was very helpful..she checked outside to see if they were gone, and also told me that a police car was sitting out in the parking lot! Thank you for having such deicated employees.

Great prices, great quality products, my only complaint is the lack of an actual inventory system. If you dont see it on the shelf, they cant check if they have it or order it for you. But overall this place is probably the best it gets when it comes to home decor, you could literally bring a girl on a date here and they would not be upset, its that good.

Got my mirror for my room in our new apartment. I loved at home from my university state, but now that Im near one in my new home state I can literally just give them my money. If you are shopping for a new place, or just redesigning yours, definitely take a trip here! It has something for all ages and genders, everything!!

The store is beautiful. Initially I was very impressed by this chain Id never heard of.However, twice my family has had to return items to this store because they were not complete. Apparently, when this store takes product back, they dont ensure the item has all the necessary hardware for installation before resale. I opened a ceiling fan and blinds that didnt have the mounting brackets, crucial items to installing things.

Large variety of decorative and home use items. You have to look them over carefully because some are damaged. But you can really stretch a budget here and you can actually find off season items on sale. Unlike many big box stores that take last season stuff and put them in storage or sell them to places like At Home. I usually leave with something new.

A wide array of collection albeit being a bit pricey - that pretty much sums up this place for me. The store is a bit unkempt and for a store this size, they dont have enough staff to help out customers. But if you can manage on your own, you should find almost everything you need for home furniture and decor right here. We found plenty of choices when it came to mirrors in the home decor section, more than what we were hoping to find. Pay a visit some time because if you like looking at home decor options like my wife does, your partner will be driving back home a happier person! :)

This is definitely a superstore for anything for your home. I would like to see more employees on the register for check out because it always seems that the wait is unnecessary.I needed help locating an item that they had on the weekly special and the person at the register called for help. The associate did come, but we were unsuccessful in finding the item from the ad. I was a bit bummed because usually the flash sale items are located up front. Definitely a hit or miss when you are looking for something specific.Otherwise, very good variety and value which is why I give it 4 stars.

Its clean and has tons to choose from. The items seen to be lesser quality for higher prices. I come in here now and then when I’m in a desperate search for something specific but always leave empty handed. I could always find something much nicer at Home Goods for less.

If you have ever order from Overstock Wake Wayfair Amazon then order no more, this store has the same items that these places have, no shipping, so all I can say is go there for your self I love this place At Home, good name for it.

I purchased a plant pot from here and behind the price sticker was a chip. When I went to return it they said that they wouldnt intentionally place a price sticker over a blemish to try to sell it... Sure.

My family and I love this store. If you compare it to other stores with home decor their prices are great. Customer service was ok, not anything special but they werent rude or bothered.

HUGE selection of home decoration, furniture, and everything else for your home. I have to admit that I havent bought everything I wanted to, because it would require a tractor trailer to haul. The prices are extremely competitive and the styles vary from traditional to modern and everything in between. Worth a trip even if you dont have anything in particular that youre looking for.

I could get into a lot of trouble at this store. They have everything! And I just bought a new house... my only complaint is that I had to wait in line for about 30 minutes to check out because someone ahead of me was applying for a credit card in the checkout line and there was only 1 cashier. This should be done somewhere else in the store. The only reason I waited for so long is because I was shopping with a friend who really wanted to buy things. :(

Come for a picture frame. Leave with pots, pans, blankets, storage bins, tinsel, pictures, and $800 less than you came with because it’s full of awesome.

Shopped here for several hours today and spent around $500 dollars decorating my daughters’s apartment. I had several questions that were referred to the manager, Keith, and each time he was rude and seemed he didn’t have time to be bothered! Will not be shopping here again!

Love the store. Prices could be a little more competitive with homegoods. The staff here is not the nicest, both times i went the cashiers were not friendly at all.

Very large space and selection of all sorts of housewares. Can be a bit crowded in the seasonal section and things are gone well before the season begins. Christmas things are picked through as early as September. It is nice that they have outdoor furniture available all year long.
