Antwan at Mattress Firm in North Carolina helped my mom, aunt, sister & I find the best mattress ever!!! He helped us find exactly what my sister wanted, gave us some great deals, and made the process quick. Antwan made it happen!! We were only in town for one day, so he was able to find a mattress at another Mattress Firm near by that we could pick up and take back with us that SAME DAY! Awesome!! Such a witty, kind, helpful, and efficient worker!

Jay was an extremely courteous and professional salesman. His knowledge of their inventory was impeccable, and I would rather have shopped here than anywhere else. Unfortunately, my budget really was not in line with any of their inventory, but he was still extremely polite despite that.

We’re hoping the mattress we just bought lasts us forever now since we are 70 now and throughout our 43 years of marriage, we found mattress buying to be a struggle. At least now the shops don’t try to force you into buying a box spring. With that said, we put off shopping for a new mattress for a while as we dreaded the process. Well, Antoine of Mattress Firm Southpoint made our trip exceedingly pleasant as he listened to what we did and did not want; obtained information we required; and dealt with us fairly and professionally. I made a point of getting his name before we left just in case I was prompted to do a review or survey. Additionally, having been stuck with a bad choice or two of mattresses over the decades, Mattress Firm’s 120 day return policy provides a can’t lose situation.

Mr. Jay, the store manager, kindly directed me to the replacement mattress and even matched the price of the discontinued one. Walked in looking to do an exchange on a mattress, didnt like the one we purchased previously from Mattress Firm (a little too firm for us). The process was so easy and took one day to process the exchange, new purchase, and delivery date.This is all thanks to Leon, he was incredible. He was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses in the store and how they compare to our current mattress. He helped pick out a mattress that would be the perfect fit for us and was able to process all the paperwork and logistics very quickly. That guy needs a raise! I looked for mattresses online, many different websites. I was caught off guard once when I bought online sight not seen, bad experience. Came across a mattress I thought might be good but not sure...went to a store to try it out. The guy was awesome!!! He showed me what I wanted, listened to my concerns, (I am short and weigh less than 150 but my boyfriend is tall and weighs over 200), and found the right mattress for just $100 more. He didn’t try to “up sell” me, he “right sold” me. Love it!!

Went to Mattress Firm for a queen Serta. They had a sale and I was looking for a bargain. The sales manager was amazing he really knew what he was doing and what he was talking about. He showed me the adjustable bed in a position called weigtless, which took all of the pressure off of my lower legs lower back and was an absolute comfort. The only negative is that I am still waiting for my adjustable bed it was delayed in the delivery and I do not like that. Right now I have a really awesome mattress and I am having to sleep on the floor.*** Update. The manager arranged for me to get my bed earlier than we thought. It was delivered with platinum service, they put the bed together, plugged it in and placed my mattress on it. I sleep very very well. As an avid reader I enjoy the adjustable bed quite a bit.

Took my mom to look for a special sized mattress. She sleeps on an antique bed. While they do not create odd sized mattresses, Angela Sanders walked us through the store. Spoke with knowledge and compassion. We tested out the mattresses so that we could at least leave with an idea of firmness, pillow top or no, foam or cool foam. She wrote everything down and suggested we call the company directly. Mrs. Sanders did not make a sale and knew that she wouldnt but she was so kind, and gracious. I hope the Owner/Manager knows what an exceptional employee they have in Mrs. Angela Sanders.

Best mattress place in the area! We went to Sleep Number and the Mattress Warehouse before coming here. Mattress Firm had equal quality, better prices, and a better variety in our price point. Arrvid was very helpful and didnt make us feel pushed or pressured. And they have a 120 day exchange policy with no restocking fee just in case we change our minds!

I needed a mattress with an adjustable frame ASAP for my aunt who is moving to assisted living tomorrow and he worked a small miracle to make it happen for me in a day at the holiday season. We entered this Mattress Firm without really knowing much about mattresses other than we wanted a new one. From the start store employee Donovan Tyson explained the differences between the various beds build and softness. He allowed us to try out different types of mattresses, and helped us narrow down our likes and dislikes to a few mattresses. Once my wife and I had decided what we liked, Donovan helped us find the best deal on the highest quality mattress. I left more educated about mattresses and sleep, and left feeling like I got a really good deal.

The staff is amazing! This was my first time buying a mattress, but it was a success. Donovan in particular is the most helpful person ever. He gave me the best options and was able to work with me throughout my purchase. There was even another customer there that was being extremely rude, but never once did Donovan act disrespectful towards her. He handled the situation at his best even when the customer was being very difficult. This is definitely the place to go!

I started chatting with Jay on the Mattress Firm website. He explained that the store by me was still closed, but he was opening the Southpoint store this weekend. He answered all my questions and then invited me to visit the Southpoint store to try a few mattresses out. During our visit this afternoon we ended up choosing the exact mattress Jay had recommended after listening to my concerns & what mattresses hadnt worked for us in the past. Were excited to get our new bed & I highly recommend working with Jay (normally at the Parkside location). He is knowledgeable & listens extremely well.
