The store manager Jackson is very friendly and not afraid to tell you the truth about the mattress industry, which is awesome in my book (mattress stores often seem to be more focused on the sale than actually helping you in my experience). He was super knowledgeable about the different mattresses I was looking at in other stores along with the various pros and cons of them.Really enjoyed shopping there, and will be going back again in a few months when I need to buy a couple more mattresses.

The store is attractive and convenient to where I live. In fact, I purchased another mattress there 13 years ago. I will shop there again. We also were pleased with the 4th of July discount (a king size mattress for the price of a queen size).

We couldnt have asked for better treatment than we got at this location. They took all the time with us that we needed to choose the right mattress for our comfort and budget. Donovan and Joe, despite supply chain delays, kept us updated. They were as frustrated as we were by the delays offering the opportunity to choose a different bed, and ultimately crediting us some money back and including a set of sheets. I know where Ill be sending friends and family when its time for a new bed.

Sales associates are knowledgeable and friendly. They put a lot of effort in making a sale. I understand that but its a little pushy.They try to make you believe they are the ultimate option. This doesnt always work for my current budget. I need time to think & shop around.

Purchased a very nice Matress and full adjustable base with massage. The store level was fine but after that I would never purchase anything from them again. My adjustable base has been down going on 5 months and it has been the worse experience trying to get it fixed. I’ve spent over 5k for everything and they treat me like I’m nothing. Customer service is nonexistent and if I could give it all back and get my money back and deal with another business I would. Please be aware of after the sell treatment because they act like they could care less about the customer.I am well aware that things can happen in business but this is nothing like that I have to keep calling them to find out what’s going on and every time it’s like I’m bothering them and I just want my base fixed under my warranty that they sold me and it’s like pulling teeth to find out information. Very unacceptable and will never give them my business again and will definitely tell anyone looking for a good mattress to definitely do your research and look else where than Matress firm. Make sure whoever you spend your hard earned money with you the consumer is appreciated unlike I was treated

If I could give more stars I would. I visited the Durham NC location @ Northpointe. When I walked in although he was with another customer, Donovan addressed me and told me hed be with me in a moment. In the meantime, he asked what I was in the market for. I explained what I needed and he told me to start out by trying one of the mattresses to see if it was what I wanted, while he finished up with his current customer.Once he finished with the customer, he gave me his full attention. I told him the range I wanted to try to stay in and we tried to stay there. lol I really needed a good quality bed, so he explained all of the options. He let me know what Mattress Firms equivalent was as far as an adjustable base to help me save cash. He has the greatest personality for customer service. He helped me to apply for financing and explained everything to me.While I was in there, it began to storm outside and I had forgotten to bring my umbrella inside. So, Donovan gave me a cardboard sign to use to protect me from the rain until I got to my car. So, thoughtful of him. It did the trick. Went to Mattress Firm to check out an adjustable base for my elderly Mother. Met an amazing sales associate named Warren. He was very professional & had patience. He showed my husband & I various models explaining the health benefits of the bases. Warren allowed us to take our time testing a few bases while he assisted other customers. We were so pleased with the service & purchase, we returned the following day for another purchase.

I have been shopping for a mattress for a while now and this was one of the best experiences at a mattress store. My boyfriend and I literally spent two hours trying out nearly every bed in the store, and the sales rep was very patient with us. She was not pushy and did not hover over us like many sales reps do - she was was always close enough to answer our questions, but far enough to give us the privacy to discuss things honestly. She also helped us to find a way to stay within our budget AND get the bed we wanted. I definitely recommend this store.

I called last weekend. It was time-sensitive: were starting to foster kids. We needed a bed (unexpectedly) fast. The salesperson I talked to (Laurel) was incredible. She set up a delivery for THAT DAY, worked hard to make sure I could get something within our budget, and even followed up by email with information about MattressFIRM programs to help foster parents. I was truly touched -- Ill be a customer for life!

When I first set out to write this review, it was going to be negative and angry. However, one of the fantastic managers fixed every problem i had and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted. While at first, a sales associate named Jackson sold my husband and I a mattress, and assured us it would be ready for pick up in two days. A week later, when I still hadnt heard from the store, I called and was told they couldnt find our mattress or boxspring anywhere. Then, come to find out, what we purchased was out of stock, and wouldnt be available for at least another two weeks. I went into the store, prepared to stomp my foot and demand a corporate number to complain, but the manager dropped everything she was doing to help me. She wound up finding me a better mattress, in stock, and after talking to the store manager, gave it to me for the same price as my original choice, with free delivery. It was an upgrade and was delivered and set up the very next day. I am over the moon with it and with the customer service I received. I can not for the life of me remember her name, but if anyone at Mattress Firm reads this, she was an African American woman from NY, and she provided the best customer service Ive ever received anywhere. She saved this sale and my overall opinion of the company with just a half an hour of her time.

Additionally, he was understanding of our price range.We had a nightmare matress in a box before this, and I am now confident that we have made a considerible upgrade with his help. My husband and I came into Mattress Firm at Duke Homestead for our first experience buying a mattress. A task that seemed initially daunting and overwhelming turned into not only an easy experience, but also a fun one. We were promptly greeted by a sales associate, Warren. My wife and I just moved and we needed a new bed, day one. At the store, the sales associate and manager quickly showed us the selection of choices, and got us a great bundle deal. Delivery the next day was an hour early (which was great, and they gave us a heads-up) and the bed was in perfect condition. Everyone was straightforward, honest, and super-courteous.
