I came from Chicago and helped my cousin earlier last week move in this location on Busse and forgot to write a review. So we got there and these two extremely nice women helped us with everything not only that but went out of there way... My cousin got their names and it was Karen and Maria. Long story short they should definitely be managers if they aren’t already.

This Public storage is one of the cleanest most well rounded facilities I know . I want to give it up to Maria A., For just making the place run like a well oiled train, her A game is by far I believe the reason why this place runs so well and efficient.hard working pays off especially when an employee such as her steps up the the plate and gives you her full service with care and respect..

I was at the facility and went to the office to find out where my sons storage is. Maria was so nice and located the space for me. Maria was so respectful and very friendly.

My parents are planning on downsizing and moving, so I came in to ask about unit sizes and rates. Chef managed to both answer all of my questions and give me a good hearty laugh in the process. Were still narrowing down potential apartment locations, but if we decide on Des Plaines (or nearby), I hope that Chef is behind the desk again.

This location is perfect for us. The lot is easy in and out from less busy Busse Hwy. Liked the self-service signups and move in process very much. Love the eRental discount!. Brand new building with just sufficient ambient lighting is inside, which is a bit of a strain on my old eyes. My cell signal is not available inside, which was an issue at move-in for me. Only complaint is that the overhead doors conceal the presence of vehicles that are already inside. This presented an awkward exit from the garage today, as another car had just pulled up behind me as I backed out. The distraction caused a near miss of the keypad post outside of the door. All-in-all, I am satisfied the storage facility is safe and secure.

Sign on door said that they would be back by 2:35pm. No one was there at 2:50pm. Bought my boxes on Amazon instead. Company should not complain to losing business to Amazon if they dont care about there business.
