A pretty hip coffee shop perfect to grab some takeaway breakfast or to sit in there for a while and chill. Beverages are really good and the staff is nice.

Absolutely a gem, this is my favorite coffee shop in Denver during my week-long visit! High quality artisanal coffee at a very reasonable price. They also have a nice and large selection of pastries and breakfast/lunch items. I was given really friendly service while navigating their vegan options, and ended up with a chocolate chip scone, which is absolutely delicious!While indoor seating is limited (still available) at the moment, there is plenty of outdoor dining space and even better, the park is just across the street.

Big spacious coffee shop with great coffee and pastries. They didnt have a ton of seating inside (maybe a temp covid consideration), but I did find a table to sketch at for a while while I enjoyed my coffee. There was a great patio outside though, seemed to be a nice meet-and-greet place in the neighborhood for a Saturday morning.

This was my first time visiting Allegro, and it was great! It was a little busy, but service was still good, and the outdoor patio area is nice on good weather days. Ill be back!

Amazing coffee and atmosphere

The veggie breakfast sandwich was freshly made and delicious. Quick service and a great menu to choose from. Easy to grab and go. The aesthetic and overall vibe of the place was pleasing and trendy.

Large coffee shop with good vibe. Clients seem to be largely dudes post morning gym workout and girls with airbuds talking about life in general. Shop has a huge space thoughtfully decorated in a current minimalist, comfortable trend. Outdoor sidewalk seating.

Great place to get work done. They have free reasonable wifi (3-4mbps) and about 4-5 outlets. Music be a bit loud for calls and meetings. Nice outdoor seating as well.Iced matcha latte tasted great!

Um. Incredible. I got the earl grey infused latte (half sweet) and my girlfriend got an old brew. I am not a sweet latte person and this blew me away. The earl grey infused syrup is incredible. 5 stars hands down.

My husband and I met a friend here and hung out for a while. I ordered an americano and my husband ordered a seasonal latte. The staff were great. We loved the location and style of the coffee shop too.

Arrived solo around 11:30 am on a warm, cloudy Sunday. The place was reasonably busy, yet plenty of seating still available.The ambiance was conductive for work with plenty of different options based on what you prefer. I always look for backing chairs to keep my comfortable, which plenty here had. It also has outdoor seating for those who want it.The menu had a lot of variants on your typical coffee or tea, which is appealing. I ordered a raspberry tea on tap of sorts, which was a fun change. They also list calories for each drink, which is handy.Overall, would gladly return here to get work done and enjoy a good beverage.

Love the setting here. Open and spacious, well designed. The window seats are fantastic for families with kids. Great coffee and coffee drinks too! Espresso was really good, brewed coffee of the day was fantastic. Allegro is a go to for us!

The coffees are delicious really and there is a very wide selection of them. I really enjoyed the organic Ethiopian on a filtered brew. The food was slightly disappointing to me on the other hand.The place is beautiful. Spacious, relaxing, calm. Ideal to get some work done or read a good book. Little plus for the music choice :)

Whenever we have business meetings or even a quick chit-chat with a friend, this coffee shop is our place. Not only we love their coffee and their special pastries and desserts, but the ambiance of the place was also very astonishing. Every time we are here was it feels like home. I was having so much fun with their unique couches, too.

I love the open space inside. I usually meet a friend who has a two-year-old son and he loves the benches lining the windows. Their coffee is delicious and they have a lot of great drink options. I usually get a coconut milk latte. I have tried some of their baked goods and I am a big fan of the chocolate chip hazelnut cookie!

Such a great little jewel of a place. Glass views into the roasting floor and the rich smell of coffee accompanying all the busy people enjoying their conversations and shared laughter. A perfect place to get renewed during the day and the best baristas anywhere.

Atmosphere is excellent and so is the coffee. I can focus on work and never feel distracted by what’s around me. Great outdoor space and the wait has never been very long to go in, even during Covid. The staff is friendly and the location is also very nice to walk around if you would prefer to order and go.

Outstanding!The venue alone is incredible! Perfect for working or socializing. All of their beverage and food items are great. They offer an excellent range of vegan and gluten free options too. I also feel their team is very efficient in preparing orders even in peak traffic, which is wonderful!I highly recommend ordering a bottomless coffee cup if you have the time to enjoy the space.

Best local roasters. We buy their Mister Twister for home. When its running low, its nice to take a trip to Tennyson, and grab a bag along with a seasonal latte for her & a cortado for him.

I just called and said I was on the way and explained I was pregnant and had my 2 year old daughter. I asked them to take my order Over the phone and pay for it so I didn’t have to come in with her. The girl who answered rudely told me she was unwilling to take payment on the phone. I then said I was about to be outside and asked if they could grab my card for me and run it and bring back out with the drink so I didn’t expose my daughter unmasked inside. She told me they were too busy and wouldn’t help me. Comical because I was outside and there was one person in line. I have gone out of my way to really support this local business especially during covid and they just lost my business for good. Apparently mothers in covid don’t matter to this business

24 years in the Gourmet Coffee Roasting Industry and this place had me at the door. Great location, exceptional service and gorgeous coffee roasted on a stainless steel small batch drum roaster on the side of the glass. Envy, envy and more envy. Loved the place!

We love walking to Allegro with our pups. The atmosphere is cool, its never too loud, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I have always enjoyed all of their recommendations. For the Tennyson neighborhood, they may have one of the better tea selections, especially because you can get some flavors on nitro. They also have a decent amount of baked goods to choose from and a vegan yogurt option.

The staff is nice and the food and coffee are pretty good and lots of natural light. However, 90% of the seating is really uncomfortable. Some of the tables are so tiny I could barely fit my laptop, coffee, and plate 😕

Come here quite regularly for a 20oz drip coffee because they know what they are doing with their beans and roast. The flavor profiles they list on the roasts are accurate and they do not lose the bean flavor the same way that Starbucks does with its over-roasting.The staff are kind and will generally strike up a conversation with you as youre ordering, unless it is super busy. They have a decent working space and atmosphere, but bring headphones if you are looking for quiet.They recently expanded their roasting space at the cost of some seating, but Im happy to know that Allegro wont be leaving the neighborhood anytime soon.

Im normally one for smaller craft roasters and walking into the space of Allegro, which oozes class and refinement gave me pause. That was quickly put to rest when I tasted the flat white Id ordered. Fantastic complex flavour in the coffee and a super smooth finish. The space is bright, open and inviting and I could easily see myself spending an afternoon here working undisturbed and just enjoying my coffee(s)!

Super cute & spacious but the Internet was so slow I couldn’t even get google calendar to load, staff was also not very friendly nor attentive. Coffee was good! Just wouldn’t stay and hang/work there.

One of my favorite coffee shops in Denver! If you havent tried it yet you need to get the death by creme. Its smooth and delicious. The staff are always friendly and quick with their service. My favorite thing to do is sit on the outside benches and people watch while sipping on my unique cold brew!!

Friendliest coffee shop in the neighborhood with about as much seating as you could ask for along Tennyson. Don’t blame the counter staff, but they’ll be shy of my favorite in Denver as long as this Amazon-owned (Whole Foods subsidiary) coffee roaster/cafe has abysmal WiFiBest part is the kind and thoughtful staff have a deep knowledge about the coffee, tea, kitchen fare without being obnoxious about their craft as some high-end cafes have become and even embraced over the last few years regarding their product, quality, sourcing, process, etc.

I liked this place a lot. The cappuccino I had was great, my fiancee had the iced chai tea latte, we both enjoyed it. The outdoor seating is a nice touch and the small food menus were great. Ive had Allegro Coffee before at Whole Foods, but it wasnt nearly as good as it is here. Coffee shop, thats straight to the point, and gets your order out quickly, couldnt ask for more.

My coffee was excellent. I tried a harvest espresso type of drink that I had never seen before. Service was great. During prime times, the shop is very crowded and seating is so tight you might be bumping elbows with your neighbor. The only downside is that sometimes it is so crowded you can’t find a place to sit.

Were visiting from Vancouver, BC and found this place online. Such a good decision to come here! Delicious espresso drinks and awesome staff. All three were so nice, giving us plenty of recommendations for our trip here.

Great coffee, and really fun location.

Allegro is a very good coffee house where you can meet up with friends or get some work done. It’s in a great location in the Berkeley neighborhood, and the coffee and espresso drinks they serve up are pretty creative and tasty. Can get busy at times, but it is spacious enough so the crowds don’t become obnoxious. The decor is very cool, and the open feeling is very welcome and relaxing.

Incredible coffee and tea options! (Matcha is my favorite!) Also love the alternative milk availability and quality. Vibe is chic and calm and somehow still vibrant. Great to sit and enjoy a cup in house alone or with a friend and/or loved one. Love the paper straw option!

Their coffee is fine. Not as charred as Starbucks, not as flavorful as the best Colorado has to offer. They recently changed their food menu to include more options that are way less tasty.
