The baristas were friendly. This store had a pretty good inventory of merchandise but the tables/seating areas were not cleaned. While we were at this location there was only one other couple so it was not crowded at all. During slow periods it would be nice to seen the staff cleaning a little instead of chatting. In the end though I would come here again if I was in the area.

I only ever go to this Starbucks as a last resort due to the green valley ranch location being especially busy most times, and this one being just a bit closer. Every time I’ve gone to this location it never fails that they get my drink wrong. I’m not someone who orders a complicated drink, I order the brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso and only add cold foam on top. I’m not sure why it’s so hard for them to ever add cold foam to my drinks. They input it on my order, it’s on my cup, but not in my drink. It’s not the biggest deal until it happens literally every single time I go to this location, and all I order is one thing. The drink is a shaken drink so when they initially hand it to me, it looks like there might be foam on top and then it settles and there isn’t. On top of it all, only at this location when I order this drink it tastes like they put some sort of coconut in it or something, and it just doesn’t taste good. I guess I just need to learn my lesson and stick out the line at the green valley ranch location. Because they have wonderful staff and service, and never have gotten my order wrong. (Probably because it’s literally so simple!!)

I like the mango dragon fruit they just put a bit of too much ice on the vinti. I had the turkey pesto panini and it was extraordinary fresh, meaty juicy. I kind of wish I had two instead the one. I’ll decently come back for the panini.

Very cute, clean store. All the staff was very kind. I was here during peak on a Saturday morning and had a very nice experience. The wait was as to be expected—it was 10am on a Saturday!—but the everyone was working hard and it seemed that all aces were in their places!

It’s a Starbucks that’s recently made so you know what you’re getting. In particular I like this place because there’s tons of indoor and outdoor seating, a drive through, and exceptionally talented baristas.Just a note to the manager. For the last three years I’ve been coming here, there’s been a fly problem. It’s kind of bizarre because as a born and raised Denver guy, I’ve never seen flys like a coffee shop this much. Ever. Great place. Great people. Would be nice if you could fix the flys

The morning crew is absolutely fabulous. Always on their A game and very friendly. This is the first time I went to this location at night. Apparently their drive-thru is not open the same hours as indoor dining. I arrived about 30 minutes before they closed and their drive-thru was already shut down. Annoying but not a huge deal. I just had to go inside but for anyone who doesnt want to go inside or get out of their car, you might want to find another location.Also, my drink came out very sloppy. I ordered a frappuccino and the consistency was more like milk. The whip cream topping looked like it had been on a drink thatd been sitting out for an hour.

I highly recommend this place to come and enjoy the coffee but there are so many flies.

Stopped by after landing in Denver. Store was clean, service was quick and accurate and the cold brew tasted exceptional. Over all a great atmosphere.

I placed a mobile order at this location for a grande cappuccino, light foam. Per the app, this should be 16oz. When I got home I noticed my cup was kind of light so I thought I should look... I poured my “16oz cappuccino” into an 11 oz glass and it didn’t even fill it quite half way.... there should have been a full glass with about 5 oz of liquid left in the Starbucks cup. Feeling kind of ripped off.

Out of alot of items which I know in these times isnt necessarily their fault. Was kinda chaotic and drinks still not made right but will definitely give another chance. Before todays visit had have a pleasant experiences.

DO NOT STOP AT THIS LOCATION. There is a reason why it has low ratings and no response from owner. Ofcourse it is conveniently located 5 min. away from the airport and open before 6 am. But to whomever is making these coffees please follow the recipe and dont wing it. I normally frequent starbucks. This morning after leaving the airport I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso(ordered plenty of times else where). This was probably the nastiest thing Ive ever put in my mouth. I watched as the barista put a drop of oatmilk in it but figured thats how its supposed to be made. It surpassed drinking burnt coffee. Not to mention I cant be refunded unless I turn around and go back to the store so now its inconvenient, a waste of money and no coffee.

This place is the worst Starbucks Ive ever been to. They made everyone one drinks who ordered after me before mine. That makes sense to me.Their employees excuse was that one person on cold and one on hot. They should of made the tickets in order still. I was very upset that I got my drink last but ordered first. I wont be going back.

I asked for iced chia and they were out of it. Had to settle for something that tasted awful. I requested a sweeter drink and it was bitter.

This Starbucks has one of the nicest furnishings and interior decorations of most of the Starbucks Ive been to. Unfortunately, the time I came here, the place was a bit of a mess (trash was full, the counter wasnt wipes down, and there werent any napkins). I might have just caught them at an off time, so Id be happy to revise my review next time I come back.

Placed a mobile order at the intersection while on foot. Ready with one minute of walking in. Walked out took a sip... just barely warm. No where Bear normal hot. This was Pikes Place with splash of half and half. Normally its hot enough to only take a sip right away. I downed most of it walking back to the Courtyard Marriott. No bueno. This is in summer.

Nice new Starbucks with a different floor plan. Folks are friendly and helpful, also has drive thru service.

This Starbucks never has anything. They dont seem to follow the hours scheduled to be open. They close at whatever time they want without a written notice to customers. If you plan to go grab a coffee I highly recommended not driving through this Starbucks.

The new layout is interesting, but tends to be too dark for me. I visited it both during night and morning and couldnt tell a huge difference. The staff was attentive and had my beverage ready really fast considering they had many customers. The drive-thru was scary at 8 am, I would much prefer to park and walk a little than be part of the line, but thats just my preference.

Cashier or whoever it was helping us was plain rude. Usually like this location but today whoever was taking our order, had an attitude that was not cute what so ever. Right when we were about to give her the money she closed the window, called and asked if I can speak to a manager they said he/she wasn’t available and I said okay and was getting attitude over the phone as well. I don’t understand why people work if they’re gonna have an attitude lol. Won’t be going back!

This is not a Caramel ribbon crunch.... where is the caramel! And it wasn’t even ready on time. My husband got a chocolate frap and he has CARAMEL! So disappointed

This place makes my coffee correct every time & my cheese danish awesome. But as far as speed of service I would say its really slow its like they get busy and they all get overwhelmed maybe a couple more people in designated area especially on your busy days but other than that great overall.

I’ve been to this location a few times and my usual order always tastes different. My favorite is the iced almond milk and honey flat white. Sometimes it tastes like there’s absolutely no honey and sometimes it tastes burnt like the espresso was left to sit too long and died. I’ve also been told that an iced London fog is not possible for them to make because the earl grey tea can’t be chilled... I’ve gotten it at other locations shortly before that and when I lived in Ohio it was even a featured drink one season. I didn’t find out that they couldn’t make it until I was picking it up at the drive-though window and they handed me a warm beverage with 3 ice cubes on top. Would have been better if they told me I couldn’t get it iced before I paid for it. They’re often out of the food items too. They had one of the sandwiches on the menu for quite a while and for a whole month of me asking a couple times a week, they were continuously out of it. There are a few really awesome baristas there and it is close to my residence so I will continue to occasionally visit, but I only order very basic drinks that are on the menu from this location.

This Starbucks location is convenient to the hotels. The lattes were not prepared correctly. The coffee cake was warmed and delicious. Overall, I continue to be disappointed with Starbucks in this current environment.

Employees were nice, but unfortunately waited over 20 minutes for my drinks. Looked like there were 6 employees working but no drinks were coming out. I actually received my drink before other customers that were waiting when I placed my order. I felt horrible grabbing the drink and seeing their faces as I had ordered after them.

Great experience and service clean and fast

I came in with a caramel latte that I hadnt drank since I ordered it right after I brushed my teeth. So I instinctively knew I needed to wait to drink it and luck would have it I waited too long. Ask if I could have it reheated and I was told I might get sick. As I then humbly ask for another one and the Barista proceeded to charge me and dump out my old unused, not even took a sip of latte. Yet felt the need to charged me again I felt insulted. I will take this as Im just not trustworthy or deserving enough to assuming my egregious error was not done to gain a free beverage. The Americano was tremendous but the breakfast sandwich was mediocre. Customer service from one of the baristas was terrible. I asked for a couple of napkins and she told me to wait a minute in a snarky manner. Not sure I heard her correctly I said excuse me? to which she responded very rudely in a minute and promptly ignored me and started making the drink for the next customer.

The night staff is rude and treat people like junk. They also always close the lobby so only the drive thru is open . They also always close it on Sundays right at opening. I hardly belive that corporate knows this and is ok with it but I will be following up with them. I hope management can retrain this rude staff.

What can I say, its Starbucks. We all have our favorites. What I will say about this particular location, is that they definitely have a lot of space to do their work, but sometimes the level of attentiveness is missing. Youll see people standing around when they should be paying attention to orders that have come in. Thats just my personal opinion, because I will say that all of the staff have always been friendly. Overall its a nice clean place, and theres plenty of room to people-watch and do your homework.

This is possibly the worst Starbucks Ive ever visited. Terible service from the employees. I just flew into KDEN and was requesting some information. They were far from helpful. The bathroom was closed, even though they were open 4 business. When I asked for a cup of water, to wash food off my hands, they gave me Purell.Stay Away

It is a great location and space; however, all the employees were talking over their headset loudly throughout the store disrupting the work of the other customers in the store, and we could hear everything they were saying. Everyone had left, but me. It was annoying. Plus, they started cleaning the floors at 7:15, making me wonder if they are actually open until 10:00. But, I can understand it since this location may not be very busy. Overall, it wasnt bad service, but I think that they could have been more considerate towards creating a good work space for the customers, and not slamming past customers reviews on this page, while there are customers in the store that can overhear all the conversations.

They don’t know their own drink recipes. Ordered a blonde Starbucks double shot and they just put two shots of espresso in a cup.

I love Starbucks and go to them all over the country. They always have clean stores, friendly staff and superb coffee. Great breakfast sandwiches, I like the reduced fat turkey bacon, wholesome cage free egg white, melted reduced fat white cheddar cheese on a organic wheat English muffin. Its only 210 calories and delicious.

Jacob showed my baby and me incredible kindness tonight, AND made the best dirty chai I’ve ever had. Right away, Jacob made us feel welcomed and happy, and I am so glad we stopped by. Jacob is the best barista and coolest person ever, so definitely go to this Starbucks. ♥️

Okay store but one staff member stands out. Westley greeted my family of 4. His bedside manners belongs to a 5 star hotel staff. He said Good morning, he asked if there was something I was waiting on because an other staff forgot about my breakfast sandwich. He offered milk to my kids bc an other staff forgot to heat up my breakfast. Starbucks is lucky to have you Westley!

I work up the road and stop here most mornings on my way into work. Majority of the time, my drink is made incorrectly, and when I look at the sticker, the drink was rung up wrong some of the time too. Ive been getting the same drink for the past 4 months and it is rare that anyone gets it right. Although there are one or two nice employees, they lack any sort of real customer service and the overall service is slow. This is the only starbucks on my way into work and after getting my drink wrong again today, its the last time Ill stop by for anything from them. Please, get organized, listen to the orders carefully and repeat them back so other people dont have to deal with this frustration.

When I was ordering the drinks through their drive-thru line, the lady was nothing but rude during the whole time. I was interrupted multiple times as well as being rushed in completing the order. There was no cars behind me. When I mentioned the customer service I received to the manager, she didn’t do any better than the employee! Her statement is as followed”um so what do you want me to do about it?”

I am traveling with breast milk and so once I get through security I need ice to fill up two Ziploc bags, which I can then put in my cooler to keep my babys breast milk at a safe temperature. Starbucks is apparently only allowed to give out tall cups of ice, which I think is absurd. I am prepared to pay for venti size cups, but I need a reasonable amount of ice. Even when I explained my situation no help was offered.
