Was totally impressed by the food. Had the brisket and it was fantastic. 5 people in the car and everyone was super happy with their food and the service.
Really great bagels. Only problem I had was I wanted 2 doggie bagels and they ended up not making it into my bag.
The cashier at the end of a very long line was extremely rude and quite hitleresque. Her customer service could use some gentle love. I do enjoy their bagels and their coffee, its unfortunate that in such diverse times that a person could be so intolerant and rude. I think the cashier is definitely not a morning person. I will never return to this Einstein Bagel location. This establishment has just lost a customer.
Last time I went through the drive thru I had ordered a turkey cheddar on an asiago bagel. Before I would get chips and a pickle with it. Or the option of fruit salad. I received a plane bagel with mayo lettuce and tomato. Huge bummer. I know people make mistakes but this is pretty far off.

Biggotry is alive at this place. Today my wife took the wheel and drove thru and got belittled and shamed. Her English is still being developed and the person taking the order was obviously annoyed, shouting at her with no inhibitions. My wife is from Asia and shes sometimes frightened to go out alone. This isnt the first time shes experienced this but never before from an employee at a restaurant.
Horrible customer service. And lady manager yells at me telling me stuff. Instead of just checking in with all her customers dont go here!
Good bagels. My groove is a toasted everything with cream cheese and tomato. The bagels are good so this was yummy. Unfortunately the person inside didnt secure the lid on my coffee and I didnt notice til my leg was pretty wet given the cup holder in my car ... So ...
My Grandmother used to make me lox bagels, and they’ve become a certain delicacy in my life after her passing. I don’t ever have a lox bagel without thinking about her, and I take the experience of enjoying these bagels to heart as they always remind me of her house near the ocean. Recently, I went to this location to order one of these bagels with extra lox. Of course, they did not provide the extra lox on my bagel, so I circled backed and asked them to correct this. They did so by giving me an entire different bagel, with extra lox. That’s a lot of lox, and it was delicious. Due to that experience, I decided I would revisit this location the next morning to thank them for being so kind. I then ordered a standard bagel, with extra lox. As I was driving away, of course, I opened my bagel box to find one lonely piece of lox. So here I circle around again to correct this... and guess what happens. They gave me an entire different bagel with extra lox again! I have had so many lox bagels in the past two days. It’s been wonderful. Thank you friends, you made my day. :)

Just went here. Asked for a bagel toasted with cream cheese. I received and untoasted bagel with no cream cheese and tomato. This is not what I ordered

I have given this location many tries to get it right, but, its always so glaringly mismanaged I cant give them a pass anymore. The food is fine. No complaints. It just seems like the management never gets it that you should have two stations. One to fill in house orders and one to fill drive through orders. Its always super slow in house/to go orders. Toasted bagel with butter took 10 minutes to fill and there was only one in house order ahead of me. Not to mention youll see three or four people working hard and two or three people standing around doing nothing. It just never changes.
Breakfast here is perfect. Nice coffee and good food overall.
The food was as good as can be expected from Einstein Bros, which is better than fast food, but lordy the service was disastrously slow. I felt like I couldve listened to an entire podcast while waiting through the drive-thru. I couldnt justify waiting that long for food thats just so so ever again.
Loved that they had a drive through. The service was fast and the orders were correct and yummy!!!

I frequent this location at least 3 times a week. The food has always been good, and the location is always clean and well kept. The staff, however, are not as consistent. Most of the time, the staff is helpful, friendly and always willing to get my order the way I want it, but it has typically been from two individuals. The other times, Ive had to correct a wrong order, or give a reminder that Im a reward member, or on three occasions, Ive had to ask for my correct change.------- UPDATE 10-19-19--------My credit card was fraudulently used at this location, so I called and spoke with Tim and he informed me he could not help me with my issue even tho a stolen credit card was used at his location. Thanks for all the help!I will no longer visit this location as a result. And Id caution everyone to find an alternative. Avoid this location if you can. If you must go, use cash and check your order to ensure its correct.
Fast morning service.
It took me over a year to return after finding a hair in my cookie in March 2019. It’s geographically convenient, but this morning the woman in the drive-through wasn’t wearing her mask, until I asked her to. I guess that’s not important to a lot of people, but it is to me, so I will give my business to the location at Colorado and Yale.
Found a hair baked into my bagel... thats disgusting/unsanitary. I wont be going back.
Sad! I order an $8 Nova Lox that had thick slices of old onion thrown on top. Under the questionable salmon, capers all piled in the center with a flabby, small piece of tomato. Workers clearly dont care. I wont be back. Quality is dead these days...

It was a Happy Sunday morning until I walked in to this shop with my kids, a cashier named Ashlee was very rude and angry towards us! I understand Sunday is busy for breakfast places, but you can’t possibly treat people that way! If you can’t manage your anger or stress you shouldn’t be around people, no one deserve that attitude! Also I asked if i can they have business card available they said they don’t have one! I believe any human being have a right to walk in this place and be treated same as everyone no matter what race, religion or their appearance.

I was expecting freshly made New York style bagels. These were more like bread. King Soopers bagels are closer to the real thing. In a city with so many choices you can get something better elsewhere.
I ordered curbside and waited outside for 10 minutes. They forgot my iced coffee and started pouring me hot when I told them just ended up leaving without. I wont be back.
Sat in the drive thru for over 5 minutes at the order box waiting for SOMEONE to take my order, finally got to order and the girl at the window was super rude.... Dont waste your time with this place there are alot of better choices in the area
Sandwich was great but when someone asks for cream in their coffee they dont mean a little bit of coffee in their cream I couldve ordered a milk and it would of had more coffee in it. Smh....

RUDEST DRIVE THRU. LOST A CUSTOMER. Today (7/23 at 11:00am) I experienced the rudest drive thru experience of my life. While I was looking at the menu, the girl (Karen?) obviously left her microphone on and said “oh my god how long does it take to look at a bagel menu?” After hearing that, I drove away as fast as I could. Hunny, next time leave your microphone off if you are going to make a rude comment! Lost a customer.
Drive thru was busy but moved quickly, bagels were fresh and great as usual.
The General Manager Jonathan is a stand up guy. Always friendly and makes relationships with his customers.
Gotta join their schmear society-great point system! Its very hard finding a good bagel out here but these are certainly at the top of my list. Not a fan of their coffee BUT love any of their specialty drinks. Good quick stop for a breakfast bite

I like this location on Colorado Blvd, not too crowded and close to home. I like Einstein Bros bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and coffee, so its an easy choice for breakfast. On the last visit, they ran out of regular coffee and it took a bit for them to realize & react, which is surprising on a Saturday morning.
It was not too crowded. Went there for an interview and kept the social distancing to 6ft

Einstein’s is a great franchise in general, and this location, while not being one of the best, is nothing to complain about. Good selection of bagels, if you want a big selection (most of the time), go to the one in Lowry Town Center, but overall a good location.
Visit was okay, but not great. Both of our bagel sandwiches came on the wrong bagels, all the items we asked not to have on them were on them, and they were for eat in when we asked for to go. Oh, well, well give them another chance soon.
I come here with my 2 year old son about twice a month (because it is very expensive) and it is always great. Great service, smiling faces in the morning are always important to get the day started off right. The food is always great, I like to try something new every time and I am always impressed.
Went there on 9/9/2018 and was very disappointed. First, they were out of most bagels by the time we got there at 9:15am (French toast, pretzel, cinnamon sugar and others were all gone). Next, the cashier made several mistakes with our order and was generally rude. When we finally got our bagels, which were supposed to be toasted, they were cold and maybe mildly toasted... I suspect they were toasted a while before we ordered. Finally, the coffee was incredibly watered down... practically undrinkable. I will be going to the Einstein at 9th from now on!
Half the employees here are apathetic and rude. The manager doesnt seem to care about anything and gets pretty huffy when she has to correct something. No one will acknowledge you when you come in and act like its an inconvenience that you want to place an order. Theres one Gal who works there who mumbles to herself and is extreamly snippy. Its pretty uncomfortable to order with her. I try to be understanding as I will in the industry myself, but there comes a point.I feel bad for the other half of the employees, you can tell they are trying but they are overwhelmed due to being understaffed. Owners should really reevaluate this location cause its steadily going down the tube. I only go to this one because its the only one in my area.
I have now visited 2 days in a row and am so underwhelmed by the customer service and food quality. The first time, my food was hastily made cheese not melted and the staff was just TRASH talking another employee. And you know today I think I could immediately tell who that poor employee was. That’s inappropriate that I had to hear that conversation. It shows an unprofessional work atmosphere. My drink the 2nd time (dark chocolate iced mocha) was like chocolate milk with a pile of syrup in the bottom. I’ve ordered this before and it has never looked like this. My hash brown was also still cold in the center. Not a little, just not cooked still frozen cold.And the girl being trash talked? What a sweetheart.I’m from Minnesota, land of caribou and this was so so so disappointing.
Terrible. Always out of plain bagels. How do you run out continually?! Then attitude from staff. Poor customer service. Avoid this one folks. Better options out there.

Food is always perfectly fine, however their service is awful. I’m almost always waiting 10-15min in the drive thru even when no other cars are there. I don’t mind waiting if they’re slammed or even if they were to acknowledge that someone was waiting. So if you go to this location expect poor to frustrating level of service.
Worst experience ever at an Einsteins!! The people that worked there didnt care about what they were doing and were actually rude. My daughter ordered a pizza bagel that was burned beyond belief. When she went up to see if she could get a new one, the guy that worked there wouldnt even look at her, let along talk to her. He made a new one and threw it at her without even acknowledging her. The ice was out in the fountain machine. When I went to tell them about it, the guy just shrugged his shoulders. It was unbelievable. Love Einsteins, but will definitely NEVER go to that one again!
I just moved near this location and wow I’m impressed with the service and the product! The barista was super nice and the coffee was perfect! Will be making this a morning habit now sadly lol
Opted to go inside because the drive through looked busy. There were two people in line in front of me. Took 16 minutes to get a bagel with smear. I get you want to get you drive through times down, but that is not an excuse to just completely ignore the customers that are actually going in the store.

This place is the worst. Asked for a toasted Asiago bagel with plain spread and an orange juice. They gave me my OJ and then closed the window and said “Have a good day.” After waiting several more minutes, she opened the window and said “What?” I told her she never gave me my food. Then she gave me an untoasted bagel that was dry and old. Whoever worked the window this afternoon should be fired. This location is declining fast.

My order is never right at this store. Employees say sorry, but offer little assistance. Today not only did my food offer come out wrong, but I ordered a coffee drink. Well after food was out still no drink. Asked the drink area person, she indicated she had no idea it was ordered. Waited another ten minutes for her to ask another employee how to make a simple mocha. By that time my food was cold.
The last two times that I went to this location, my husband and I ordered sandwiches in the drive through and they gave us the wrong sandwiches (but charged us for the more expensive ones that we ordered.) I went inside to order today and wanted to talk to a manager to get at least one of my sandwiches comped...never got the chance to ask. The girl at the register was having a schizophrenic episode (I am not saying that in jest...the lady who took over told me that this is what was happening) I have sympathy for mental illness and I dont make light of it. But instead of trying to help this girl and take her in the back and decide what would be best for her, they let her freak out on customer, a line forming out the door with nothing being done. It was very uncomfortable for everyone there. I dont know if I will be able to handle another visit to this location.
Only 4 customers in the dining area and tables are dirty. The 5 employees behind the counter dont look like they are busy and there is a cleaning bottle and half open package if napkins in the drink area. Very messy. I thought I would try this location since the one on Broadway and 6th always messed up my order, I just confirmed that the quality of einsteins is awful.
An abundance of Healthy breakfast choices. My husband and I were very happy with our sandwiches. The pastries were not fresh though.

Ordered a 2 egg crispy chicken breakfast sandwich here. The chicken was soggy and cold and Im pretty sure they only gave me one egg.First time going to an Einstines, it seamed like a nice spot, they just botched the food.

Every time we go to Denver we stop by bagel shop at 967 S.Colorado Blvd. so we did this time on 10/06/18 . Oh Boy we have had it again . This was by the way not a first time to let you know . None of the bagels we hadordered we got it. Well maybe we had 3 bagels out of 13 we should have.Pitiful staff, especially girl or rather women at the counter. She was asking so many times and still could hear what we told her.She did not even try to pay an attention. Where you get these employee from, shame on you. A little consideration for a client not just give a job to whoever apply.What a place ? never ever had an experience anywhere except in this store.Keep your bagels for other clients, I will pass . No more. Of course there are other places and we try anything but Einstein Bagels. The ladies that work here are so rude!!! I work in the food industry and I have for 11 years! I asked if I could have my bagel heated a little more, the lady grabs it and says, it gets cold when you put cream cheese on it! Well yeah I know that, but my bagel wasnt even warm at all!!! What the crap? I paid for a warm bagel whats wit the attitude?! and I tipped? For what?!

Stopped by their drive-thru to grab lunch with my wife today and was blown away by how poorly run this location was. They were out of three items I requested, which is pretty par for the course for this place. Couldnt get any of the three sandwiches we wanted! After the woman fumbled through taking our order, I told her I was going to go somewhere else because they were out of everything. I probably wouldnt post anything just for being out of food, but the order taker had the nerve to mock me when I told her to forget about the order. No apologies, just dumb excuses and immature rudeness. Whoever runs this location is clearly asleep at the wheel. Ill go back to Einsteins, but never this location.
UPDATE: 6/18 They recognized my review and after a couple of polite yet awkward interactions, they made everything right. They all have been sure to get my order correct, which I appreciate. I dont order complicated or complain a lot so when I continue to purchase an item its just nice to have it the way you want it. Its really that simple. So its great a business will fix a issue with a loyal customer.PReviously:I go there all the time, it has been going downhill recently. N they used to care if your order was correct. Also most of the time, more than half credit isnt given for the schmearclub.. if you have a complaint they say oh okay.. Never try to resolve it even thoughi am a regular..I do not complain often so you would think they resolve an issue.
Im so frustrated with this location.... 2 out of the 2 times i have been here, they mess up my order - im allergic to tomatoes and they put tomatoes on EVERYTIME. unfortunately for me, i normally go there right before they close so they dont answer when i call (drive thru order) AND on top of that, the tasty turkey that i get is always thrown together and a mess so i have to get messy and deconstruct it to put it together properly. As dumb as it sounds i want to scream. Its not rocket science to look at the receipt and see NO TOMATOES and ACTUALLY not put them on. Worst place ever! Avoid this location !

If I could give zero stars I would. I waited over 25 minutes for a single bagel with cream cheese. This location is consistently under staffed and disorganized. I will no longer go to this location due to the extremely poor service I received today.
