When I buy furniture, I need to bring along a friend since I don’t know what I’m doing and I need a voice of reason to ensure I don’t make an irrational purchase. While I really loved the Amerisleep mattresses I tried, I wasn’t yet ready to commit so I got some memory pillows to start and they are absolutely a dream to sleep on. You should get one too, you won’t regret it.

The Amerisleep mattress is exceptional in comfort! We are sleeping so comfortably on our new bed. We are enjoying the adjustable frame that suits our lifestyle of watching TV in bed before sleeping.The delivery and set up of the bed was not up to the standards of the actual bed. (They delivered an extra bed frame that had nothing to do with our bed but was left at our home and was confusing. The delivery/setup guys did not know what they were doing.) Throughout the difficult process, Joel, the Cherry Creek sales associate, was excellent! He not only listened carefully but he even made a trip to our home in Broomfield. His understanding and follow-up has been reassuring.

I purchased an Amerisleep mattress and split king adjustable base and only one of the two adjustable bases works. I reached out to the store for assistance and was told a tech would be in touch in 24-hours. It has now been 4+ days since the broken product was delivered and nobody has reached out for repair assistance or even scheduling. The mattress is good so far, but the customer service is lacking severely.

WILL NOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE MATTRESS. They claim to have a 100 day free trial, and unfortunately their mattress gives me back pain. I submitted all of the documents they requested for my refund and they will not respond to my emails or return my calls. Do not trust this company.

I purchased the AS3 Hybrid. It was easy to choose the correct mattress for us and easy to set up. The very first night my husband and I fell in love with the mattress! I have been very reluctant to purchase this type of mattress due to concerns of it being too hot. Needless to say, its wonderful - no heat/cold problems. I got my first nights restful sleep in months; my arms didn’t fall asleep, back feels amazing, no more tossing and turning; best of all, no throwing blankets on and off to manage the temperature. The way the mattress manages the body heat to maintain a comfortable sleep temperature is magical. So far, we have had it 2 nights and couldn’t recommend it more highly. If the mattress holds up as expected, I will certainly be a committed customer and purchase one in the future. Totally will recommend to everyone.

I looked at as many mattresses online as possible and decided on the Amerisleep brand based on descriptions that it was gently supportive and did not retain heat. Ordered the A3 but found that one to be too firm. Ordered the A5 and simply adore it. The return was incredibly easy.....Amerisleep donates used one to a charity and delivers the new one the same day. Brilliant customer service. Thank you Amerisleep!

Wow. I found the perfect mattress. I was so indecisive on which one to buy. Reuben was able to guide me through which mattress would benefit me the most. He cared and took his time. He had so much patience with me. I’m a side sleeper & it’s always been a challenge to figure out which would be best long term. I will continue to refer people to go talk to Reuben and Amerisleep.

I researched for a new bed for months before needing a very serious surgery with a long recovery time. I decided on A2 twin xl for my husbands side of a split king with adjustable frame & an A4 for myself. There’s 160# difference between my smaller body size as opposed to my husband so the wonderful customer service recommended different mattresses for us& made sense to me! The customer service was amazing with all the millions if questions I had for them. I have absolutely no regrets for my purchase & my husband loves his side of the bed as well, especially when he was recently bed ridden for several weeks & he never got a sore back! Love my bed!

I have never seen a Mattress store like that. It looks like an Apple store. The manager Ryan was very helpful in educating me about sleep positions. We spent a lot of time talking about how the firmness and position can effect your sleep. Im looking forward to getting a full nights sleep. I recommend stopping in and trying out the five beds they have in the showroom.

We looked all around for our new mattress, our first in 30 years. Went to mattress and furniture stores, looked online, read reviews. Amerisleep always was highly rated, and their guarantee and long warranty sold us. We ordered the AS-3 and loved it from the very first night. Amazingly comfortable with none of the hot sleep we read about with some memory foam mattresses. We ordered the mattress protector after sleeping on it for a week and deciding it would be our mattress for decades to come. Highly recommended!

We were guided to the Amerisleep mattress by my fiancees massage therapist who had purchased one. Her therapist was very pleased with her Amerisleep and the policy that allowed her to effortlessly exchange mattress to one less firm . We investigated and stopped by the Amerisleep store in Gilbert AZ.Eventually, we purchased the Cal King AS2, two dual comfort pillows, the Amerisleep mattress protector, and the Amerisleep Tencel bed sheets. I have purchased (2) AS3 mattresses. One is a Queen the other is a Twin size. We love these mattresses. They are comfortable and no more back aches in the morning. With so many choices for bed-in-a-box mattresses I picked Amerisleep because I liked the fact that they use environmentally friendly materials have a mattress cover that helps your body. I liked the first one so much that I purchased a second one. I recommend that you try it for yourself. And if you dont like it you can return it, but I doubt that you will because you will love it.

Took my parents to Amerisleep as my mother had recent back surgery and needed a different mattress to sleep on. Chose Amerisleep based on the recommendation of a friend and couldnt be happier that we did! My husband was quite skeptical about buying a mattress unseen but I was impressed with the details and reviews so we decided to try it. The very first morning after our first nights sleep he said he liked it! My back took about a week to adjust but after that I liked it too. I like very much that it does not have an off-gassing of chemicals like most mattresses do . Plus it does not sleep hot like the other memory foams do. Im very glad we bought it.Lois

I learned about Amerisleep from my son who purchased one of the mattresses earlier in the year. This has got to be the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned. Ordering, delivery and set up were a breeze and I was so happy that I didnt have to wait for several days for any chemical odor to dissipate as there never was one! I would recommend these mattresses to anyone and everyone!

Best sleep of my life. These mattresses are a little more than the other bed in a box mattresses but it was so work the extra money. The website helps you pick the mattress that is best for you based on how you sleep. It was spot on. I usually have trouble as a side sleeper because my hips and knees hurt from the pressure, but not with this bed. It is just firm enough but also soft enough for the mattress to hug your body a little. I love my mattress and recommend Amerisleep to everyone I know. Customer service over the phone was awesome too, the mattress came earlier than expected, right to my front door.

Buying a mattress can be a nightmare, literally. After careful consideration and reading many reviews I chose AS4 because it was recommended for side sleepers and figuring with the 100 Night Sleep Trial I couldnt lose. A mattress coming to the house in a box was a little weird but I like weird. Got the AS4 in August and hands down this is the best mattress I have ever owned. No more waking up to shake my arms awake, no lower back pain and not too warm because of the foam. Ive recommended Amerisleep to both of my sons and suggest that you give them a try. My husband also agrees and loves this mattress, too.

Shopping online and decided to stop by the store and check them out in person. Took my 3 small children with me and the staff was very friendly and accommodating! It was a very nice experience and Reuben was extremely knowledgeable about the beds. He answered all of my questions whil my kiddos played on the big tablet. My husband and I went from a queen size bed to a king and had to decide on a mattress. Our last mattress ended up costing us over $3,000 and from the first night we slept on it, my husband was not happy, and always woke up with a sore back. So this time around we wanted to try something else. He suggested ordering online. He was reaserching mattresses for a while. After all the reviews and videos he suggested we give Amerisleep a try. After the fist night sleeping on it, my husband woke up and was swinging his arms from side to side. I was like “what are you doing?” Just laughing at him. He said “look, it’s my back... I can move my back without any pain!” Needless to say every night since we have slept amazing. On top of that, we saved so much money since this mattress was half the cost of our last. We would highly recommend Amerisleep.

This is the first time for me using a foam mattress. At first it looked very comfortable and it still is very comfortable. When I sit on it with the pillow up, it is extremely comfortable. While sleeping on it, sleeping on the sides feels comfortable, but when I sleep on my back, I have noticed that I wake up with a severe back pain in my lower back. I initially thought it was something else that caused the back pain, but now when I sleep on my back on the bed, my back starts feeling worse. I really want to like this mattress and it is a great mattress, but probably not the right choice for me. Since I dont think there is anything wrong with the mattress, I am giving it 3 stars. I should have gone with the firmer mattress. I feel it is the softness that is causing the back pain.

I had visited Ameri-Sleep while visiting in in Arizona and Colorado. I have tried several custom mattresses from several other companies and my back and shoulder continued to hurt. Most convenient mattress company. Great buying offer with every level of soft/firm you could ask for within a mattress line. I went with the AS3. Spent some time reviewing beds online and finally made it into the Cherry Creek store! It feels like weve stepped into the future. The store is very nice with screens at every bed to review pricing and type of bed materials. Spent a lot of time trying out each bed as they are all so comfortable and had a hard time deciding between the A3 and the A4. The private room with ceiling TV was a plus to have some privacy and and really feel out the bed, which were A3/A4, perfect for us! Ryan was awesome at explaining the different bed types and warrantys. Weve had the worst luck with our last two spring type mattresses and were super excited to leave with an order for the A4! With a 100 day sleep trial, how could we go wrong?

Absolutely love our Amerisleep mattress. We did extensive research prior to buying and were not willing to purchase from a company without trying first. We were so happy to stumble upon the Amerisleep showroom in Scottsdale while visiting family for the holidays. We were able to try out the different models and find the perfect fit for us. We bought a King AS2 last month and couldn’t be happier. It is our first experience having a non traditional mattress but after our first night, both my husband and I woke up refreshed after a great nights sleep! I do suggest trying each style prior to purchasing if possible however the 100 day return policy is very accommodating should you not be happy. Can’t say enough good things about our Amerisleep process from start to finish!

When I learned Amerisleep opened a showroom in Cherry Creek, I went straight after work to try these mattresses. Reuben greeted me and was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and he did a great job explaining the differences. Worth a visit!

Extremely disappointed in Amerisleep. I will not be buying from them again or recommending them to any friends or family. My husband and I have had nothing but difficultly trying to receive our correct order in a timely manner as promised. We order the Cali King Amerisleep foundation, AS3 mattress, sheets and pillows.The first problem we ran into was our online account not being updated with our orders, so we are unable to check on the order status.The second issue was receiving the wrong foundation. Half of the parts went to a queen size bed and the other half were for a cali king. After calling customer service, I sent in photos and a ticket was started. I didnt hear from anyone, so I called them again. The guy on the phone pulled up the ticket and said oh yeah. I can order a new one for you. It would have been nice to not need to continue calling customer service to make sure our new order was being placed. We are now waiting on a new foundation which has yet to ship according to customer service today.The third issue. Since our account does not show any order information, I have to call customer service to receive any type of order status update. Per the sales man in the store, the Amerisleep website, and their phone recording, all mattresses ship in 1-5 business days excluding major holidays and shipping takes 3-5 business days. It has been 3 WEEKS and still no mattress. Even with Thanksgiving, we should have received our mattress by today at the latest. According to customer service, our mattress wont even ship until December 18th then it will several days for it to arrive. I asked them why it is taking A MONTH to ship one mattress when we were promised an earlier ship date. All they could say was that the influx of recent orders has caused delays. I stated my frustrations with the company including their broken website to which the customer service representative said Im sorry to hear that. We were never offered a rush shipment, discount, or even a different mattress for the mistakes this company has made. It was also never communicated to us that the shipments were being delayed until we reached out to them.My husband and I both feel that the company is incompetent and lacks communication with their customers. Please spend your money elsewhere.

We bought our mattress online and had an excellent experience. Intially, we bought an A3 mattress but found that it was too soft for our situation. The exchange process was seamless and courteously handled by an informed and professional staff- We exchanged The A3 for an A2 mattress and have been extremely happy with it! It has great support and is so comfortable. Both of Us can wake up without significant pain. In summary the mattress is superb and the service is firstclass - we are pleased with the whole process and will buy an Amerisleep mattress again for our other beds.

It was time for a new bed and I spent a lot of time doing research about what I should get. I used to have a pillow topped spring mattress and decided it was time to try memory foam. There are a lot of options out there and it was nice to find some differentiation with Amerisleep.They make the mattresses in the US, they use more environmentally friendly materials, reasonably cool for hot sleepers, and they have a good reputation (look great at the BBB), though online reviews such as this one ;) can be a little suspect. With a reasonable warranty and a 100 night test period it seemed like it checked enough boxes to take for a spin.So far, Im happy with my purchase. My previous mattress was reasonably soft, but it has been eye opening to see how the memory foam mattress eliminates pressure points. I can stay in any position way longer than on my previous mattress. I have concerns about memory foam durability over time. The warranty isnt going to cover any sagging if that occurs over time. So maybe I would have liked it if the memory foam had a higher density than it does, but only time will tell. The rebound of the Amerisleep bed is good, so I dont know how that plays into the aforementioned details in terms of trade offs. Also, absolutely no smell, which I have read is a thing with other mattresses. The online service was fine and email support during the ordering process was good. One very nice touch on their part was the special tool for getting the mattress out of the packaging. Its a little detail I can see many other sellers not bothering with that they went the extra foot for.Things that could be better would be the edge support. Its not bad, but it could be better. I wish that they had had a mattress frame that was higher off the ground than the one they currently sell. Also, the mattress protector they sell is probably overpriced for what it is. I thought it would zip up the mattress inside, instead it is just a top surface water resistant sheet. The quality of the protector is fine, just would prefer a total encasement of similar quality at that price. Dont know how a full encasement affects the cooling properties, but it might be a trade off Im willing to make.In general, I think everyones preferences are different, but for an 57 male who weighs ~140lbs and sleeps in multiple positions throughout the night, the AS3 is working well. I think that the price is good and most people will be happy as well.

My husband and I have tried several mattresses. The last one was an adjustable bed which was fine when we first got it but after 2 years it started breaking down and there were divits where we laid. Even though it was under warranty, it was not deep enough to warrant a replacement, but it was too deep for us to sleep in without waking up hurting. It was also very hot! We paid a lot for this mattress and it did not last long.We have been looking to replace for about a year now and just happened upon Amerisleep while we were on vacation. When we first walk in the rental we checked out the bed and thought we would not be sleeping for the week because the bed was so firm. Turns out that we slept so well and never got hot that we took a picture of the tags on the bed so we could research it when we returned home.As I started researching, Amerisleep kept popping up as one of the best for 2018. It came down to two, Amerisleep and Talalay Latex. Talalay is more expensive so we went with Amerisleep. I called the company and inquired about their mattresses. After speaking with someone and answering questions they told me which mattress they recommend. Just so happened to be the one we had slept on while on vacation. The mattress was 200.00 off as well as 101 night trial. So we bit the bullet and bought one and two pillows.We have slept on the mattress now for 3 weeks and we love it! Only time will tell if it holds up, but I am not waking up in the middle of the night sweating nor do I get up in the morning hurting.I have told my family and my aunt has just ordered one and my parents have came up to lay on ours to see if they like it. I have told my co workers and they are waiting to see if the mattress holds up for us.As for the pillows, my husband loves his, but I think it is a little to thick for me. If it was just 1/2 thinner, I would probably love it and recommend these because they are expensive.Right now, I would recommend that you try the mattress!

Ive never slept well on my back, due to snoring, and as Ive aged (67) Ive found stomach sleeping aggravates my lower back. So I mostly go to sleep on my side, but often wake up in the morning in a half-stomach / half-side position. Something close to what is called the recovery position in healthcare (just google it for a pic…). My previous morning shoulder and hip soreness are dramatically improved over what they used to be - when I was sleeping on a traditional coil spring mattress.I bought the AS2 rather than the AS3, because of my tendency to change positions at night, and because I historically have preferred a fairly firm feeling mattress. I was afraid the AS3 might be softer than Id like. I am very happy with the AS2, but if you sleep primarily on your side, and dont have a strong preference for a firm-feel in a mattress, the AS3 would probably be the better one for you. My wife likes the relatively soft AS4.These are all excellent mattresses!
