We ordered a king mattress from Mattress Firm during their Labor Day sale, and were very excited to upgrade our lifestyles to sleeping on a king mattress. Mattress Firm gave us the option to select a delivery date, which we selected over a week out from the earliest option. We bought a new king mattress frame and transferred our previous full mattress on to it for a few days in anticipation of receiving our new king mattress on the selected delivery date. At around 5pm the night before our delivery date, Mattress Firm emailed us to tell us that our mattress would not be delivered on the agreed upon date and we would get a new delivery date within 24 hours. A couple of hours later I got an email stating that our new delivery date was 46 DAYS LATER. Mattress Firm blamed the delay on the manufacturer, which may be true, but we feel that they knew of this delay at the time of our original order and lied to us to get our business in hopes that we wouldnt cancel our order after this ridiculously long delivery timeframe. We ended up cancelling our order and ordered a different mattress from Costco, which was on sale for a very good price. Costco delivered this new mattress and hauled away our old mattress less than a week after our order. This was our first experience with Mattress Firm, and it was exceptionally terrible. We will ever go back and never recommend Mattress Firm to anyone.

Arianna is amazing and really went above and beyond to correct issues that were out of her control. We purchased a mattress that was suppose to be arriving to the store with in 2 weeks. It ended up getting pushed out an additional 3 weeks because of the manufacturer not sending it in the shipments as promised. By week 3 Arianna knew we were frustrated (we were sleeping on our couch) and she found 3 other mattress options that were comparable and in stock for next day delivery. She made sure we did not have to worry about delivery and any cost differences because of the several delays we experienced. She was extremely helpful, personable and responsive through entire the 5-week fiasco. Highly recommend Arianna - If we didnt receive such great service from her we would have 100% cancelled our order all together.

A family member recommended this particular store and we were pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service and selection. The store manager Dillan took great care to walk us through our different options in a very personable way. He relayed the pros and cons of each option based on his experiences with family, friends, and prior customers. In the end, we found the perfect hybrid solution with both the mattress and adjustable base where I thought we would end up with a split to meet our different needs. We went into the store unsure if we should buy a mattress at that time. We were just shopping for prices,pretty much. But Ace was so helpful and explained all the different ways we could pay for the mattress. He was knowledgeable, friendly, but not pushy trying to make a sell. Don’t remember the gentleman’s name but he was the only salesman working at the time we went in around noon and was as helpful as can be, asking questions and providing options based on what I was looking for. A little bit of a wait, since the company thinks one person can run the show at this location. Other than that Brandon was very knowledgeable and was able to point us in the right direction to the mattress that would fit our needs and pocket book.So, now I have to give a complete review. The in store visit was a 4 star experience, however the delivery destroyed any stars I had given. A delivery window of 5:30p through 7:30p was given and not meet. Delivery takes place at 9:15p. It states that part of the delivery workers would use slip covers over shoes. This did not happen and not only did it not happen they tracked muck throughout the home without cleaning up after themselves.I really wanted to recommend this business to friends and family but at this time that would be a resounding no. Use them at your own risk.

I needed to exchange the mattress I recently purchased at this store. The new store manager (Leah B.) was incredibly helpful and was able to get everything done that I needed. She wasnt even involved in my original purchase but took it upon herself to make sure my exchange got done right. I was in the store on a Saturday and my new mattress was delivered on Monday--Great work!!!

Moving can be stressful. I am a new resident to the area trying to set things up for our formal move in on April 1. I came into the store with questions for not only myself, but my roommates, who werent present, as well. Ace amiably walked me through the basics of what Id need for my new mattress, and quickly had recommendations for me specific to each of my and my roommates preferences.I was in and out with a new mattress order in 20 minutes with reassurance that if I need further assistance upon experiencing my new mattress there was much the company could do. These guys know what theyre doing and I highly recommend them to any others transitioning into the city!

My boyfriend and i went here just to get an idea of what kind of mattress we want since we were going to buy cheap online. I went here to check out the once in a lifetime sale. Found a mattress I really liked, but unfortunately it just didnt make sense financially at this time. While at the store it felt like high pressure sales. The sales associate said they could check to see if I would qualify for financing, which I did. I DIDNT REALIZE I ACTUALLY SIGNED UP FOR THE CREDIT CARD!!! I THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO BE A CHECK/a soft hit to my credit!!!. I didnt even buy a mattress and now I have a fancy credit card to buy a mattress that arrived in the mail. So thanks for that...

Kirsten (the manager) at this location makes what is a painful shopping experience actually smooth. She is extremely knowledgeable and tells you pros and cons about each brand and type of mattress they offer. She was extremely patient and answered all our questions. Other retail experiences were painful and we dealt with reps that were either low energy or didnt know when they were talking about. I know locations can vary but Id recommend this location because of Kirsten!

I am currently in the market for a new mattress to rest this old body of mine, and after calling various stores, I found the store manager here to be an absolute joy to work with. She was very descriptive about the various mattresses and put no pressure on me unlike everywhere else I have called. Keep up the great work and hope to get to this store soon.

On May 19th my fiance and I went into this location to buy out 1st new Mattress, we were so excited to get something we are able to sleep on comfortably. Manager, Heather Musee was helpful and was very inviting and knowledgeable about everything we had questions about. After, helping us for over a hour, we decided what mattress would be best. This experience was one of the best customer service experiences I have had.Now, after the such a large purchase of a (new beauty rest mattress, remote adjustable 900 bed frame, and a 2 pillow bed cover and bedding package) we find some disappointments. We had our mattress delivered to us on May 21st buy a company that is hired through Mattress firm. I have to say I am very disappointed in how they handled the mattress. I noticed there were mud/oil stains on the mattress When they brought in the bed frame they scratched a few places and chipped off paint from the door frame which still needs to be fixed. I contacted Heather right away and she was very apologetic about what had happened.On May 24th she had another mattress delivered to us from the same moving company. As I watched them unload the mattes they took it out and it got stuck between the top of the rear door of the truck. The employee decided to just squeeze it through instead of just readjust the mattress to insure product to be unmarked. The moving company proved to me that they did not care about customer service or product, they just wanted to unload it and get it to the destination and leave. I made sure to look at this mattress as well, once they brought it in. This mattress also had a stain on it that looked like they dragged it across the floor either at the wear house or from moving it the way they were unloading it. I then called Heather again letting her know it arrived and It to had stain on it as well from this moving company. At this point I am very frustrated with this situation. I understood it was not Heathers fault but it is a reflection of the company we made the purchase from. Our options were to have Mattress firm come and clean the mattress or try again with a third mattress. I was over dealing with this and did not want that company delivering anything else to us. (We still dont have a date set for cleaning to come for the mattress)( This is a problem as it does void our warranty in the future on our mattress)On top of all this we were told we would receive our pillow, cover and bedding delivered to us in 3-5 business days. I called Heather about the situation and she said I should have got a email with a tracking number. We made sure to check we emails and had never received a tracking number in our email and we have still not received our package.

Ok sales department is Great, the follow up is lousy. We had paid for a pick up and delivery . Delivery was made, but the drivers did not pick up the old mattress. We have called them 6 or 7 times and they keep giving us the runaround.
