I cant say enough good about this store. The salesperson, Doreen was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. The quality and craftsmanship of the Naturepedic mattress was really impressive. I regret to say, due to my many joint and structural problems the mattress turned out to be not a good fit for me. The store manager LJ was very kind, understanding, and creative.She helped me try different configurations to customize the mattress to my needs. When it became clear this mattress was not going to work for me, LJ very graciously set up the pick up and return process. I am truly sorry this mattress did not work for me because the quality of the mattress, the customer service, and company integrity are in my opinion unsurpassed.

I cannot recommend this Naturepedic enough! LJ (the owner) was kind and so knowledgeable about organic bedding, Naturepedic, and other brands. I am switching my family over to organic and it has not been an easy process. LJ was so helpful and gave great advice about where to start on your organic journey.Everything is so comfortable, safe and has given me the best nights sleep I have had in years! Thank you again!

Shopping for a bed at this store was a fun no-pressure experience. The store manager LJ is amazing and provides outstanding customer service. I was new to adjustable bases and she was super helpful in getting me the right one for my needs. Naturepedic has so many comfort options to choose from it really makes having a bed that is healthy for you a easy choice.

My fiancé and I were searching for a local place that sells chemical free mattresses. We stumbled upon Naturepedic in cherry creek and are so happy we did. The store manager, LJ, helped to educate us on Naturepedic so that we could confidently configure the best mattress for us! I learned so much about mattresses…The mattresses are certified non-toxic which means that they have undergone rigorous testing and ensure they do not contain harmful ingredients or release vapors, gases, or by-products that could impact our health.The mattresses are also customizable which is great because I sleep on my side and my fiancé sleeps on his back. First you can select the type of mattress - they offer three types: all latex, all foam, and latex hybrid (which is the one they recommend). Then you pick out the bed design (EOS or Halcyon) and go from there! I tested out a softer layer because I am a side sleeper and my fiancé was able to test out the firmer layer due to the fact that he sleeps on his side. And IF you arent pleased after your purchase you can swap out your EOS layer within 90 days for FREE! Or if you want to swap out your encasement layers you can at a future date.We experienced world class customer service with LJ and are so thankful she took the time to walk us through the entire customization process to understand what mattress configuration was best for each of us.Youll also have to ask about the side sleeper pillow (for you side sleepers out there it is a pillow specifically designed for you AND CHEMICAL FREE)!We will definitely be sending our friends/family here!

The mattress is okay. The foundation is very cheap and creaks with any movement. But my main complaint is with the companys customer service. Just terrible customer service all around including shipping, layer switching, and general responsiveness. I cant believe they get away with charging these high prices.

When I called to find out what Naturepedic Organic mattresses were about, I was impressed right off with speaking with Jody. She was able to understand my need to find a product that was safe ( without fire retardant) and comfortable for each of my parents. Her attentiveness and knowledge of the Mattress World was apparent. She conveyed how she could assist both of my parents needs (one being a back sleeper and one being a side sleeper and who both had injuries and illness from their memory foam temperpedic new mattress). I was relieved knowing she understood and would be able to guide them to get the perfect fit in mattress AND pillow for each of them.I knew I wanted to come to the store with my parents when Jody would be working.Our experience was just what I imagined. My mother even exclaimed, . . such a pleasure meeting Jody -- both personable and knowledgeable -- and the store was so pleasant and soothing!When we made our order and she handed us the folder, it said a Healthy Sleep.A big sigh of relief! We were going to have just that from the integrity of their product.Naturepedic Organic was a whole different experience than the usual mattress buying of blaring warehouse lights, no help and sales pitch. I highly recommend going in and learning what they have for a good nights healthy sleep. Ask for Jody!

She walked us through step by step and spent a lot of time with us making sure we were happy with our choices. I LOVE MY BED! I was on a purple mattress and was considering temperpedic but I am very happy with our Naturepedic! Its so comfortable and pressure point pain is gone! This was worth every penny and then some. I recently purchased a mattress and an adjustable bed here and I LOVE them both! The whole process from start to finish was so easy and enjoyable. Holly, the store manager, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We went back several times to make sure we made the right decision and Holly was there to answer every question we had along the way. The mattress and bed were delivered well within the quoted delivery time and they set everything up for us in no time! The mattress is so comfortable and the best part is, it is completely organic and does not have any of the hazardous chemicals that other mattresses are filled with. Also, the Cherry Creek North store has a couple of off-street reserved parking spots which makes shopping in store so much easier!

We purchased 2 mattresses and the entire process was seamless and very enjoyable. Holly is amazing, caring and answered any and all questions and concerns immediately. I highly recommend this store and their products.

All sales people, mostly including Andy and Holly, were absolutely unbelievable to work with while sourcing mattresses. My clients, who rarely ever make a showroom appearance, went to the store to test the product and walked away and happily with their experience and were immediately ready to order. I placed the order and actually made a mistake on my end. The store was wonderful in helping troubleshoot. The end result was tremendous. They are also doing something great for wellness realm and the environment, not to mention, game changer in comfortability. I will send all clients here moving forward.

We love our naturepedic mattress. Changed from a tempurpedic I was having trouble with itchy feet and restless legs and felt like I had an allergic reaction to the tempurpedic I no longer have any of that and my husband and I both feel more rested.Holly the manager was very knowledgeable and accomodatingI highly recommend the Naturepedic mattrsss
