I first want to say the store experience of picking out the mattress was completely fine and went smoothly, if this was based on that only, 5 starsThe issues all came in the delivery. First I had to wait 2 weeks for the mattress and the only reason I knew it came in was because I called to hassle, no reach out from them.Then comes delivery day they send a giant truck to Capitol Hill and the driver can only get so close, he says. Wont drive down the alley, wouldnt try to find somewhere close and refused to carry the mattress down the alley to my apartment. Basically said he wouldnt do it and told me to call Mattress FirmThen I call Mattress Firm to figure out what to do. Their associates solution is for me, yes me, to hire a 3rd party delivery company with a smaller truck to pick it up from their facility and bring it to me... then hopefully bribe them to take away my old mattress, this is the associate at mattress firms idea. What did I pay you guys for? you can sell me a mattress but you need to be able to get it to me.After all this hassle I will go somewhere that can handle the delivery.

Inside sales was good! Pleasant to work with!!!The problem is, when I went to pick up the product, the guys in the warehouse loaded the box springs on the top of my SUV, but not one of them would help me tie them down! They were even hesitant to offer twine . I ended up having straps in my vehicle. I had to strap it all down myself. I am short, could barely throw the straps over top of it all! The one young man that was polite enough to finally help, had no clue how to use a ratchet strap!! Very frustrating!!

Christi was amazing!! She knew I was having surgery and couldn’t afford the bed I wanted so she made a call and got me the bed I wanted anyway. Ask for Christie for sure

Jessie was very helpful as he led me through a variety of foam mattress options. And quite patient. I bought some extras like pillows, cover, and platform. I believe the price for all of this was fair. He was not pushy which was a nice experience. Can’t wait to get the bed since I’ve been sleeping on an uncomfortable one for years.

My boyfriend and I had been sleeping terrible on our mattress so we decided to shop around for a new one. We decided to make our first stop to Mattress Firm. We had no idea where to start, what questions to ask, or what to look for in purchasing a mattress. Christi was exceptional. She guided us through the whole process. After finishing up, we decided to keep shopping around, and went to Denver Mattress. Long story short they had terrible customer service. We decided to go back to Christi at Mattress Firm. We bought pillows, a mattress, and adjustable base. We appreciate Christi very much and are very excited with our purchase.

My sales person Zach was great. He took the time to explain all the details of each bed I was looking at. His ability to articulate the technical details between each mattress and really helped me make an informed decision.

Let me tell you about this guy named Cullen...I swear I do not exaggerate when I tell you I had the most FUN time buying a mattress all because of Cullen! His knowledge of all the product was INCREDIBLE, his personality was perfect for making the sales experience fun and easy-going, and his honesty was extremely appreciated. I really cant say enough good things about the sales end of things. If you need a mattress, Cullen is the right guy to help you out!!One slight downer, I will say the warehouse experience was not nearly the same... To be honest it felt that the team that I interacted with was quite rude. However, it is a warehouse gig and that can be very tiring work. Plus, Cullen set the bar awfully high so it can be hard to carry that through to the end of the process.Even with that slight dip in customer service, Cullen was so awesome I would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you again Cullen for being so darn AMAZING!!

We were happy that she wasn’t a pushy sales person, we told her we wanted to shop around and she didn’t push. After trying a few different stores, we decided to return to Mattress Firm and Cristy remembered exactly what we wanted. Great place and we got a great deal.

My experience at Mattress Firm was great. I went in with a picture of a Mattress I found on their website, but they didn’t have that Mattress available in store. Thankfully Zach was working and was able to point me to a similar mattress in my price range. The whole thing took maybe 30 minutes. Thanks to everyone at Mattress Firm for making it quick and easy.

While the initial visit was good the process of the purchase was extremely challenging. The finance company is not communicating or responsive. Unfortunately, there was no follow-up by Mattress firm staff until I happened upon Rick Sanford. Rick was able to get the answers I needed to secure the purchase. It took almost 13 days to purchase a mattress, not a house or a car but a mattress. Thought should also be given to the fact that I told your staff that if the financing could not be managed there were other avenues to secure the purchase.There is no excuse for such poor customer service.

Everyone I have felt with in person has been very helpful. They are welcoming and when I wasnt financed enough I was not pressured to take something less expensive, because they would have the sale, but rather encouraged me to make the purchase I wanted not what I could afford at the time. 2 months later I came back, John recognized me right away and I was able to make my purchase

Amazing customer service. I have had four separate customer service representatives help me with my many questions and all of them were much more than willing to help. I have made calls to assure my purchase was going to be taken care of and all of those calls have been answered in the utmost professional way. Going in to get a mattress here was a quick and painless experience. Colin had me check out a variety of options to get an overview, was clear in options for pricing and delivery, and was generally affable to top it off. Overall a good experience.

My boyfriend and I drove to Denver (3 hr 35 minute drive from where we live), specifically for a mattress. We had looked at some online for months but couldnt decide, so we made the trip. Neither one of us knew a thing about shopping for a mattress. We had been to a few other stores looking for a mattress but werent offered any assistance while shopping. It was the complete opposite when we arrived at Mattress Firm. First thing walking in the door, we were met by friendly staff. (Zach) We explained that we didnt know anything about buying a mattress, nor what would work better or what we preferred. He showed us the 3 step system, explained the differences in them and walked us through it. He was very patient with us and very motivated to help us. We finally got the mattress perfect for us after months of searching.

Kristi was super helpful and very polite. We weren’t exactly sure what we wanted going in there but she took the time to show us what we didn’t even know we wanted. She gave us a great deal and would highly recommend her to anyone.

Zachary was very helpful and the people training were as well. He honored a price that was previously given to me but you can tell he is looking out for the company and the customer so no biggie. It was busy but that is not a bad thing. They handled it well. Has not been delivered yet but I can assume that will go well.

Got a sales person who mumbled, argued, and promised what he couldnt deliver. He told us a price initially, then when we said okay to that price his story changed and the price went up. Then he didnt have the product in stock that he told us was in stock. He argued with me about the cost of sheets? Im not sure why or how this store has so many positive reviews. Went down the road to furniture row and got exactly what I needed for $100 cheaper and I could understand the sales guy.

The only thing missing was the red carpet! From the moment we walked in the doors, Colin gave us the royal treatment. He was so helpful and took his time explaining differences between the major brands. My boyfriends mother had just moved here from Florida the day before and had no bed to sleep on. We were in a pinch and needed to find all new furniture for her new apartment quickly. He called around and was able to find a great deal for her on a Tempurpedic. Getting a good nights rest is so important, as she is a postal carrier.We are so appreciative of Colin and everyone at the Mattress Firm for their warm and inviting atmosphere. Great store and excellent experience! Mike went out of his way to help me find the right mattress that was both in my price range and in stock when I needed it. I will also mention that this particular location of Mattress Firm has excellent COVID safety protocols, has a huge open showroom with high ceilings, and was not at all crowded. I highly recommend this specific location for both the excellent service from their sales team (ask for Mike) and for the safe shopping experience during a pandemic.

Salesman Colin:I was very disappointed in this location by the guy who was helping us named Colin. We had been shopping for a mattress for a while and was very impressed by Mike at the Loveland location where we live. We were in town visiting parents and thought we should stop by and check. I mentioned to Colin that I thought the Fourth of July sale included 200$ off a Sealy mattress plus a $200 gift. He was very errogent and defesive stating that was not the case. We ended up purchasing the Sealy mattress and as my husband and I were driving home, I decided to look online and saw the advertisement on Mattress firms website stating the sale was $200 off plus a $200 gift to use in store. I called Mike from the Loveland location and he was very polite and professional stating that he would take care of this. In the future Id highly recommend that Colin is made aware of the sales and should be on alert when certain sales are advertised and to drop the attitude.

My husband and I finally decided to trash our old mattress and buy a new one, after I started experiencing immense back pain. We went to mattress firm Denver North and had a great experience! The showroom was clean and orderly. We were greeted right away upon entry. Our sales person was Zach, and he was friendly and knowledgeable. Zach listened to what we needed from a mattress and showed us several suggestions. When we narrowed it down to two options, he was patient with us as my husband and I kept going back and forth between the two choices. The loss of 5 stars down to 4 stars comes from the pickup crew. When we came to pick up our mattress the lady working was very rude. We were told to back up onto the ramp and then were told there was 5 customers ahead of us, even though we had got there first. The woman said you could have waited to back your truck up, when we were actually invited to do so.

Great service! Honest about pros & cons of each mattress; shipping and setup were a breeze and available on a timeframe of our choosing, which was just a few days from purchase.
