My visit here was so helpful. Christi showed us different options and I ended up with a mattress that I love. Scott, by FAR, exceeded them when he offered to bring me a mattress via the roof of his own SUV, and then followed through.I recently moved states and pre-ordered a queen size mattress from Amazon, only for it to get lost in the mail. I had no choice but to sleep on the floor. I decided to order mattress #2 from Mattress Firms website. Scheduled to deliver Aug. 15-17. I got an email saying it was delivered the 16th, but no mattress was delivered to me. I checked tracking and it is now saying my mattress will not be here until October 11th. Unacceptable, as my low back is now killing me at this point.Scott said I could come pick up a twin, but to top this story off, I totaled my car on my drive out here. He let me know delivery was not available until the 26th. Without hesitating, Scott searched inventory of all the other local stores until he found one with a mattress, free of charge, that Im able to use until my other delivery gets sorted out.He got all of this done for me, mattress delivered and all in under 1.5 hours. He even helped me carry it up my apartment steps.THAT is what you call great customer service, and one genuinely good guy who deserves all the best. Looking forward to waking up with a happy back and less stress all thanks to Scott!

I had a great experience in store; customer service was good with no pressure buying. The delivery experience wasn’t the best but that good customer service kicked in within 5 days of me filling out a survey. I received a call & even though I didn’t complain about the delivery experience, the store (I forget the gentleman’s name that I spoke with) still chose to it right. If I hadn’t gotten a call they would’ve gotten 4 stars; the mattress is still a good mattress.

Called them to have a platform frame delivered, Christi told me how to arrange the delivery with the company they partner with Lugg (good app btw), and had everything explained and taken care of within minutes. she was so clear, pleasant, and professional and made the whole thing effortless. in the midst of my cross country move, this is the one thing that went smoothly and literally made my day. 30 minutes later I had the frame, which is superb, and my new bedroom was complete. such a relief to have found this company and spoken to Christi today.

Mike was too busy with his friend/boyfriend (off the clock) to tell us the truth about whether stuff would fit in the suv or not. So now we’ll be trying to get our stuff we should’ve had while having to pay extra, when we could’ve just paid for delivery to begin with.Not to mention the warehouse isn’t even capable of tying down a mattress, which is mind blowing considering that’s their job.

I recently purchased mattresses in Illinois to be delivered to Colorado. My fault— I didn’t contact the company with enough notice and was disappointed when I couldn’t get my mattresses delivered on our move-in date. He went above and beyond to contact the local warehouse and delivery manager and somehow was able to get our mattresses on a truck and delivered on time! Wrong order placed by store salesman Colin Sullivan and havent gotten it totally resolved, the soonest would be next week. He did correct the system.Warehouse is slow and inefficient. They almost gave me a King size bed until I stopped them. They still provided the wrong box spring.Stuck with an oversized piece for a few days.This place has wasted my time. Shouldve went to Denver Mattress or AFW or just ordered online. In the end inaccurate entry caused mix ups at the warehouse.

Thanks Bob!The online ordering process gets a 2 star rating from me however. Order failed 2x with no explanation. Made the order over the phone and both my email and shipping address were incorrect. Customer support over the phone directs you to live chat on the website, and the live chat has no agents available, just an unhelpful chat bot. So, theres effectively no proper way to get help if you didnt visit a physical store.If I need another mattress, Ill be visiting a physical store and skipping the online ordering.

Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. An employee at this store sold us a mattress 50% off in store, but instead we received a lesser quality online only mattress. After a month of trying to get the right mattress, this store has canceled and rescheduled 3 deliveries and we still have not received it. Dont shop here if you want to actually trust youre getting what you thought you purchased. Employees seem powerless or unwilling to fix what should be easy customer service issues.
