Beautifully designed and cool atmosphere … coffee was great.

As my excitement of trying this place has been fulfilling an invitation from a friend, I must say I dont regret it at all!!! This was probably the first time Ive tried a Hawaiian dish combined with a vanilla steam tea.. wow.. mind blowing 🤯 right? lol.. well come here!!!

People said Kona coffee is Worlds top 3 coffees. So i tried it and I’m touched.I wish i could live near this coffee shop😢Then i would go every single day.

I really like the coffee here, but today was especially nice as I was greeted at the drive through by a sweet voice over the intercom and followed exceptional service from Frankie!

This is our go too Saturday morning (and a lot of other days too) coffee shop. We love the staff, service, food and consistency in the flavor of our coffee. Thankful to have them close by!

Great service. Everything is hand crafted with high quality ingredients. The ambiance is great and the flavors are very good. This is my new go to place for coffee or for brunch.

My wife decided to give this place a chance and venture away from her daily routine of Starbucks. Needless to say, it was a huge regret from the moment she placed her order. To begin, she asked the drive-thru cashier about an advertised specialty drink called the “Rose Latte” and the cashier had absolutely no clue what she was talking about. My wife asked a second time and the cashier said they did not make the drink. My wife confirmed that the speciality drink was listed on the Kona website, to which the cashier replied in a sarcastic tone “well I guess we do have it then”. After placing her order, she pulled up to the drive thru window and wasn’t even given a “hello”, “good morning”, “how are you”, nothing!! These are normal things people in service oriented businesses say to paying customers and I have to admit that 9 out of 10 times, Starbucks is always on-point with their customer greetings. Starbucks employees are always kind, energetic, upbeat and positive. This makes all the difference and definitely worth waiting in long lines. So…suffice to say that she will continue her daily Starbucks routine and will not be returning to this place.

I have come to this coffee shop a few times. Decent coffee and great service. I had a so-so experience about their beans in the past. But the beans I bought from here yesterday taste awesome. Enjoying my Saturday morning brew now and feeling very happy!

Discovered this place yesterday and had to come in again today. Its that good!!!Friendly staff! They greet you walking in and as you leave. Super clean and spacious! Cortado was strong and not acidic. Gelato was so refreshing. Stop by and give this place a try.

Great place! Employees and quality, top notch. Wifi saved me big time when ATT went out, $6 all day coffee was a deal whereas 1-cup prices are a little high BUT its worth it for the great people and atmosphere. Will definitely return.

We are addicted to their coffee! We get their soy latte 90% of the time and even without sugar or cream, it’s smooth. The staff is consistently friendly and professional. I love their scones, moist on the inside and hard on the outside. We come here at least once a week.

Great coffee shop. The service is always excellent. Coffee is 5 star and so is the delicious strawberry muffins.

As a very frequent customer, I think they have great coffee and their facilities are nice but theyre lacking power outlets and their internet is spotty. I recommend having the contractor come back in and add additional outlet to accommodate the increase in business youd have once that happens. Since the internet is down, you may be asked if you have cash, to which I say NO. I rarely carry cash. Let me know when these things are address by the owner, and Ill certainly reconsider giving a 5 STAR.

I love that they are close to my neighborhood and next store to my hair salon I go to. Tried it today for the first time. Ordered my standard double shot on ice, 2 pump white mocha breve. It was the best one I’ve had anywhere. Espresso is very good! Nice ambiance. Friendly service. Look forward to frequent visits.

Good but pricy! $7 for a large but looks small Thai tea is kind of crazy!

I like the ambiance of the store and its always clean, but the coffee is just okay. Kona is usually pretty smooth but theirs tastes over-roasted and bitter. Tried a latte as well and wasnt impressed for the price tag (almost $6 for a small). Friendly staff, open layout with nice environment and service but not my favorite coffee.

The coffee I ordered was great coffee. The shops atmosphere is nice with lots of seating. Its great to have good coffee options in an area that previously didnt have any. I love Slayer espresso machines, they are fantastic machines.My only gripe is the price. (yes, Im rounding up by 20 cents) $5 for a small and $6 for a large? Also the 8oz bags of beans were impressively high. Comparatively to the industry leaders (in more expensive markets no less), these prices are off-base.I will go back and try some of their finger food, those looked interesting!

Stopped in for an iced coffee last Friday. Not bad, but for my taste, it needed more than two shots for the largest option. Next time I’ll ask for more espresso.Also, bought an 8 ounce bag of Kona reserve whole bean. Spectacular coffee! As others have noted, for an 8 ounce bag, the price is pretty high (seemingly standard for Kona coffee), but the quality and flavor of this coffee is worth the splurge.

They have the best Caramel Macchiato Ive tasted by far! The staff is super friendly and always there if you have any questions regarding drinks or pastries. They also have options for us lactose intolerant people....always a plus in my book😁

Great ambience, yummy food, great drinks, and excellent service. Plenty of tables and space for studying/reading. Theres also a drive-thru for when you dont have much time but still need your quick burst of caffeine. Definitely recommend!

Great coffee, tea, Gelato, smoothies, muffins and a bunch of things that I havent tried yet but my daughter tells me are great. Great people. I am happy is right there, walking distance from my house.

This coffee place is in my neighborhood so I thought I would try it. THE COFFE IS TERRIBLE AND WAY OVERPRICED! Not to mention the girl at the window was extremely RUDE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!

Pretty sure Ive posted this already, but Kona is my FAVORITE coffee in Katy. Love it there.

A great place to work and have a beautiful looking and tasty cup of coffee. I am glad that another Kona coffee opened up close by that saved me time to travel to another branch I used to go in Cincoranch.

Overall, Kona had a great atmosphere, friendly staff, and good coffee. Great place to bring friends to socialize.My only complaint is that the coffee is very over priced. They charged me $7 for a 16oz white mocha (probably the most I’ve ever paid for such a small coffee) and a around $7 for a nitro cold brew with sweet cream. Total we spent a little over $14 for 2 16 oz craft coffees. I typically spend less than $5.60 for a 20oz white mocha so I was in sticker shock when I saw the prices for such small sizes.

Great service by all of the workers and willingness to explain their coffees. Loved their cold brew and the fact that they have all sorts of offerings on their menu. If you stop in make sure to try the pour over. It gives such a different experience and flavor to ordinary coffee that goes through a coffee maker

Wonderfully appointed shop with great food, service and coffee. No outside tables. :-(The staff has always been friendly and efficient - even when we stop by with a large group.

The coffee was excellent the service was wonderful and everybody was incredibly pleasant and I would be highly recommend going there for coffee and breakfast language

We stoped by at 730pm ordered coffee and the staff did not allow us to stay and have the coffee there since they were closing at 800pm, we had to take the order to go. The different drinks were not identified or labeled. In addition they served the wrong gelato to my daughter.

It’s hard to beat a Kona Americano and an egg, sausage and cheese bagel sandwich. The drive-thru at this location is also a big plus.

I’m a regular here. Always clean, soothing music, coffee is great but the best part are the baristas, these girls are sooo sweet and effective, always greet you with a smile, double check your order. They regularly check up on customers, bathrooms.definitely deserve a raise.Best coffee shop in Katy!!
