I dont know what happened to this location. It use to rock!!! I live 2 mi. away, and my order was always there waiting for me. Everyone knew both me and my wife and was always greeted when we walked in. Now, I order before I leave my house and I STILL have wait for my drinks, sometimes as much as 10 additional minutes when I ordered my drink 15 mins ago... It use to be a great store, now it sucks!

I drove to starbucks specifically to get an iced coffee. I should have tasted it before I drove off, because instead of an iced caramel latte, what I received was just some dirt water. I ended up throwing it away and making my own coffee, thats how bad it was. The quality control of starbucks has really gone down hill. unacceptable.

I had a terrible experience at this Starbucks and it was my first time being that it was close to my job. I stood in line and the guy who took my order told me to wait at the end where you pick up your coffee which I did. I received my coffee first and my vanilla frap and ordered a cake pop, a blueberry scone and a blueberry muffin. I waited 10 minutes with the tray in my hand and I asked the young man named Drew or Dru, who was preparing the coffee at the station, I asked him was I getting the rest of my order being that I was wtg in line for 10 minutes and he replied MAM YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY ONE IN LINE! At the time I was!!!! There was 2 customers behind me and they were completely stunned at his reply! They looked at me and they replied that comment was RUDE!!!I work in the Medical Field where people matter. And I was taught that the correct way of replying is Miss. I will check on that for you, let me see what is the delay. It was embarrassing the customers behind me looked at him. I contacted the District Manager Kathyann Phillip and explained my horrible experience and she was kind enough to listen and reimburse me my money spent. I never received a receipt also. She told me to ask for the Manager the next day named Monica and I explained to Monica what happened and I want to give this big shout out to her. She took the time to listen and reimbursed me my money for the horrible embarrassing rude experience and she also took the time to offer me a fresh cup of coffee and a pastry while I waited. I did not have to wait 10 minutes for my order that she offered. Ms. Monica you are AWESOME!! I truly believe employees need constant training and they should take lessons from YOU!!! I am big on Customer Eccentricity and she made me feel like I mattered!!! Thank you Ms. Monica for making me feel like a valued paying customer!Maria who works in HealthCare saving lives...

Great place for coffee as well as internet service

Stood there standing for at over 5 minutes and couldn’t get the attention of staff to save my life even though at one point I was the only customer in there. One of them eventually acknowledged me and apparently they had just forgotten my order. If not for that staff member and and then polite cashier would give this place 1 star. What an annoying way to begin my morning.

Drive- thru always a mess, always gotta wait 15 mins. They didnt even bother to take out my lemon pound cake out of the originally packaging

This place has turned into a Dunkin’ Donuts but at least Dunkin’ Donuts stir their sugar in properly. Lately I’ve been getting cold coffee with too much cream and they don’t mix the sugar in. So if you end up adding some you realize later all the sugar was sitting on the bottom. They now cater to the drive through window over people that come in and they get upset if you ask where your coffee is and they say their making a new batch while I’m literally looking at the other worker pouring a cup for someone else 🤦🏻‍♂️ downhill since the pandemic started

Drive through. Located down the road from whole foods off turnpike. Next to blaze pizza. Lots of parking outdoor seating.

They randomly close early some days whenever they feel like it and when they do open the store is disgusting 🤢 if this what they show in the front to us imagine what goes on in the back

I love Starbucks for years... I recommend it to anyone - this one was drive through, the personnel was amazing, very friendly and informative reacted to all our needs and we are very happy with this location... Ill come back as soon as we can..!

I come to this Starbucks now every weekend since its so close to a local dog park I take my dogs to, however, that’s not the sole reason I come. The new management that has taken over since a few months is absolutely spectacular - they make the customers feels like there is a true connection between us and the baristas! Whatever they are doing, don’t stop - because it’s worth the dollars spent every weekend.

I was a long time customer for this location and I love Starbuck however, for some reason this location quality service has gone down. I have given them several chance by going back there to see maybe its due to pandemic or short staff, but this location can not seems to get their items to do the drinks that its on their menu. 1 thing that strike me odd is they are always out of venti size straw for the last 4 or 5 times that I have visited. I am willing to give it another try again since I personally love Starbuck and this location is close to where I live but if things dont change with this location, I might just have to find another branch to get my Starbuck fix.

Each and every time I’ve been to this location there is always an issue. One of the female employees always has an excuse for not knowing a drink I’ve found directly off the website.. I’ve also had things missing, wrong orders, etc. Avoid this location if you can.

I have never had a bad experience at this location. The drive thru lane is short so sometimes the car line is deceptively long. Always friendly, fast, and efficient. My go-to coffee shop.

Drive thru line moved swiftly, food was ready no delay at the window. I’m sure I’m not the only one who appreciates a swift drive thru!?!

I understand it’s a Saturday morning but I did a mobile order for the sake of being in and out and was in there for 20 minutes. No one acknowledged me, let alone greeted me. Their process is inefficient and the staff is not terribly friendly.

When your grande coffee is 95% ice and 5% coffee 🥲. I paid $6 for a cup of ice with a few drops of coffee. I guess they were nice enough to put some coffee in my ice 😅🙂

Was stopping by this location on my way back home in Naples and met a wonderful man behind the counter with some major coffee house vibes!!! Terrible with names but he wore a denim hat which really stood out amongst the others. I was a bit lost as what to get since I haven’t been around since the holidays and the menu changed. He noticed my confusion and gave some recommendations based on my taste for the day and nailed it with the new pistachio latte! It has this sweet and nutty flavor that’s just heavenly and my new personal favorite. Keep doing what you do Mr. denim hat!

Seriously it never fail when I come this Starbucks. I ALWAYS ask for light ice and they never do it. I basically pay 6$ for 3 sips of my drink because of how much ice they put, its ridiculous! Also their drive thru situation is unfair. People cut in between the line and its unfair to the people who made line the right way!

Relatively quick when ordering inside. Only downside is when the drive thru is backed up all employees are focused on getting drive thru orders done first. Other than that excellent service.

Everytime we come to this location it says it’s open and closes early... I don’t understand. If you aren’t going to be open the hours stated then change it!!

This Starbucks actually knows what a Pokemon go frap is, which I applaud them for since most dont even though its their sponsored item. Although, this place lacks comfort because the seats and tables here are small and cramped.

Every time I’ve ordered a mobile order here it takes way longer than any Starbucks. If you’re not here at the exact second they say your name once then you have to 20 minutes while you see your drink sitting there.

The Caramel Frappuccino I had was normal, but the Cafe Americano tasted like hot water. The slap in the face is we had to pay an extra 75 cents to pour over the cup of hot water. A business focused on coffee should know how to make coffee.

Ordered mobile ahead of time and must wait in person for them to prepare my drink? This had happened 7 times in the past 2 months. Baristas do not pay attention to the orders printed while mobile order. This is not the only location, I have faced this in different locations, and will be repeating over and over until Starbucks implements what others like Uber on Subways. They must notify the Baristas with a SOUND on every new order arrived and got printed. Basically, baristas are not paying attention and really don’t care about it... same song... your name? oh... sorry... I will make your drink in a second. Its 2020, it;s unbelievable technology is making this ppl work like this, and the worst, Starbucks does not even care neither!

Not sure if the guy at the cashier was even paying attention. But I told him I wanted a Green Tea Frap, TALL. Im thinking he had already put in my order. Then a few seconds later he says, Tall what? But um excuse me, I just told you loud and clear what I wanted (maybe he was daydreaming, lol). But other than that, this location is a great place to get your daily fix.

I love this place! I cant say it enough. Im a former Starbucks barista and I really enjoy coming here. The drive-through is fairly efficient and the employees are always polite. Whoever is managing this place does a great job - the store is always well staffed which means its always clean, stocked, and employees are happy. I really feel happier after coming here, thats how good the customer service interaction is (and the coffee is good too!)

I had an issue yesterday with the baristas when I ordered ahead through the mobile app while I was walking in the area. Normally they have great people working there who are very polite.

Starbucks is a great place to go for a morning coffee run or just to hang out with friends over a drink. I love the smoothness of the cold brew and it tastes great with a toasted bagel with cream cheese or an almond croissant. The service is always top notch and I always feel engaged by the baristas who are always friendly when taking my order.

Usually I have no problem with this Starbucks location. But today i was annoyed by my cashier named Jan. I walked in and asked if the Pumpkin sweet cream coffee is made with the egg whites like the cloud macchiato is. (Because my cousin has an egg allergy) Mind you my cousin and I are the ONLY people in line. To which he stared blankly at me and said “i don’t know”. Not attempting to turn around to ask another employee or find out.After ordering, I ended up asking Jackie and she politely explained every ingredient to me with a smile. That’s the service i was expecting!Please train Jan better!

Its an average, high traffic Starbucks with a drive thru. Ive worked at almost half a dozen Starbucks stores when I was a college student and have been at customer at nearly a hundred locations around the world and this one is right in the middle of the bell curve. I dont ever feel welcome here but no ones ever been rude, which is pretty good considering that drive thru Starbucks stores tend to create worse customer service (you can feel the souls of the employees going away). Parking is mediocre, store appearance is nice, its spacious, you dont get too many wannabe professionals nor too many oblivious students setting up their personal offices here so thats a very good thing.

Went here once. The drink was good. The wait was not bad, even on the weekend. The drive through looked like it was really backed up, but I was a walk in. I liked the seating arrangement at this location the most.

Friendly staff!

Theres always flies flying around this Starbucks and the tables are always taken due to its proximity to schools. However it has a drive through so it makes getting coffee fast and easy. The staff also seems to know what theyre doing most of the time; I havent had any problems with my orders. And it serves alcohol for those who needs it.

Cozy and nice Starbucks with the usual friendly staff. More outlets located on one side of the store than the other though. There are a few places to sit outside and enjoy the hot Florida weather.

Quick, cordial and never had a problem. I order on the app for my food before I come so all I have to wait for is a coffee (in my reusable stainless steel mug) and I am off. 😎🤙🏽

Went through the drive through nice and sufficient, the screen has a video monitor so you can see the barista. I have never seen that before it was cool. Would return for sure

Great service and good tea. They did have a couple of crazy customers who were obviously suffering from at least one mental disorder and stuck around for hours talking at, to, and about other customers. The man was dangerously unstable and vulgar and proceeded to hit on or argue with everyone who came into the place. The woman sat in the corner and, glaring, pulled her bag of stuff closer to her chest anytime someone looked at her. She had a fit and began rambling when a staff member swept the floor too close to her. But like I said, the staff and service were great, even to those two maniacs. Tasty iced tea.

In my opinion the point of a cold brew is to be stronger then a basic iced coffee I mean isnt that why we pay more so why is the coffee always pre-cut with so much water its the exact same as a regular iced coffee but you pay much more money. Stop pre cutting the cold brew and let the customer have a say if they want it with water added or not. Its getting ridiculous paying $4 for medium cold brew thats the exact same as an iced coffee. And super inconsistent. Picture Im posting you might not be able to tell but its extremely cloudy I basically just paid $3.91 for no reasons Im throwing this away, taste like dirty coffee water...
