Our experience at Bommarito Nissan in Hazelwood was second to none. We worked with Matt Gonzalez to buy a new Armada and couldn’t be more happy. At the onset of the process Matt clear that his job was to find us what we want, no matter what it took. Given the supply chain shortage and its impact on new cars, Matt worked with us through several iterations to find a vehicle that fit our wants and needs that was in shipment already (lucked out as it showed up about 3-4 weeks later). This saved a lot of waiting time! Matt took the time to get to know us personally as well. We did not feel like just another customer that got him one step closer to a sales goal. Instead, after our interactions we felt like we knew him for years, and he us! We will definitely return to Matt soon for another vehicle.Our financing experience was equally good. Really good experience with buying my car here. Matt Gonzalez was our salesperson and he was great to work with. Really knew his details on car and really worked with us to find the right car for us. Just a really good person as well who wanted to make sure we were happy with purchase. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends if they are in the market. Finance department was great as well.

First off I have to thank Ian for being a great service writer. Kept me informed. Also, Josh was my mechanic who came and visited me when he completed my service. One of my items was the air bag warning light. It was traced to the drivers seat and after he cleared the light it went off and did not come back on. He checked the connection under the seat and found almost $100 under my seat. I tried to give a finders fee but he said he couldnt. I have been to alot of service facilities and I probably would not have seen any of the money. I appreciate Josh and his honestly and I hope you can recognize him in some way.

The service manager and staff were genuine and made me feel like I was a regular customer, even though Id never been here previously. They treated everyone that way from what I saw.They didnt hand me my keys, smile, and say thank you, your vehicle is outside. No, they walked with me to my car made sure we were all on the same page, let me start it up and ask questions ?

The service representative was very professional and friendly. The work that was recommended was reasonably priced. The customer waiting room was neat and comfortable with good refreshments.

Today I was blessed to get a 2017 Nissan Rouge., the blessings continued to be able to work with Aaron. He was extremely helpful professional and personable. He never missed a beat, never ignored any questions that I may have had and explained everything about my deal with extreme clarity. Shyra Davis made my buying experience so enjoyable. My SVU was totaled on a Thursday. And by Friday, I was driving away in my brand new 2021 Nissan Rouge. When I arrived at Nissan on Friday afternoon I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted. The only thing I knew for sure was I wanted a black SUV with a sunroof. Shyra and her manager called around to locate a vehicle to fit my needs. And they found it! The catch was, it wasn’t ALL WHEEL drive. So me, being the difficult customer that I am…I said NO to the black one. I decided to go with a Boulder Gray color (it has a sun roof and it’s all wheel drive). I am constantly getting compliments on the color. I am told it looks like a luxury vehicle. I’m very pleased with my vehicle and I am beyond impressed with the customer service I received. Shyra was the best sales woman ever!!! She literally pushed for everything to get me in what I wanted!!! I had so many things try to push me and deter me from thinking she could accomplish it!!! Y’all I came from a 2007 Chevy Malibu I paid off years ago and thanks to Shyra I left in a 2019 Nissan Altima!!!! I am sooooo thankful and happy!!!! If you need a car she is who you need to go to!!!
