I had a recall notice on my car so I took it in and I had a concern about a weird noise the car was making. Although it took 5 hours to complete they took care of the recall. The only thing I didnt care for was suggesting that I get the recommended services at astronomical costs. I get that they are supposed to do that but dont try to get me to spend $300 to change the damn air filter...
Good customer service and good work done on my truck as always.
Past owners had reasonable prices but now the prices are way overpriced. People please if you can check out other dealerships for prices if you can.
Terrible customer service my vehicle was there 3 weeks and when i picked it up it shut off again Im covered under warranty and they still do not wanna give loaner cars i would not recommend this place terrible terrible service
They are very slow. 3:15 to get an oil change, tires rotated in cabin filter.
Got my car serviced here. Go to the Monterey Park Camino Real Chevrolet instead if you can get across town. So worth the drive to a different dealership. Culver City service shop is overpriced beyond belief, Im not sure how they still trick unfortunately people like myself into giving them (all) of our money. Labor cost is through the roof for simple tasks that should take half the amount of time they charge for. I will not be returning. Im all for paying for services when needed, but these people just charge you out of house and home compared to exact services Ive had done at other chevy dealerships around town.
Didnt fix my car right. Didnt properly troubleshoot and/or quality check work done and problem still exists. Had my car an extra 2days and charged a ton of money to still have the problem exist.
Bad all around go to test drive a car battery was dead one of the air conditioning vents wasnt working go there with $14,000 cash and he still treating you like youre putting $2,000 down
I have a Chevy Cruze that I bought at a different Chevy dealership, when I called to ask if I could bring in my Cruze there for a estimate to repair a dent on my bumper, I was told that they dont do repairs there.
I got scammed out of $220 for a computer update that should be provided by Chevy for free.Imagine if apple made you pay for every iphone update. Absolutely ridiculous.Find a mechanic that specializes in Chevy/GM. They’ll tell you how it is and wont try to scam you. This place is only after your money.
If you are in the market for a new Chevy car, find another Chevrolet dealer. Their inventory is low and they admitted in marking up their cars. For example, Each Corvette they get is going to get $20k over sticker.
No shuttle service, even though when you make an appointment they ask if you want to wait or if you want a ride somewhere else. If you no longer offer shuttle services, take it off the website.
It can get expensive, but they are very transparent about what theyre doing and why, and they reward customer loyalty through the years with kindness! And sometimes discounts.
Service was good everyone was friendly and was practicing covet safety.
Very good service
I originally came in for a diagnostic. After they did the diagnostic I decided to get my car fixed. Everything was done in a timely matter. I was always kept in contact with information about my car and the services I was receiving. Everything was great! Customer service was also a plus! Will be back.
Great service and on time .
This place is a joke
Meh
Fast & great service
They were honest and told me to take my car to dealer instead of gauging me on unnecessary repairs.
Bad service, see post.
