They did a price match on a brand new run flat with no problem just had to show proof. They where fast and respectful. Didnt try extra services or to sell anything more than the replacement tire and offered insurance on the tire. Really great insurance actually. If for there again and in recommending then Id your anywhere in the vicinity or you need tires and just want to take a ride.. Cheers🍻 !

Snagged a large staple in my rear tire while down the street. Pulled in to see if they could pull it out and patch if it had gone in deep enough to puncture.It had.Guy pushed it back in after pulling it out and said, We cant patch that but Ill sell you a new one.I pulled out if the lot and drove all the way to DISCOUNT TIRE CENTER in Van Nuys. (I get most of my cars worked on here). Nazar had it fixed in under 5 minutes for a few bucks. THAT is customer service.

I am so grateful for Just Tires! The other tire stores were closed today, but Jeff took my car with no appointment 😊 He did let me know it would be a few hours because they were so busy, but I was just thankful theyd be able to take the screw out of my tire and repair it. The cost for repair was more than suitable and Jeff was kind, professional, and personable. I definitely will be back if I need any help with my tires again and would recommend Just Tires to my family and friends.

Quick tire shop to get new tires just in case they go bad. Winter is coming you may need new tires because it does get pretty slippery out there. So here is a place to get some tires if you need them.

It’s been 2 years since I’ve had a wheel alignment inspection. Called around to a couple of places to see how soon I could get a wheel alignment. Called Just Tires in Culver City. I was able to get in WITHOUT an appointment (on a Monday afternoon). The manager Karim said it should be less than an hour. I said ok. I took a walk to a nearby AAA and when I got back (40 min. later), he handed me the keys and said, “You DO NOT need a wheel alignment. The lights all came up green for your tires.” THE COST: $0 because it’s a FREE INSPECTOR! This shop is VERY HONEST & HONORABLE. I WILL BE BACK and I told Karim, I’m going to write you the BEST REVIEW, EVER!!! So glad I brought my car into Just Tires in Culver City, CA. When was the last time you found an honest auto repair shop in L.A.?

Was welcomed to the location via Andrew who seemed to be helping multiple people. Due to not being in a rush, I stepped aside and allowed him to handle what was needed. Once Andrew was free he came and assisted me. I had previously purchased tires from Just Tires and was informed by the dealership that one had a bubble. Andrew assessed the tire and notified me that it was now splitting. Due to the amount of tread remaining, we both came to the conclusion that it could be a manufacture defective tire. He then had his manager Kareem further assist me. After additional assessments, Kareem tracked down and had delivered, a replacement tire with my special tire sizing, to the location as there were none in stock - this was a relatively quick process as the Venice location hurried right over. CJ changed my tire quickly and exchanged pleasantries back and forth with me while I sat and waited. I had a good experience.Friendly location!

Got an alignment and Just Tires found the problem on my vehicle. PEPBOYS said I needed framework after buying a Lifetime Alignment from PEPBOYS.Just Tires was honest and found that I needed Toe Arms, so I bought a 3yr alignment with Just Tires after getting my Toe Arms replaced, Just Tires did my alignment within 45min and I was done.

Quick/friendly/quality service- mechanics, technicians, and staff are eager to support you, because I can tell they enjoy their jobs and helping out customers. What I like most about them is that they are transparent. They will compare and finalize your numbers, so that you know what your diagnosis is and what to expect for them to repair. There are never any concerns that I have with them. Really great people and place to go; I’m glad I found them when I moved out here. Andrew and Omar are straight up the best I’ve seen in their skill set.

Was on trip 4 hours away from home a had tire problems. Went to one place and 4 hours wait to tell us whats wrong. We looked up just tires. Went there and they put spare on and did not charge us for it. They were unbelievably nice.

This shop is OK until you have problems. They don’t stand behind their work. They are adverse to answering questions. Limit them to oil changes & tire rotations

I went there for a flat This Technician FRANSISCO! Was awesome he patiently explained the extent of damage my tire had and in detail how the patch he put on would last the duration of my tire by molding it self to the tire. The technician was super careful with everything he did and provided great service.

I got a nail in my front tire. The tire was inspected by a Just Tire Employee. Gentlemen told me that I had to get a new tire. That the nail puncture could not be repaired.... It’s a brand new tire and I could not believe I had to get another new tire. I went to liberty tires instead and the tire was repaired right away.

Im a little late on the review due to COVID (Google had review shut down the week I went to leave a review), but OJ and CJ provided the best service experience possible. I had just shipped my car in from out of state, and asked to top the air off in the tires. This wasnt something that I was paying for, but they treated me like I was one of their top customers. This type of service is invaluable, and Ill definitely be returning for any of my serviceable auto needs.

We bought all 4 Good Year Tires from here it’s been about 1 Year since then and I had a Flat Tire coming home Christmas night coming from my In-laws for a Family gathering it was a puncture in the Tire small hole Gabe showed me the problem after putting Air and pin pointed the area where the Hole was he really helped me out I came all the way from Long Beach after work and this is my Wife’s daily Driver so even though they were overworked with Customers he made the time to take care of my situation and I appreciate it cause getting off of work early is really hard for me my Wife had to catch a Uber to work and now we’re back in Business my Technician was Marcus big thanks to him also good Customer Service skills and very efficient with the task at hand thanks again.

Took my vehicle a couple months ago and purchased Road Side Hazard Repair for my 2 tires. Though I didnt purchase my tires there, I can get ask for any technician to check air pressure and air for tires whenever needed. Stem caps (tires) were replaced (damaged) w/o charge. Very helpful.

Went here twice to get my tires repaired and have had good experiences both times. They are a small business and do get busy. but I would rather come here than to a bigger company to get my tire repaired. They where efficent with my service and respectful.

Terrible service. Don’t come here. I made an appointment the day before to change my headlights. I came to the appointment on time and they told me it would take about 1 hour. I waited and after an hour they told me they were waiting for the light bulb which they didn’t have. They told me that the light bulb was going to arrive in 30 minutes so I decided to stay. After another HOUR the light bulb didn’t arrive and I left. I wasted 2 hours to get nothing fixed. Terrible customer service as well.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I got a nail in my front passenger tire and stopped in to get it replaced. They didnt have the tire I needed so no big deal they said they would order it and it would be in next day and they would call me when they got it. Well its been 3 days and every day I call in the person I speak to has no idea if the tire has been ordered or not, when it will be there and who I am/what my tire is. Save yourself some time and money and go somewhere else. Tire shops are a dime a dozen and how they can run a business like this blows me away.

One tire was low so I stopped at Just Tires for help. The manager was very nice. Even though they were working on other vehicles, they serviced me immediately. The attendant checked and filled all my tires; he even told me how much air was needed in each tire! Im going back!

What a 5-star crew at the Sepulveda Just Tires! I have no idea about tires, walked in, asked for aggressive off-road tires that were not readily specific/specified for my vehicle - if I hadnt asked, they would have put Prius-rated tires on my 4-wheel drive. I was greeted like a friend, spoken to in a professional manner, and felt at home! Not only are the crew great and do a perfect job, but the management are so friendly! Not only that, but they are knowledgeable, helpful, and the tires were very affordable!The crew went above and beyond, using the latest technology for tire replacement, and old techniques - they got me the best tire and I love them! Highly recommend adding tire rotation- I always have a good chat with the crew whenever I get my tires rotated :) I could not recommend this team any more! Thanks Just Tires Crew!

Went there to buy me a new driver front side tire, I asked for price, they told me $210 new tire plus is because its a high speed tire I need. Really!!! $210 for one damn tire, I took my car to my local place instead. Same high speed tire cost me $98.16 brand new also.

I just came from there. I need to repair a tire that has a screw in the thread. They quoted me around $33 & change & then they saw my tire & said it was irreparable. They quoted me $88 & change for a new tire. I immediately drove down the street to American Tire Depot to compare. They looked at the tire, said its repairable & that it wont cost me a penny! I know where Ill never go back for new tires or repairs!

Only had to have 1 tire replaced...was told I’d get a call when it was ready, no call...showed up to get it and had to wait over an hour just for them to swipe my credit card. Maybe don’t have the person at the person at the desk also diagnosing new customers that come in, just a thought...Terrible customer service, will never go back, prices also seemed high.

$40 to swap and balance one tire I brought in myself. It wasnt busy and the service was SUPER SLOW... maybe they were charging ME by the hour to wait

I went in for a slow leak and while they werent able to fix it with the old mom and pop method they were wonderful in explaining the situation. I would definitely recommend this shop.

The worst and slowest service ever. They took 1.5 hour just to replace a tire. The guy was back and forth from one side to the other and doing anything, taking the time to do the next step. Is not low price and is definitely not a fast service. Never coming back.

Came in for a little tire repair, one of their technicians inspected my tire. He said there was a two hour wait and that I should drive to the LAX location because they are always slow.I made sure to ask if he was sure and he said yea and motioned me to go to the other location.When I got there they were busier than the previous location. I waited and their technician told me that the LAX location is always busier than the Culver city Location.He also told me thatTHEY WOULD NOT FIX MY TIRE....OK great so I drove to one location and waited, to be pushed to another location, after fighting traffic with a damaged tire got to the second location only to be REFUSED SERVICE....Great business model....

Went in due to a strange noise coming from the rear of my vehicle, com to find out my rotors were worn to the bone. Nick took care of everything and had me back on the road in a couple of hours. Excellent service!

Worst customer service ever! I was told by sales associate Andrew wait time to get a tire patch and oil change was an hour and thirty minute. I sat literally two hours patiently. To handle an irritated customer Jeremy had to give my turn away and when I asked for explanation he said talk to the lady! Now there are two upset customers. At this point I had to grab my key and leave.

Was there last week for air in my tires had gone to the nearby gas station lets just say theirs is not available. So I was stopped by Just Tires. Not only did I not have to get out of my car they were very professional and the young man Matthew was very polite. Nice job Just Tires Customer service Rocks.

Went in to get a noise checked out from my car. Turns out I needed new pads and apparently new rotors too. They gave me an invoice of $600 for just the front pads and rotors and a brake fluid change. I had my uncle take a look at my car since hes a mechanic and he said I only needed new pads that I didnt need a brake fluid change or the rotors. At the end of it I paid 100 to buy the parts(including the jack and jacks stands) and did it myself using a tutorial video in under an hour. Moral of the story is, shop around and dont believe the crap they try and sell you. They claimed I HAD to replace my rotors and pads, yet I swapped just the pads and paid only 1/6 of what they quoted. And on a side note: I ended up buying all the parts they quoted me for half the price of what they claimed at oreillys. So even if you must have them service it, buy the parts yourself. Youll save tons of money just off that alone

Terrible customer service! I ignored the other negative reviews and went there on a sale. Its not that the workers are lazy or inefficient, it is the management that is so bad. The left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. The management doesnt seem to know or care about running the business. Things are slow. Customer service is abysmal. Prepare to spend all day there.

Told me to take 2 hours to plug a tire and theres only two people in the entire place.... On top of that it took them 15 minutes just to come to the front counter

Brought in my car to have a flat tire repaired. Later in the day the lady calls me and tells me the car is ready for pick up. I am shocked to see a 180 dollar bill waiting for me. Apparently the hole was irreparable so they threw the tire out and replaced it with a brand new without my permission. I told them I didnt authorize this and that I wanted my tire back and my spare put on the car. After half an hour they tell me they cant find my tire and that there is nothing they can do about it. I refuse to pay and demand my tire back, or else I would call the police. It got very uncomfortable but I was not going to pay. They eventually find a used tire that matched my other tires that they gave me for free. So in the end I came out with a free tire, but also around 4 hours of wasted time and a lot of frustration. I have a feeling these ladies (with a lot of bad attitude and poor customer service skills) fixed my tire to sell it on the side for extra money. But since it was fixed they couldnt find it. Use any other place for your tire needs, this place sucks.

Came here to have all my four tires replaced, well those people took the brake fluid out of my car after I told them I didnt want other services. Please dont come here, you can get into an accident because of this.

Be careful, if you look like you can be upsold on service, they will try every angle to get you to pay more.Came in with a nail in my tire, to find out if I could get a simple patch service. Employee walks me to my car, explaining that some nail locations cant be patched for legal reasons -- which I fully understand. For example, if the nail is in the sidewall, it cant be patched. Fine.Upon inspection, its clear the nail is straight down the middle of the tire, in the flattest part. Their employee realizes this is turning out to be a simple patch service (ie. not much profit for them), so he tells me it might be the angle of the nail, we might not be able to patch this and were looking at a new tire. Im not sure, I need to get it up on a lift. Fine.I wait another hour (Ive been there 2-3 hours already) and he comes back with bad news. It turns out, SURPRISE! I need a new tire. And not just any tire. The particular tire is $580 (!!) with service and balancing, SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS ?! There were a couple of $300-$400 alternatives but they were not in stock and if I ordered I would have to come back. What an easy decision, of course the most expensive option is right here, sir... just choose that one.My tire is in the garage on a lift. They did not even remove the tire... but clearly they kept me waiting so I would probably say whatever, Im already here and its been 3 hours, my car is already on the lift.Surprise! I refused. I asked them to take my car down and I would be on my way. My car is a lease and we were returning it in a few weeks, I just didnt want to have a blow out before then. But back to the story...They dont let me leave! A manager comes out, and STILL TRIES TO UPSELL ME. He states, this is a lease, right? See this wear here (points to all my other tires) youll have to pay for that when you return the car. When I told him we paid extra on the lease for wheel and tire insurance he doesnt back down. He said it might not be covered -- when I tell him we have 12K miles/year and Ive only driven 6K every year, we are under our mileage cap he still keeps pushing for me to buy FOUR NEW TIRES.. Remember, I came in for a nail in my tire and Im looking at $500 x4 = $2000 for this new recommended service -- just let me leave?!FINALLY I tell this manager my wifes uncle is the fleet manager at the car dealer (which is true) and he realized Im not going to cave in and give them any money that day. They took my car down and released me. Total time spent waiting for zero service, nail still in my tire: 3 hours, 18 minutes.In the end, the nail was actually not embedded deeply in the tire tread, it fell off a day later and my tire never lost pressure over the next few weeks. So these guys tried to sell me on a service I DIDNT EVEN NEED.I am not going back, they should rename this place Just Spend instead of Just Tires.

Update: Apr 26, 20016, went to same shop for free tire rotation and balance check for 5K mileage. Although, when you pay for this service at the time of tire purchase, the rep stated that they will rotate the tires only. I accepted unwillingly and after tire rotation I was told that the brakes need servicing, low brake fluid. $95 estimate. I denied and went to parts store to buy brake fluid, opened the cover to find the brake fluid was at max level !!! These people have only one thing in their mind, get your money with any excuse. I should have written steal your money instead.This is a typical shop, charging you for the terrible service, in fact for their own benefit not for the work you expected to get… Dont expect any mechanics pride or service ethics.I went to this store to buy four new wheels at late afternoon. Before I agreed with their fee, I was told that I would get a complimentary inspection with the tire purchase. I signed the work order and waited. Later, I was told that I have to come back for the inspection since they claim there is not enough time to finish the work. I noticed that only two tires got balanced, the tech was rushing to finish my car. He used air wrench to tighten the wheel bolts, then faked as if he uses the torque wrench to tighten the bolts. They were already in beyond full tightness, if not over tightened already. I was like why the heck you told me that the service could be done before, even though you had more cars in-line. Anyway, I paid $$$ for the tires, even only two got balanced and the bolts got over tightened with the air wrench.Stupidly, I went to the same store again three weeks later for the promised complimentary inspection and for the wheel alignment. This time, I was watching closely the techs. One guy wanted to remove rear brake drum as a part of the inspection, he started with a rubber mullet then continued with a 5 lbs hammer without spraying the bolts, then two more guys came to chat with him, while they hammer the drum in turns, even one of them tried to pry the drum by forcing a crowbar against the rear dust cover. They gave up and decided not to do other inspections like battery check, belt check, etc.Then, the next comedy started, the wheel alignment expert tech (???) did only vertical adjustments, no need to check/correct other adjustments, even though they charge for full adjustment, like balancing only two tires out of four tires. There was no apology for the incomplete inspection or half balancing or half wheel alignment, but they were happy to charge my credit card. I got my car back with free greasy dirt on the steering wheel.I am also a manager/technician servicing trains. So, I am confident with labeling their work as terrible service as a person who is familiar with quality maintenance but still wondering why this kind of bad shops are not get audited.Just tires, yeah, exactly, you get just tires, no decent service ...

I went in around 3 in afternoon to have flat repaired. There were 3 employees standing in office including the (I guess) manager 1 employee working in a bay and another leaning on a car smoking . He says do I have 45 minutes, I, LOL, and ask for the closest tire place not so busy and he says one around the block and one up the street, but good luck!What happened to the days when any free person, including manager would throw a floor jack down and have you out in 10 minutes.My guys in bakersfield at San Joaquin tires, the best!

Employees were nice, but $35 to take a nail out? Told that they take the nail out and patch it from both sides and then wrap it? Okayyy.. Not sure what that meant. I realized after that they never showed me how long the nail was. When I poured water on it prior to me getting there I didnt see any bubbles so I wasnt even sure if it was punctured. Anyway, I left wondering if I had been dooped. Not a good feeling.
