My daughter got the oil changed there last Saturday, the person who did the work overfilled the oil and didn’t put the plastic shield back up under the car properly last Monday she told me she was hearing a scraping sound from underneath the car. So now we have a destroyed plastic shield on her car because the person who was supposed to put it back up didn’t put any screws back in it. So if you want your car or truck to be taken care of go somewhere else. If you’re a young lady go somewhere else. There are better places that know how to actually do the work correctly.

Prompt and reasonably priced services. Ask for Moz, he listens, energetic and provides honest recommendations to my 2012 Tacoma. Now, my air conditioner is COLD again! Definitely shall return for future services. 👍

I was searching for a good mechanic to fix my brakes that were making noise for a while. I called around until I tried this shop and spoke to Moz. He told me what my options were and where the noise was coming from. I wasnt sure so he asked if I could come in so he could inspect it. Turned out both my front and back brakes were gone. It came down to price and he gave me a few options that could fit my budget. In a matter of 3 hours I got my car back and with no more noise! I was very happy with the service I was provided. Ill definitely tell my friends and family about this place. They are honest and very nice people. Thanks guys!

These guys are a rip off. BEWARE!!! They tried to up sale my extended warranty company by 800.00 . When their claim was denied they said they couldnt do the job. SHADY BUSINESS. They claim to be honest but they are not!Dont lie to your public. You tried to make more money off the part. The part was $1024.00 and you tried to tell my company it was $1880.00 and I got mad when you hung up on me because I told you I was picking my car up and going elsewhere. Just more of an example of your shady business practices. You tried to get over and got caught in your own sh** Moe! Knock it off!

I had a great experience with Automed. I took on my 2014 Cadillac ATS in for servicing. Got oil change, tune up, and brakes all done in the same day! I was so happy with the outcome after I drove off. My car felt like new again! Im definitely recommending this place to my friends and family.

Moz was great, only took about 3 hours for a throttle cleaning and air filter changes. Totally honest and straight up about the price. He let me know that there had been some rodent damage to my vehicle, and cleaned it all up complimentary, absolutely amazing.

I came in yesterday to get a synthetic oil change, brake pad replacements, rotor resurfacing, and a belt replacement. Thankful for Moz who helped me with a reasonable quote and had my car done within a few hours!

I wish I could give them more then 5 stars. The customer service I received from Abe was phenomenal! From the beginning when I called in to make an appointment I felt that I was a valued customer. Service was very efficient and he communicated with me every step of the way. He went out of his way to make me comfortable and make sure that my car was in good shape overall. I had a few problems with my car when I came in and everything has been fixed for a very reasonable price. He went above and beyond every step of the way and offered to get me a ride home while my car was being serviced. He worked with me on pricing and did not nickel and dime me for everything. He even gave me a few complimentary services that saved me a significant amount of money. This is my new mechanic shop for as long as I live in Los Angeles. When i initially dropped my car off on a Friday due to interior lighting issues I was told that my insurance would not cover the repairs. I then called the insurance company because I have the Platinum package and of course it was covered. Lets just skip to the part where I have to keep calling to find out the status of my vehicle finally ready to be picked up Tuesday afternoon. I settle up get in my car to drive off and the cabin filter that I paid for is still in the box on the floor. Here we go. After watching the mechanic struggle for about 40 min to get to the cabin filter i step away come back its done. I look down and he has DISTROYED my cover under my glove box that was brand new and replies theres nothing he can do to fix it. The way I bring my vehicle to you is the way I would like it retured!!! Repaired of course. Bryan asked me to bring the car back the next morning so they could fix it because they were really busy. Again so am I . I am an essential employee with my own family and schedule. So now I have wasted my time and will still have to spend money to replace a brand new cover on my Jeep. Totally unacceptable and I am not happy.

Brought car in for an inspection because brakes hadnt been serviced in a while and a belt was squeaking. After some issues that Abe worked hard to resolve, the car is running perfectly. They were very quick and responsive to my issues and concerns.

12/18/2019Update: I drive a lot so thats the only reason I am back again for my brakes, they fit me in without an appointment as usual. Good guys. About 1 and a half turn around time with no appointment.Found them on groupon. They honor the promo in store.They fit me in same day,on a monday before ten which was nice. Bryan in the front was professional and courteous. He let me know what needed to be done. Reasonable prices. Thankfully they have a waiting room though because you will be waiting longer then they quote you. Brakes and oil took 2 hours. A full hour longer then I was told. My advice call ahead, make sure they have all the parts before you come in.

These guys helped me out with a bumper replacement and did everything awesomely. Super professional attitudes all around and were patient with answering all my questions throughout the process. The work was flawless. Awesome job

**Dishonest Mechanics**Short Story: Lied about the condition of my brake pads and equipment saying they are completely gone and i need new ones, told me the the equipment was all original from Chrysler. Equipment was not original it was Wagner brand with less than 1,000 miles but still lied to me saying everything was damaged and cracked etc which wasnt. Abe doesnt know too much about cars, kind of kept getting confused / wasnt keeping the same story when answering my questions. Dishonest mechanicsFull Story: Found them on Groupon and i called ahead if i needed an appointment. Woman answered the phone and told me to come on down. After bringing up the groupon she said to purchase it and theyll honor it (BTW they charge $35 if they feel your car is a luxury car) I come down and as soon as i get out of the car this man approaches me trying to sell me on a smog test. Asks what year my car is and disregards me after finding out i dont need a smog. I go into the office and i let them know i just want my front pads changed like on the groupon. She works with me, charges for the groupon and redeems it i think thats it, they put my car on the lift and im waiting for about 30 minutes and the woman comes to get me and tells me The pads and discs are the original on the car, the pads are completely gone and the rotors will need to be replaced too. This isnt true. I quickly corrected her The pads and rotors were recently changed, theyre, the pads are defective i just need pads changed she tells me to go look for myself and brings a mechanic over for him to tell me that the (Not even 2 month old rotors) need to be changed because they are too thin, he offered to resurface them (Even though he just said theyre too thin) for a surcharge of $35 per rotor or $70 per rotor for new ones. I Decline knowing all the information is wrong. 2 hours go past and my car hasnt been touched or anything i ask whats going on and the woman tells me theyre still getting my pads (for 2 hours?!) after everything i get my car back (they almost dropped it on the lift when they were bringing it down, one side went down faster than the other guy had to stop it really fast) She told me theres more paper work, there were other recommendations for the car as well that i already knew about, a bushing needed replacing and needed new tires. She brings them up, disregarded and she tells me about a $35 luxury car fee. After looking at my pads i asked back for i quickly asked I thought they were completely gone? Abe walks up and interrupts whats going on? I showed him my pads and let him know everything I was told these were original and gone completely etc he tells me What is your problem with us? I told him why are you guys being so pushy about extra unnecessary work?? He started talking complete non sense and not sticking to the same excuse first he said my rotors were cracked, then he said my pads were cracked, then he said my rotors were scratched, then he said both are scratched, then he said theyre warped, etc guys a joke.If you dont know anything about cars youre still better off doing your brakes yourself than with Automed and Abes team. Now my car needs an alignment from their sloppy work.

Each time I go to this shop I’m taking care of, from a small tire patch to bigger jobs. I think Mamoun is the best. The work is always amazing and I never feel ripped off. They’re great!

I’ve known Mamoun for years and let me tell they’re aren’t not enough people in the world like this guy. He’s always treated me like family and has gone way above & beyond what’s expected. I never think twice whenever there is an issue with my Yukon Denali who to call or where to take it too because I know that Automed & Mamoun will take care of me. I always recommend this place to anyone who is having car issues and needs a trustworthy person / establishment to take their car to. 5 stars hands down every time.

If you cherish your time, money, and vehicle definitely do not take your car here. This establishment is a straight up fraud! I took my car in here for an oil change yesterday and the owner (Abe) and I agreed on a price of $40. I also asked him to check this “error light” for my hybrid battery which he said he went ahead and reset without even calling me and asking for permission prior to to even proceeding, and he said it costs $500- just to put a computer chip in the car and diagnose the car (something most dealerships do for free). When he realized that he couldn’t play me stupid, he just told me to pay $100 for everything (which I reluctantly did) and as soon as I turn on the car the light is still there smh. Him and his crew waste another 2 hours holding up my car for nothing and they tell me to come back the next day. I go back this morning and they said they never had me as a customer there lol but here’s the receipt.. I leave the place getting charged extra for a service they promised me which they simply didn’t even fix. The error is still showing on my car. The saddest thing about it is that as soon as they saw my nationality flag in the car they started acting hostile and bitter. The cops took a police report and I’m almost done disputing a refund, but I heavily advice you guys not to do business at this place if you want honest work being done on your car. Message to Owner: This is Los Angeles buddy. All religions, races, and ethnicities are allowed here. If you don’t like it, go back to your own country #YouNomad

I had problems with my BMW z3 and I am blessed to have found Automed. I am a lady and its always a nightmare when I have to get anything done on my car. Not the case at Automed. I just had a great experience at automed. Had to deal with ton of issues on my 1977 bronco some of which multiple shops told me would be impossible to get done because of how obscure the parts are but somehow automed handled them with ease. I think the other shops just didn’t want to take the extra time to locate parts and try to work on a truck that wasn’t so textbook and like a newer car but Abe at automed took the time and had the patience to get my truck up and running. Just in time for the holiday weekend ! Thanks Abe and Automed!
