Always slow service. I made an online appointment, arrived (albeit 6 minutes late), waited in queue for 3 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, waited another 12 minutes before a service person came out. 2.5+ hours for an oil change. Its free so I guess I cant complain that much. I wouldnt come here if I had to pay for an oil change. Everyone is nice but no hustle and customer service is not very attentive.

Randy Castellanos was my service advisorI was traveling through from out of town and pulled in without an appointment.Randy was amazing from the moment he opened my door and greeted me. I just needed a simple oil change. He completed my request and noted the condition of my vehicle in a timely matter. He communicated with me throughly throughout the process and I highly recommend his services and this dealership!!

I have been taking my vehicle here regularly for almost 6 years and I’m officially breaking up with them. I had a catalytic converter stolen so I brought it here to replace it, they did the inspection and it was towed to Toyota North Hollywood for the work for some reason. Less than 2 years later and only about 10,000 miles the cat converter was dead. The truck failed a smog test, I brought it to Toyota again and they told me the brand new cat converter was no good and needed replacing. The worst part is that they could not tell me why, not one single indication as to why. They provided me with no information and handed me a huge bill. These Toyota Service Centers are overpriced shops, they’re basically charging the customer for their Toyota branding, they are independently owned and you’re better off taking your vehicle elsewhere. I thought I was getting premium auto care, I was just paying premium prices. They will not help you with warranties and the service manager will ignore your calls.

The Toyota service workers are nice, and they use safety protocols. The best part is, they will give you a free Uber ride back-and-forth to your home or business!One weird thing is, when I break quickly there’s a funny sound in the rear tire area . I’ll have to go back. They do honor their work though.

Whatever money I saved on my lease from Culver City Toyota wasnt worth the headache of having to deal with their service department. Not only do they sell your information (my phone number was sold literally minutes after I left according to experian), but its impossible to find someone competent that works there. After THREE hours of trying to call and make an appointment (theres nowhere to do it online even though they claim there is) i finally connected with someone. I told them that one of my warning lights has been on since they put a hubcap on last month and after I described the light the mechanic says hold on let me google it (???), so I let him know its the tire pressure light since apparently I know more than the paid professional does. When I brought it in I drove into one of the clearly marked service lines, but was then told that wasnt the correct service line so I would have to move. I move and am still left waiting 10 minutes under someone wanders up and decides to help me. Theyre once again very confused about a simple tire pressure light and dont seem to have any idea what to do with it. He tries to get me to do a full inspection, which Im sure would have been very expensive, but clearly all that needed to be checked was the tires to make sure TOYOTA didnt screw them up last time. So sick of having to deal with this place.Edit: I just got a call saying I missed my appointment?? Maybe this is why they send out 3 appointment reminders a day. Theyre so bad at doing their jobs properly they think everyone is missing appointments when theyre really just never checked in. Its actually unbelievable how bad these people are at their jobs.

Worst Toyota service center, had brake discs changed for $400 they didnt tell me they only changed the front discs, then after a month they started making the whistle noise and the guy Raul says its because you drove it too much, well genius I drove the last discs over 65,000 miles how is it possible these discs were driven too much at only 12,000 miles, wonder what kind of brake discs they put in, trying to get a hold of the manager for the past 1 hour still on speaker phone but cant get to the manager

This location does not have it together. I made an appointment for them to pick up my car at 12:30pm to have it serviced. They showed up at 9:30am (which thank god I was able to accomodate). It is now 5:45pm and I still dont have my car. THEYVE HAD THE VEHICLE FOR 9 HOURS. Each time I call they say that its on the way (a 20 min drive right now with traffic so no way it has taken them 2 hours). This is all for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Poor communication, lack of professional honesty, will not be coming here again unless its against my will.

I had a check engine light on and the car had a rough idling problem. I paid 170.00 dollars for Toyota to tell me they had no idea what the problem was and that they would tear the engine apart for 1,200.00 and let me know what the problem was. Total BULL! I took my car home got on the internet and figured out my O2 sensors were very likely the problem. The techs at TOYOTA never even mentioned my 02 sensors. I changed the 02 sensors MYSELF! My check engine light is off and my car runs much better now. It was losing power going up hills and when I was on the freeway. Now its got the power back and runs very well. Why the mechanics at TOYOTA had no idea what an 02 sensors is beyond me. I dont even think they hooked my car up to their diagnostics machines. I think they simply started my car then shut it off without checking anything. DO NO GO TO THIS SHOP WITH A CHECK ENGINE PROBLEM.

Im not sure what they do. I went back for the same problem. They kept charging me for what I brought the car in for. Never perform the initial work always something else. I going to the BBB for Automotive. Im out of 2100 dollars and the problem is still there.

Representative helped me was not helpful. I asked him questions and he did not want to answer them. He was like its on the sheet of paper i gave you. On the other hand service reps at the parts center answered all my questions and really helpful. I am giving a 3 because of that.

On December 4, 2020 I discovered the left headlight on my 2017 Prius V was not working again. The left headlight was replaced on my leased Prius V back in September 2019 at Culver City Toyota. I have had five consecutively leased Prius autos and kept the headlights on while driving. I have never had a headlight problem before. Therefore I was concerned that I have had to replace the left headlight twice.I do not believe I should have had to pay for the headlight replacement and was annoyed that my concerns were dismissed.Liz Covington

Take your car here if you want to give your money away for bogus repairs that do not exist.They told me I needed a new radiator and oil pan and would cost $1695.Also stated that brakes (I just had replaced in Feb) needed replacing because they were worn.I took to my personal mechanic for second opinion he said my oil cap was loose and there was no sign of any other leakage on my car 😠.He said I could drive my car from Cali to NY and back and it would be just fine.All Toyota dealerships are scam artists.Always get a second opinion.DONT BELIEVE THE HYPE!!!

ASK FOR DAVE EVANSCO.6 years ago I purchased a new Prius Hybrid & 2 years worth of Toyota Care Package.Ive had some real bad experiences of distrust and some minor problems of services to my car throughout the years of only going there.I was ready to find a new Toyota Service Center when I started to work with Dave Evansco.Dave Evansco is the only reason why I still get my car serviced at Toyota Culver City. He educates me in detail of all the services on maintaining proper car maintenance, he does not pressure or push me to purchase services but suggest the importance of prioritizing which services I would need next and being sensitive to how much I can spend, this alleviates tremendous anxiety with my finances.If Dave Evansco leaves this establishment I probably will leave too.

Unless you are under warranty DO NOT GO HERE. they will price gouge you. seriously, it’s highway robbery. more than triple what other places charge. and they recommend all kind of repairs that you don’t actually need. AND they plug their fancy computers in to diagnose problems, like my broken a/c, which don’t always tell them where and what the problem really is. when i finally took my prius to another garage they found the leak in my a/c in 5 minutes. don’t trust these scam artists.

The place offers a very good offer for oil change, rotation and safety inspection in multiple points of the car for 129 and they are kind and professional, so if you deliver the car at 7 am they will deliver it to you until 1pm if they improve the time waiting, everything would be better.
