Always great service here. The staff is very friendly and try to help you out the best they can.They are all very knowledgeable. Definitely a bonus that they have free flat tire repairs. I bought all four tires here so I come in periodically for a free tire rotation. Fairly good deals on tires as well. The waiting room is comfortable and welcoming. They have plenty of outlets if you need to charge your cell phone while you are waiting.Highly recommend their great service.

I just pulled up to Les Schwab with a slow leak in my passenger side front tire. I went to 2 other tire specialists but they were so busy they couldn’t get me in today. Plus, they were charging $45 for the tire repair. The guys at Les Schwab took me right in, wrote up a work order, and got my car in the bay and on the track in less than 5 minutes.Since this was my first time there they offered to do a complimentary tire repair. Yes!Needless to say I plan to do business with them again in the future. And I also recommend them to anyone in need of auto repair services. They do everything from tire and wheel alignments to brakes, suspension, new tires, custom wheels, shocks, even lift kits and lowering kits.So the next time you need new “shoes” on your vehicle go check them out. Tell them I sent you.They have been “doing the right thing since 1952”.

This is the place to go of you have a tire emergency.They seem heavily staffed and are on it faster than you can imagine. This is my second visit here..This time for a leaking valve stem inside the wheel rim. There was no way I could fix that myself.I made an appointment for next day and they took me in early. Not only did they fix the one known bad stem, they took all my tires off the rims (no extra charge) and found another bad one that was soon going to leave me stuck somewhere.Thanks for the super service. Will be back when it is time for brakes or new tires. And right by my house..Score!!!

U know Ive been coming to this place for years(me and my dad actually) and every time I always noticed every working really hard definitely pashinate about what they do and I respect that all the way. The only reason why Im giving it a force because I didnt get a print out of my alignment even though there was no adjustments needed to be made so it would have been nice just to have the paper thats it.

Exceptional service and quality. These folks have fixed my tires for free three times, and two of those times were on a new car whose tires I hadnt bought here(and they knew this) they truly put their customers first, and there is no other place in town you should be getting your tires.

These guys are the best! I went to my honda dealership down south and they had told me I was in need of new breaks within the month. While I was home visiting family I decided to go to Les Schwab.Turns out the dealership was lying. These guys took the time to thoroughly inspected my car despite me not having an appointment, and spent 15 minutes explaining to me where my breaks were at and when to come back in 3-5 thousand miles later. I walked out paying NOTHING when they could have made $$$ on a brake job that wasnt needed. SO HONEST AND KIND!!! I will only take my car here now.And also friendly reminder to be patient and kind to workers right now. I overheard a woman yelling at one of the mechanics for taking longer than predicted on her car, despite them apologizing and explaining they were short staffed. Just because you are ready for CA to reopen doesnt mean businesses are staffed for full opening. Be kind. These guys are doing honest work and working hard to come back after a stressful year. The Les Schwab located on Concord Ave has a great service, topnotch and helpful staff. Efficient service. Clean space. They even offer little perks like free coffee and pop corn, but more importantly they offer an impeccable service that other competitors just dont. I will be going back there for my next tire needs. Wasted $586!! The problem was I needed an alignment. They told me it could not be done without new control arms. So I spend $500 on parts and labor getting the control arms replaced with factory parts. Then when I took my car back to get aligned they said they couldnt finish the alignment because the factory control arms dont allow for the right adjustments. But I can buy aftermarket ones that do. They should have told me that from the beginning!! They also charged me for the incomplete alignment. Spent $586 and my car still pulls. I highly recommend avoiding this location.

Very rarely I find service that I rate 5 star. Especially when you are baffled with discovering that your electric car shows low tire pressure and calls it a flat tire.. but the tire looks ok and driveable. Inflated it a few times and it loses pressure and hovers at 25psi. The dealer says no availability for 2 weeks. Another tyre shops opens it up and raises hand that its a self sealing tire. This place had the best advise on phone to come over and will review the issue. Repair it if fixable or arrange to replace. Arrived 4:30pm as it slowed down for a walkin. At 6:05 the tire was repaired and was at no charge!!!! Isnt that an experience worth 5 star. The tire is holding pressure..You guys did not charge the $30 but earned a lot of respect. KEEP up the good work..

Excellent service. I had scheduled service for new tires. They did not have the tires I selected online and bumped me up to their premium tires for the same price.

At first I thought well they are absolutely so nice and fantastic so needless to say I went in for a sensor light that went on for my tire there was nothing wrong with my tire they did a great job in figuring out that nothing was wrong but that the sensors were old.They ended up wanting over $300 for four sensors sooo given the fact that we’re in a pandemic I said well I’ll just wait and save up the money.Do you know after talking the dude actually pulled the sensor out and then stated that they didn’t... so sad that this is what they are doing I wanted to like the place but nope

Great place. I stopped in with a flat tire and needed to be somewhere so couldnt get a new tire on the tight schedule that I had. So they quickly changed my bad tire to the spare at no cost and I was able to come back later.

Bought my tires from the Santa Rosa Les Schwab. Recently got a flat from puncture damage. I drove in on a Saturday late morning and they were able to repair the flat free of charge in less than 40 minutes. They had all my information in their computer so I did not have to show them the receipt from when I purchased them. I was afraid they would try to sell me new tires and tell me the tires werent repairable but they provided excellent customer service. I may just be a convert from other tire places.

I went to Les Schwab today to get my battery tested- for free. In and out in ten minutes. My battery tested fine and there was no pressure to buy a new one. I have never felt pressured to buy anything at Les Schwab. If you need tires or rims Les Schwab is the place.

Great, friendly and honest service! I went in with a punctured tire and asked them to check it and recommend if it could be repaired or if I needed new tires. 45 minutes later the tire was fixed, no charge! Ill be back when I need new tires.

Disappointed in their communication. They were to swap tires from two wheels to another two.They contacted me 1 minute before their closure to inform me that the task was done. I was not aware of their hours and you would think they would inform the client of when they close.Their lack of communication put a hinder-durance of my transportation for over 48hrs.Now comes Monday. An employee of the company starts to have a conversation with me without introducing who he is or greeting me.He wanted to state basically they waited 20minutes after their closure. Well that’s great, but they never mentioned that they would in the voicemail they left.I arrived at 5:21pm and I happened to see the employees in the back and inquired if they could open the shop, but they said the manager was gone.If indeed the manager did wait for 20mins and I just arrived at 21mins, you would think they could call him to come right back.Sorry but you lost my business for defending a weak position.

My friend had her tires replaced by this shop at 65K, but now at 80K one tire developed a slow leak (e.g. over 2 weeks). Jesse and his crew took the tire off, found some oxidation, prepped and sealed it. They did this without charging her.I had my motorhome tires replaced by the Martinez shop...these folks stand behind what they do. Just look for a sale and let them do their thing. Great company.

I brought in a vehicle that needed a simple tire repair due to a nail. I asked for a time estimate and was told an hour because they were busy. I waited an hour and a half before approaching the mechanic. At this point, he had not even touched my vehicle and was avoiding me. When I finally got his attention, he told me it would be another hour. All told, it took three hours to do a simple twenty minute job. When I finally got the vehicle back, there was snot and mucous on the steering wheel left by one of the mechanics. I am sure it was not intentional, but the service I received from this business was deplorable at best.

I was on my way to Hayward this morning when a fellow driver signaled my flat tire. I quickly went to the nearest gas station and checked. Sure enough it was a flat tire. I called several places and Les Schwab was within reach. I was greeted with a warm smile and reassured of getting my tire fixed. I was in and out in about 20 minutes and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming. I cant imagine why anyone would go anywhere else to get their tires fixed besides Les Schwab. Dear Les Schwab, thanks for making my day!

I had a wheel weight question, and David ran out of the service bay to greet me. He quickly diagnosed my concern and remedied it in about 30 seconds. His hustle was refreshing. Then he offered to check my tires. He was so quick. Bravo, David!

Id give this place 0 stars, if I could.I went in to get a tire aired which was low, and they said I needed a new tire.After waiting, getting a new tire put on, and paying their big price, I drove away, only to realize the ride was terribly bumpy.I looked at the tire edge for the code that tells the age of the tire.It was 3 1/2 years old!I returned and told them. The manager offered to put on a different tire at a yet bigger price!I told him I wanted the tire taken off and my old tire put back on. He said he would charge me $50 to do that!I paid the price, and drove away $59 poorer, with my old tire, my day gone, and my problem not fixed.At least I learned that these people are dishonest. Do yourself a favor, and stay away from this business!!

The customer service here is outstanding, the waiting room is large and clean. I had to get my tire pressure checked, and it was actually the electronic gauge, not the tire pressure...fixed at no charge while I waited. I also purchased my tires here. They work hard, no wasting time here...and all with a great attitude! Recommended.

I routinely come here for the service. The manager Gabe is always helpful. Once, I was quoted what seemed to be much too high to be right by one of the other techs, and he came over and explained how to ring it up properly and got the price correct. He even remembered my girlfriend when she came in to get tires, after we had come in together only one time prior.Im fairly particular about my truck, and on several occasions the techs have brought me back into the shop area to ensure they were doing what I thought would be correct for my application. They double check everything for me and even hit all my grease zerks without being asked.I always recommend my friends come here.

I don’t know where these glowing reviews come from. I took my truck there to get an alignment done. The tech came out after getting the truck up on the rack and tried to tell me my cam bolts were seized and I’d need new LCAs. 🤪 Such incompetency, I went over to Big O in Walnut Creek and had the alignment done the same day.

Have taken my vehicle here several other times and had great experiences. Not sure what happened today. I asked them to check why the BRAKE, ABS and all other lights relating to braking system keep coming up on the dash when I start to accelerate. They didnt even do the diagnostic on the lights because they only come on upon acceleration and they go off once you turn the car off. Instead of checking what I asked they took the wheels off told me there was nothing wrong with the front brakes, then they quoted me prices for tires (which I already knew I needed) and rear brakes but never addressed the original issue of the dash lights...so taking my car somewhere else. Waste of my time today. Wondering if they have new management or something cause this was a way different experience then I had previously.
