I was originally a customer at the Milford VIP and had always had great service there. I recently moved closer to the Concord area and so decided to try the Concord VIP location. I called on a Friday evening to schedule my oil change and they were able to get me in as early as Sunday afternoon! My oil change service was completed on time and in a timely manner. It’s also super convenient they save your/your car’s information in their system so the next time you come in for a service, they’re able to inform you of what they did last time for say an oil change (type of oil used) to see if you’d like to do the same thing again. So far would recommend to others in the area.

Sunday morning on a holiday weekend I found myself online shopping around for brakes. I contacted multiple shops and had to leave messages. I booked with another shop for Wed and a coupon. I didnt want to wait so I tried VIP. The online chat was a REAL PERSON and Doug was honest and offered their free brake inspection...today! He couldnt promise work could be done but at least I would know what I needed and if it was safe to drive. Knowledge and safety is why I accepted his offer. Top notch friendly, professional, skilled efficient and honest service is why I left 2 hrs later with my brake issue resolved. Logan greeted me and I was instantly at ease. He explained everything to me in a way I could understand let me see the damage myself and offered multiple quotes and payment options allowing for me to choose what I wanted. He answered all my questions, completed the job within the time frame quoted and his calm demeanor and obvious knowledge was exactly what I needed. The vibe with his team was awesome. Everyone was personable appreciated and recognized each others efforts. I would give them 100 stars if I could. VIP could easily be Very Impressive Performance/People. I am beyond pleased with my entire experience start to finish. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. Logan and team worked with me to find cost-effective solutions for my vehicle safety and performance on my Jeep Wrangler. They were fast, thorough, and effective. Also, customer service was friendly and personable. Felt like we were all on the same team. Work completed included lube/oil/filter, alignment, tire rotation/balance, new shocks, new brake pads/routers, wiper blades. Nice work. Three days later, the vehicle is driving well, and I am happy with the service.

I’ll be coming here from now on !! After speaking with Them on the phone about some potential concerns, we decided it was best for me to bring the car in. The concord vip team was efficient and thorough in their evaluation, and Logan conveyed the info to me in a way that was easy to understand and didn’t try to sell me the entire world. After having a couple bad experiences elsewhere it was relieving to see that a positive customer experience is a priority for Logan and the team - and I will certainly be coming back to this location to address any future vehicle needs.

Zach was great in making sure I had everything I needed done to have my work car inspected, oil changed, and tires rotated. I used to go to Valvoline to have this type of work done but figured I would try VIP since we just got a corporate account there. I will be coming to VIP from now on for all of my work car, and personal car, scheduled maintenance and there is only one person you can thank for this....Zach, he is the best!

A friend suggested to get my oil changed here they were able to get me in on the fly same day, even better I was in and out in about 30 minutes. The waiting room is nice and quiet so I was able to get some work done and the staff were all awesome and helpful, no messing around at all, I believe the guy that helped me was Logan, he knew his stuff and was able to help suggest the right oil as the car is getting up there mileage wise. Will return again A+

I went to VIP today to have my state inspection done and it was an awesome experience. They were fast and very efficient,To all Veterans out there in New Hampshire they offer a FREE state inspection. I would highly recommend VIP for all of your auto repairs and inspection. Job well done.

Easily booked my appointment for oil change and inspection online, with plenty of available dates and times. They were very clear about the services, had the work completed in less than an hours and were helpful (but not pushy) with additional recommended services. I was totally pleased with the service and price. Very nice group of people working there.

I don’t go anywhere else. They are always ready to help and are very knowledgeable. They work hard to make sure repairs won’t force me to take a second mortgage out and think outside the box. I recommend VIP for all your vehicle repairs.

I brought my car in for an inspection a few weeks ago and unknowingly also needed brakes. The guys were super helpful and knowledgeable. Also very timely. I had gotten an oil change (somewhere else) the week before and waited almost 2 hours. I got my inspection and breaks done in well under that time. I will be frequenting VIP from now on!!

I went to VIP for new tires. They were awesome! They didnt try and get me to buy the most expensive set of tires or to get all the extras. The service was timely and accurate. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Brought my truck in for oil change and diagnostics on a check engine light. Manager calls me 6 hours later saying that it would cost $5k+ to fix and not worth it. Not only did I get the issues fixed for only $1200 elsewhere, but they overfilled my truck on oil, not sure how a certified shop could do that… not a competent group to work with. You’re better off taking your business elsewhere.

The staff was quite helpful. I was able to get in and out in just a few minutes.

They are very nice people there my friend was trying to see if he could have them fix his car threw his car warranty he has on his car when he bought his used car thew ABGAS. NET when Adam Gelinas was in allenstown nh but he is down in Manchester at his new shop now. I bought my used car threw Adam to. After my warranty was done I went and bought a new one his warranty we really really bad company I wouldnt have that company on any of my cars ever again but I was stuck with it since I bought the car threw Adam Gelinas at abgas.net they bugged and bugged me saying my warranty is running out on my car and I told them to stop calling me take me off there calling list they still kept calling me after from different numbers. Thank goodness VIP TIRE SERVICE THERE NICE PEOPLE OVER THERE AND AT OREILLYS ALSO.

Great place for maintenance or tires! The Concord location staff are courteous and have vast experience in automotive. Ive been going there for about 4 years now due to a recommendation and Im absolutely content with the services they provide.

Ive been going here off and on since moving to the area in 2006. I havent always brought my car here because of warranty coverage with the dealership, but Ive brought multiple vehicles here for non warranty repairs and they have always been upfront, honest and timely. Theyve always gone over all of my options available and they dont just recommend the most expensive like other mechanics! Now that my current vehicles warranty has ended, Ill be bringing my vehicle to VIP for any further services needed!

Due to Covid i could not for the life of me get an appointment for an inspection anywhere. I just happened to pass by and noticed that they did inspections. So happy I found this place. My battery and alternator were gone and no other auto repair shops were open as it was a Sunday. The manager, Logan, and the mechanic, Zach, made me feel comfortable immediately and fixed my Suburban up in no time. They were incredibly professional and trustworthy. So happy I found a new place to bring my vehicle!

Boight 4 brand new tires. Spent just under 1k. Following week we were left on the side of the road because we had a flat tire - failed valve. Called the company. Left message on the answering machine. They didnt ever return my call. Will NEVER do business with this company again.

I went online and scheduled my car inspection for 1 pm. I received an appointment confirmation. I arrived 5 minutes early for the appointment. I was told that I had to wait approximately 2 hours before my car could be serviced because online reservations are not treated the same as telephonic reservations. No where on their website is a disclaimer for online reservations. No where on their website is a statement that telephonic reservations would be given priority over online reservations. In my opinion, their lack of transparency is astounding. Apparently, my time is not that valuable. I will take my money and go somewhere else !!!!

They did a great job, there price were very good. I went to tire warehouse and the were not help. I then went to town fare tire, they wouldnt talk to me so I left.

Had 4 new tires installed at the Concord store, a day later my low tire pressure light came on. I returned to the store to have it checked. The service manager told me that 3 of my tire sensors just happened to go bad all at the same time. He said to replace them, they would cost $60 apiece. He also said they were unnecessary and that he had taken them all off his car when they went bad. It was obvious to me that the sensors were damaged during the install.If you like dealing with sharks, this is the shop for you. They dont stand behind their shoddy work.

I, and many family members, have dealt with the Concord NH VIP for nearly 30 years. Service is always excellent as are prices. More importantly, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly and goes out of their way to be helpful.Case in point, I knew I would need tires for my inspection, so I made an appointment. The dealership rejected me = brake issue. I took their quote to Logan and he bettered the dealership price by $140! (By the way the dealership didnt even have the part in stock - Logan obtained it from another dealer the next day).Also, Logan and one of this colleagues took the time to go over tire options with me, show me various tires, and helped me select tires appropriate to my vehicle and driving needs . I am very pleased with the way my new tires ride, handle, and are quiet.

I went to but new tires and i was not really sure on what i needed for my driving conditions. After speaking with the sales rep and going over the different tire options for 1/2 hour down to detail for every tire. We came up with the best fit. The sales rep was great and i was able to get in and out pretty fast. I would highly recommend them!

I stopped in to make an appointment to get my truck inspected. Rod was able to get it into the garage and inspected right away. I was in and out in about a half hour. I was so pleased with the service, I made an appointment next week for my other car to be inspected.

My car failed inspection and they took the time to show me what was wrong and work up a quote. Then, when I had it repaired, it ended costing less. They are hard working and respectful.

My husband and I have our complete and total confidence in this places ability to competently handle car repair, because our daughter has now successfully dealt with this location about 10xs over the last 1.5 years since she moved to Concord. We gave her our old 2008 Honda Civic and its required numerous weird repair issues, some which weve been dealing with for years but never had diagnosed and repaired properly where we live in West Chester, PA. These folks are fantastic and trustworthy! Needed work done but they told us our vehicle wasnt worth being worked on. That the frame was rotted along with various other things wrong (Flat out lies). The car was inspected and had work less than a week before at a more reputable place which was unfortunately closed for vacation. They just didnt want to do the work needed.Not to mention that they illegally park customer cars on both sides of Integra Drive and Ive nearly been hit multiple times because people coming out of the bank or other road there cant see. As if that isnt bad enough, today they were double parking cars then just standing there with the door open and in the middle of the road so I had to cross the middle line to go around them.

I stopped in for a battery check which showed that my cars battery needed replacement. Logan (at the front desk) was very helpful picking out the right battery and it was replaced at no additional charge within 15 minutes. Very good and fast service!

The crew at Concord VIP were very professional and thorough. I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. The service tech brought me out to the car to review that everything seemed fine and that there were no issues other than what I had brought the car in for. The tech did recommend that the vehicle was due for a fuel system service. The tech was not pushing this service what so ever, he informed me that the vehicle was due and said it was up to me if I wanted to do it at this time or not.

We purchased new tires and dealt with Rod. He was very personable and help us select the right tires without overselling. The service techs got the job done quickly and we appreciated the time they took to clean the rims. When we came in to have the tires re tourqued they were fast and efficient

I was in and they were able to replace my car battery in about 45 minutes to an hour while they were pretty busy. They were also nice enough to top off my windshield wiper fluid which I really appreciate. However since i bought my car new about 3 years ago i know every little scratch on it since I bought it. After replacing the battery i noticed a scuff on my left fender which mustve happened while they were working on it. I do appreciate them helping me out, however I could have installed the battery myself without damaging the car and figured itd be more convenient for them to do it while I was there. Be a little more careful guys!

I came to VIP today to have an alignment. I was greeted by Rod at the front counter. I was early and he informed me that they were on schedule. This gave me a few minutes to go grab a sandwich from beef side while I waited for the work to be done. When I returned back I was promptly greeted by John the mechanic.John had started the alignment and quickly informed me of a VERY serious situation. My passenger side lower tie-rod was not connected. John consulted with Rod and myself. I had only brought enough money to cover the alignment. I offered to return shortly after to cover the cost of having it re-connected. He said no problem and that I could come back tomorrow.John had it back on within 15-20 min. did my alignment and educated me on what he was doing as well as the severity of what could have happened. ( A true professional)We went back inside to have Rod do my paperwork and I was not charged for the unforeseen situation.I was very grateful and this is the reason that I will not only be back, but will be telling people I know of my experience.I will be calling back to speak with the manager tomorrow. Went in to have my battery checked . Car wouldn’t start (legit - sluggish battery and cold day it just didn’t have the juice to roll over). They installed new battery . Car wouldn’t start. Much time later after a few different mechanics from VIP looked at it -was told it was my starter and would cost $535 for battery and starter. Paid for battery. Had car towed to my mechanic to verify diagnosis. My mechanic ran tests and ended up charging me $40 for a cable that hadn’t been connected from the starter to the battery to be connected.Thank

Have a 2010 Toyota Camry that needed an exhaust system. I had the car at Grappone in Bow and they wanted to charge ~$1000 to complete the repair. VIP did the job in hours for just over $600, which included the expediting of multiple out of stock components.The crew was extremely professional, prompt and courteous!

VIP provided me with fantastic service this past Monday. I had to use my car the following day to get to Boston and had a tire that was not fixable. Had a headlight out, or so I thought. I heard they will install it for you if you buy it from them. Went in and an employee almost immediately greeted me and said he wanted to look at my car to see if they could change it. He fiddled with the bulb and the light came back on. Apparently it was just a loose connection. I offered to pay but he refused. It was also extremely cold and windy but he didnt seem at all bothered to help. Great service!

Quick service, found the tires I needed. Manager came to waiting room and let me know more good news, the tires I purchased had a buy 3 get 1 free which saved me another $149. I wouldnt have known about this otherwise, so his finding the deal and letting me know was greatly appreciated!

Went for an inspection was told someone will be with me at the counter. Worker came to the counter didnt even acknowledge me and left. Poor customer service.

Failed a car for inspection for a a rotor with less than 3k miles on it that has no warping and mics well above minimum spec. Scam artists! STAY AWAY! Im a machinist by trade and worked in garages for years. This is really not a trustworthy place to do business. After speaking with the manager Im even more upset, because rather than actually inspecting the vehicle they wrote this as an issue based on judgment rather than verifying it as fact as I did myself when returning from work. So go here if you want to be taken advantage of by less than motivated and diligent mechanics. There was one rotor replaced before covid shut down my sons college! The car wasnt driven for about 45 days and then I replaced the other when it was time for inspection. THE TECH DIDNT DO HIS JOB PERIOD! I hope they really change their ways and stop trying to take advantage of young people that just dont know better. Fortunately this time I cought them and my son was not taken advantage of. I wonder how many times the techs have been able to get away with this kind of deceitful way of doing business .The $26 tail light is on its way for the very minor crack in THE OUTER LENS not the actual lens but a secondary cover. This is really a deceitful business you dont want to deal with. Nothing from myself or anyone in my family will ever return to a VIP ever again

Flat tire needs replacement tire. They were busy so i left tire and Brenden checked my emergency spare and added more air. We left and within 10min he called us back to mount the new tire. Great customer service and great people workm6.
