I had my ford excursion in their shop about a month ago to get the exhaust manifold studs and gaskets replaced. They had the vehicle for a week and a half and never once called to update me on any issues or problems they may have been having. I picked up the car and didn’t have a chance to inspect it at their shop because it was pouring rain. later that evening, I took my flashlight and inspected the manifolds to make sure all of the studs were tightened properly, when I noticed that two of the studs were missing from the passenger side exhaust manifold. The next day, I took the vehicle back to their shop too try and figure out what the problem is. I was finally able to speak with a mechanic (which I wasn’t able to do the whole time my car was in their shop) and he had to go talk too a different mechanic who actually did the work on my car to figure out why two important bolts were missing from the manifold. The mechanic stated that an easy out was broken off beneath the head on one of them and a drill bit broke off beneath the head on the other. The shop didn’t offer to try and help correct the situation in anyway whatsoever. The guys at precision maintenance and towing knew that they screwed up and I’m guessing that’s why they didn’t even call and tell me about the problem they caused. They wanted nothing to do with trying to correct the mistake they caused, they just wanted to cover it up and hope I didn’t notice. Because of their mistake, here I am, a month later with the same exhaust leak I had before except this time I don’t just need new studs and gaskets, I need a whole new head because the mechanics at precision maintenance broke an easy out and drill bit off beneath the surface of the head. I wish I knew what I know now about their workmanship, because it sure would have saved me a lot of time and money. If they couldn’t do the job right they should never have agreed to preform this repair.

Called a few times over the day not sure if I would use them, they were super helpful every time and to top it off gave a great rate for my 53 mile tow. Did the tow the next day as I had requested and well within my time constraints, even a bit ahead of schedule which I loved. The driver Mr. C.S. was super courteous and helped us get the car on the driveway after unloading it too. Will definitely be using them again for my next tow!

Precision are good hardworking people and everybody there seems nice and 1st class.

The woman who works the office was very helpful and explained the whole process I had to go through to get access to my mothers car, she even helped me carry stuff because I was injured. Id give five stars but they dont seem to have a mask policy in place. I know not everyone cares about that, but it personally made me uncomfortable because Im immunocompromised.

Not that great to deal with. Just not a great experience especially after we got hit not our fault then couldnt get back into car until monday got hit friday around 2. They close early and I couldnt even get back to car till monday. Then they hassled me about that. Just not a good experience at all.

These guys Prices are way to high to tow a vehicle. There are other tow companies in this town that will tow your car for a fraction of what precision wants to do it.

Yesterday 12-13, I found myself stranded in Concord on my drive home from work. I called a couple tow companies & didnt have luck. Finally, I called Precision & was professionally greeted. It was raining, cold & getting dark so I expected a long wait. The owner cared about my safety which I appreciated! The tow truck was there within 30 minutes. The driver was friendly, kind & fast. I couldn’t ask for better service during an unfortunate experience. If anyone finds themselves in this position, please make Precision your first call!

Great Auto care

My husband called because we accidentally locked the only set of keys we have in our Tahoe and they are less than 2 miles from us. They said it was going to take 30 minutes to get here. We were in a hurry to leave. We continued to try to unlock the vehicle and got it in 10 minutes! We called back to let them know they didn’t need to send anyone out. Instead of being grateful we bothered to call them back they informed us that we cost them money. My husband apologized and they told us we should have stopped trying to get into our own vehicle and waited. As a business owner I find it rude and unprofessional to speak to customers that way and will never attempt to use them again.

Had my jeep break down. They were there in 15-20 min. Fast response time. While I was waiting for him to hook my jeep up on the flatbed I found a different location to take it to. He had no problem working with me on the location switch. When arrived at repair shop he spent a little extra time to make sure we had everything in line. Very friendly. Will recommend to anyone who needs to be towed.

Very rude and disrespectful. Whoever answered the phone already had an attitude when i was asking about my car. Threatened to add on 100 dollars per day to my car if i kept calling.

My vehicle was towed this morning. I called 911 to reveal the location, which is PMT. I called to see why thet the tow took place they tell me the police called them to pick it up because it was on unauthorized property but the unauthorized property it was on is the residence I pay rent at. So I didnt quite understand that. I called the city of Concord police department they tell me it was a neighbor called. When the neighbors know damn well its my car. It got stuck in the driveway ditch because theirs a HOLE in the driveway. I am new to the area. But to be told my car is towed from where I live is NUTS. Now I have to pay money I dont even haveSingle mother of three children. So... Yea... I will see how this goes.

Trust me, youre better off watching YouTube videos and fixing your own vehicles than going here. Not only are they incredibly slow (they went weeks, and in one instance, months, without fixing my vehicle) you have to chase them down to get any updates.Then, if you question their work or dare ask for any concessions to compensate for their slow work and lack of communication, theyll threaten to place a lien on your vehicle. They are reasonably priced on towing and with their hourly rate BUT, they are highly unprofessional and slow as molasses....stay away!07/23/14 UPDATEThe owner of this business, Scott, called me this morning after seeing this review. Rather than apologizing for his unprofessional attitude in the first place or their incredibly slow service, etc. he threatened to legal action if I dont remove this review.I rest my case - stay away.

My car broke down and it got towed here....it turned out we needed a new fuel pump...they had our car for about 3 weeks and they didnt charge us storage fees and the price of the work was pretty fair. The only complaint i have is when they had to drop my gas tank they charged me 10 for one gallon of gas. Didnt see that til i got home and looked at my reciept for the work.....just changed my review to 5 stars cause my car has been nothing but a pain in the butt but Joe keep working at it and now we have found out its the ECM in our car....thanks precision!

Rude. Hung up on me while I was in the middle of my sentence and did not answer when I tried calling back. If you need your car towed over in the morning don’t call them because they will not help.

My car lost power on Tuesday 4/12/2016 and I had to leave it on the side of the road (Residential road and off the street in the grass) cause I didnt have the funds to tow it at the time. Well two days later I went back to get it towed only to find that the police called a tow company and had it towed. It wasnt even there that long. Anyway I found out that Precision Towing came for the car and brought it back to their lot. From the minute I was on the phone with the front desk lady Briana, she was extremely polite and very professional through the entire conversation. She explained that the police called it in and they were just doing their job, which I understand. Unfortunately she said I needed to pay 220 to get it out (130 for the CPD call, and 90 for the three day storage.) Which I paid because like I said it wasnt their fault that it was towed to begin, and because she was just following protocol. Apparently Concord PD had nothing better to do. From the time that I arrived at their impound she greeted me and was very friendly and very professional, she sropped what she was doing and took care of me in less than five minutes, I was there a total of ten, and then on my way. I paid and she arranged for it to be towed to my home. She said it would be an hour and Chandler (tow guy) called before he arrived to let me know he was almost here and was on time. He was also very nice and friendly and spoke to me about my car for a few minutes to inquire about the problem, which im sure he has better things to do and didnt have to, as he was already paid for the job, he gave me some auto advice and advised for them to look at it again because what I explained that my Nissan guy said, didnt make sense to him, just to be sure of what the problem was. An extra ten minutes conversing about my car problem was appreciated again, because he didnt have to. I tipped him, which I didnt have to do but they were just really good people. Anyway, he was also great and handed me a card for their business. Ive had bad experiences before but these guys were great. On time, friendly and very professional. I will most certainly be going back to these guys for my auto needs when needed. Theyre honest and their service is great. Thanks again Precision!
