They still didnt fix the problem the steering wheel still isnt center it was before I had the alignment done at NTB Tires it just let me know those young guys there dont know what they are doing 😞
I came in for a oil change, tires, and a alignment. Since i didn’t have an appointment they told me they can work me in plus it was actually busy and they only took one hour. Great service highly recommend coming here to get your car serviced.
Tires are a little pricey. Made an appointment and still had to wait for over 2 1/2 hours for a thirty minutes service. Management was good at counter.
This shop is great with customer service. I had wheels changed in 45 minutes. The management team may sure I had all discounts and services available.
The lady up front was extremely sweet and very very helpful! But the work that was done which was an alignment was done horribly and now have to get it redone somewhere else. Very sad that the mechanic who did the alignment would put his name on that work. Will never return to this branch
Pulled in my garage today and could hear my tire hissing. Has something in it. Made it up to NTB and asked about a patch. Was told they couldnt help me because they closed in thirty minutes. When I explained the situation he said they could give me air but that was it. Called around and ended up going to Walmart. Super nice guys there. I arrived ten minutes before closing and they stayed over and fixed it!
Had appointment for tire rotation and state inspection. Sat around for 5 hours. Thats incredibly long especially with a prior appointment, not just dropping in. They have a nice shop and all, clean etc, but they just take super long with what seems like quick and easy stuff. At least could have explained that it was going to take 5 hours if I wanted to wait, maybe Id choose a different shop then. Wont go there again.

Can I do zero stars? Have had tires put on at this location before and chose not to use them again after a not so pleasant experience. Right now as I type I stand in Lowes parking lot with a dead battery now waiting for husband to pick me up and bring me to another store to get a battery because when I walked into NTB I stood in their lobby for 6 minutes and NO one could be bothered to come ask how they could assist me. EVEN though I walked right past the open garage doors where three workers inside working on 1 car saw me walk in. I was a ready willing and able customer ready to make my purchase and they ignored me. NOT SO GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE NTB! Even as I walked away no one said a word.

As a car guy Id definitely recommend this place, I replaced my wheel bearing and hub last night and needed a steering alignment, John and Al (the two old guys) did a wonderful job of fixing me up. The cars driving better than ever and I did the year long so i77 can do what it does best and my wallet wont hurt. Thanks again guys!
VERY clearly notified of time car needed back and had not started on car by the time we arrived to pick up. The car was there when they opened and this was 8 hours into their day. Do not recommend.

Always have an amazing experience here!!! Recently my tire light kept coming on and brought it here to see what was going on. Found out my rim was cracked causing the tire pressure to leak. I took it back there with a new rim and they replaced it. All of this was free since I got my tires from there! Al is an amazing manager and always brightens your day no matter how bad you are feeling. They always make my mom and I feel like family. Highly recommend this place to anyone who needs tires. They also do free tire rotation for life of tires!!! Will forever and always have our business ❤️
I waited a few days to do the review - I filled out a customer survey with this same info & no reply .......I scheduled an oil change. I arrived on time for the appointment & still had to wait an hour. The waiting area was dirty - spider webs & dust . The bathroom was dirty & smelled bad. Took my 2017 ram 1500 there. Came home to find an oil leak on the driveway. Took it back and the truck said the filter was loose. Today moved the truck to find still said leak. Will NEVER go back and if I was you stay awayUpdate : I emailed the company like suggested and haven’t heard anything from them. Just go elsewhere is what I would suggestAnother Update:: Went back to TK to give them the opportunity again to correct this. Just informed that the filter they used is a NAPA filter and these filters are known to leak on this type of truck. They are getting another filter, Another oil change free of charge. It should be free but they are doing the right thing.

Its just like any other place. Nothing wrong with them. The staff was friendly and the work was done properly. They could be a little more competitive with the tire prices. I found the same tire cheaper at a competitor. They could get a five star rating if they would do the little things that would not affect their bottom line. Example, vacuum the interior with tire or oil change, something their competitor does.
Wait 3 hours for a flat repair staff was rude they had no help 1 person working in shop all day talked to employee he was not very happy working by his self need to be better staff

I had my tires installed here in October of 2018. During that experience, the tires that were showing as in stock on the website were not.The person behind the desk attempted to up-sell me on more premium tires, which I refused and he agreed to sell them at the price I originally had paid for. It was a long wait that day also, but that was paradise to my recent experience.Fast forward to today, 11/2019. I placed an appointment for 4:30pm. When I arrived my name was on the screen behind the desk showing the appointment.The person behind the desk informed me it would be a while and not sure if he could get me in (they close at 7), I informed him I had an appointment already. In which he said “oh the online system doesn’t know what we have available”. Okay, that’s fine. He then informed me I would be looking at another hour until they could see my car, and “a guy normally leaves around this time so he couldn’t look at it”. Keep in mind, my appointment was placed for 4:30 and I arrived early to it.At 5:43, I asked the employee what’s the status on my vehicle, he had seemingly forgotten that I was here. He said “uh which one, the truck?” I said “no, the car with a 4:30 appointment that still hasn’t been pulled into the bay for service”. After staying inside for most of my visit, he finally went and pulled my car into the bay.I understand that he’s probably not a technician and mainly works behind the desk handling customers, but at the least, considering they are short handed and one customer walked into the store during my visit. He should’ve took the initiative to begin work on my car to alleviate the wait time while taking breaks to check on the lobby. I’m unsure of their company policy in regards to handling shorthanded situations, but at least attempt to schedule more employees or call me before my appointment to set expectations of a long wait. My appointment may not have been showing in their computer but it was clearly visibly on the large television right behind the desk in the lobby.The work on my tire was completed at 6:45. 1 hour and 45 mins after my appointment. Less than twenty after I spoke up and asked the employee for an update.In terms of cleanliness of the lobby, the windows are streaky, cobwebs are visible in numerous places.If you come here, do not expect your appointment time. I would HIGHLY suggest going elsewhere for your tire needs.My twenty minute tire job took over a hour and a half.Now below, corporate is going to ask me to fill out a “contact us” form on their website. Which I’ve already done, so I hope they’ll respond with something less apathetic than the other reviews.
If you would like to visit a tire shop that fails to honor their warranty, and is just trying to take your money, this is the place for you.Seriously though, I recommend you choose a local family owned shop of your choice, and give them your business. Dont go to NTB in Concord.
Joey was absolutely amazing!! They could have easily nickel and dimed me like most companies do but they went above and beyond and didnt overcharge me!! They made me feel like family. I was sad to hear that Joey will no longer be the manager there but he let me know the next manager will be good and I hope he is right. I will be going back for all my vehicles future needs!!
The man we dealt with was very nice but they were running short staffed and took longer to get to my car. So far everything seams fine with the car so all and all Im happy.

I have been here a few times before today (2/11/17). I have only come here for oil changes and new tires. While the wait times are always long, the service has been decent for the minor things I get done. Came today to get my oil changed. I walked in and the guy was helping someone. He said I will be with you in just a minute. After he helped them he walked out. A few more customers came in. A different guy came in and started helping the 1st customers again. After 10 minutes the guy who said hed help us went up to the people who came in after us and started helping them. There are too many other competitors to give my money to before I spend my money to receive crappy service. We got up and walked out. Nothing was ever said not even an apology. Horrible service. Apparently they do not want or need business. Going now to find a new place that wants my money and gives good service. I highly do NOT recommend this place. Especially after reading the other reviews.
Had to wait rather long just to get air in tires
Bought tires here back in September, but knew there was something going on. Called the manager Dave in March who said bring her in and I did and his team and he spent the time to figure out what was going on. Turns out it was a slight manufacturers defect and replaced the tire, no hassle, no questions, just all about making me happy. Customer service defined. Way to go guys !!! Youve earned a good customer.
Great customer service, did a thorough inspection of my car for a fair price! Oil change, tires rotated & inspected, brakes checked, fluids filled, all in about an hour. They even took me back and showed me what they found on my tires and brakes, and they helped me find coupons for the brake pads Im going to need. And a special thanks to the manager, Joshua! I mentioned that I was getting this done on my lunch and he went out and bought lunch for me! Completely surprised me! Such thoughtful people, Im definitely going to be a repeat customer!CMS

This is the slowest mechanic shop I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to other NTB locations, which is why I went to this one, and this particular location is ridiculous. It took them nearly 2.5 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation. That’s a long time, but I figured it was a busy day.It just took then an hour and 20 minutes to do a basic state inspection. Keep in mind that this is at 4:00 in the afternoon with an appointment. The people are nice enough, but the wait time is outrageous and unprofessional. Don’t get your car serviced here.
Satisfied with the tire rotation!!! Also purchased new tires for my zero-turn mower ..... Did not realize at the time they had ordered the wrong type of tire for this machine!!!! They will tear up a lawn when making the zero turns!!!! I have not put them on the mower yet .... can I get them exchanged for the correct type of tire ????

Waiting for over 3 hrs to get 2 tires replaced..... I came in two days ago on an appt and my tires were not here. No one called me to let me know. I was told they would be there the following day and no one called me to let me know. This place needs better management. I will never come back!
I called on a Friday, around 3pm or so and made an appointment at 5pm, to have a basic oil change done. I got there early (4:30pm), and my name was the only one on the screen as having an appointment. Just about all of the bays were empty and I thought I would be in and out quickly, since it was just an oil change. 5:30pm comes around and Im still sitting there and my car hasnt moved. I asked the blonde girl working the counter, if they were going to get to my car. She said, and not hurriedly, she would check. She went missing for about 5 minutes, then came back in and said they could start on it in another 20 minutes. What the hell was the purpose of making an appointment? Ive been in a lot of places to get an oil change and been in and out in 15-20 minutes. This is the worst experience Ive had trying to get that done to my car.

I used to enjoy coming here. On October 17th, 2014 for the first time I was turned away because I didnt have an appointment. I asked if they would be able to fit me in and I was told that if a big job that they were expecting came in they wouldnt be able to do anything at all. I think this place is under new management. I will not be coming back.
Had a flat and carried in my tire back in April. We had a strange new noise after that and I took it back to the shop for a listen. Of course it made no noise when they test drove it, but I kept coming back. On my third visit (the noise has been getting progressively worse), Joe Starks took on my case. He drove the car for 20 minutes and did everything he could to bring on the noise. As we pulled into the lot, in defeat, the tire finally made the dreaded sound. He listened some more and even got out to hear it from the road. I’m now sitting in the waiting room while they replace the tire and get my issue RESOLVED!Long story short, 4 months later NTB are still taking care of me and going above and beyond with excellent service. Did I mention I didn’t have an appointment—but they got me in right away.Thank you NTB! Thank you Joe! Great work!
Do not take your car here. They are incompetent and do not seem to understand customer service. They are not trained and will violate your car when you are not looking. Be also cautious as they climb in and out of your vehicle with no explanation.I have reported my experience to corporate and the Charlotte District Manager, Jay Alexander. He tries to weasel out of accountabilty. He will even call you from a restricted number then instead of leaving you a voicemail, he will page you.I would not trust them to put air in your tires.
The staff is great very helpful and knowledgeable about cars. The staff there is so awesome, they are there with expert help and advice, they will stay to help you, and they are great at their job.
Bought two new tires, first the guy checking me in said they werent there then they found the tires and installed. The next day we took a road trip the car shook violently the while time. When I went back to NTB they said I should have paid to have my existing tires balanced when they moved them to the front. No one mentioned this or offered this to me. I was under the impression everything required was being done.
Had an appointment and they were on time as well as changed my oil quickly. Great customer service!
Friendly service and reasonable prices
Two and a half hours to get 4 tires on. There was only one other vehicle there other than mine. I’d hate to see how long it would take when they are busy. If you value your time I recommend you take your vehicle elsewhere.
I had an appointment at 5:30pm for an alignment. I was told by a young lady that my car would be ready at 6:00-6:15pm. They didn’t even start the alignment until 6:40!! When I inquired why my car was just getting started when I was told it would be done by 6:15, I got a dumbfounded answer of, “I don’t know,” and then the employee disappeared. The young lady that I originally came in the door from the shop, looked at me, and immediately turned around and disappeared into the shop somewhere. No communication, no answers, hardly any eye contact. Not happy. It is 7:17 and I am finally leaving. When I inquired why my car was a full hour overdue, the lady said she didn’t realize she was loosing two mechanics at 5:00. Unacceptable in my opinion.
At this point I wish I could leave zero stars! I am still in the waiting room after having check in for my 12pm appointment an hour ago. My car hasn’t moved and the manager, after dismissing me the first, reluctantly told me they are running behind. What is the point of making an appointment? And should you have not mentioned this delay when I checked in. I usually have no problems here but I came on my lunch break today because I am going out of town tomorrow and needed this service done. I made the appointment so I would not be stuck waiting like this. Very disappointed. Change is needed to prevent people with appointments from having to wait hours past their scheduled appointment time! There is a reason appointments are made and it’s because my time is just as important as yours!!
This place should be out of business. Went in to see why my check engine light had come on. Even though I told the people what was causing the light to come on, the people took the car, looked at it and charged me for an hour ($113.00) just to tell me my computer was messed up. They then told me to go to auto zone to ask for price quotes and then come back and let them know. It didnt seem right seeing that auto zone prices and NTB prices for parts might be different. Plus why would I need to ask an auto parts store questions when NTB has a computer that can look up the parts and repair cost. I left and the next day came back and asked some more questions and basically got you shouldve taken it to the dealership. That right there showed me they were full of bull. I went up and down highway 29 asking every auto store about this and they couldnt believe the experience I had with this shop. I took my car somewhere else and turned out that what I thought was causing my light to come on was indeed a problem with the Secondary Air System. I called back a week later and asked why I was told something totally different than what EVERY OTHER AUTO PARTS/REPAIR SHOP told me. I wasnt mad, didnt cuss, or get smart, just wanted to know how did they determine it was the computer in my car that was messed up. The manager got on the phone not helpful, ignored that I was asking him question. I figured since I wasnt paying for anything he didnt want to answer anything. He was rude telling me youll need to bring the receipt of what we did. Crazy thing is THEY DIDNT DO A REPAIR, just checked the check engine light, then hung up while I was in the middle of speaking. Its amazing when I showed up later that day the manager rolled his eyes (which he thought I didnt see) and began explaining how he wasnt trying to be rude, just had a lot to deal with, which isnt a damn excuse. I bet if I was paying he would of kissed my ass to answer my questions. Maybe not all NTB shops are like this one but I sure as hell will never come back to this shop and from what I got from every auto business in Concord...... this isnt a shop to take your car for a repair. Stay away!
Great place to go if you like waiting 3 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. People in the shop have no clue what they are doing and talking on the cell phone is a must while working on a customers vechicle.
Came here with a company vehicle under fleet maintenance contract. Now I bring my own vehicle here. Got a high mileage oil change with tire rotation included. Place across the street was charging me another $20 on top of the oil change.
As always the service here was excellent. They take care of their customers and are very cooperative when it comes to prices.

Some places gouge your wallet even for simple services like inspections, not here! This shop also offers good discounts on future services. These guys are very clean and careful with your vehicle. The waiting room is great, clean and good WiFi connection. They have a couple vending machines as well as a Keurig if youd like some coffee while you wait! Will be back again for sure!

Worst mechanic ever. Went in for oil change, after me waiting for 25+ minutes they come back to say cant do it. Theres no oil in it. Lie lie lie. I told them I personally just put some in so I know thats not true. He also proceeded to say that it was milky... so which is it? Nothing in it or is it milky? Took it to a different shop, changed it with no problem, asked bout the milky Ness and if there was some in it. They said oh yeah, like 5 quarts.... but that it was not mily at all...tried taking advantage cause Im a girl, but Im not ignorant when it comes to cars. Never will visit again, will be posting bad reviews anywhere else I can find to warn others

Called and received a quote on 4 tires from Chris. Made an appointment for 9am the next morning. I show up and they want $40 more for the tire and said that they don’t have any record of the price they quoted and they do not have a employee by that name. Even tho I’m looking at their appointment book and my name and phone# is listed in the appointment book. Very shady! Took my business somewhere else.

Computers were down, employees look clueless and talked about that they have no store manager. The person next to me said he doesnt feel confident in their work. I scheduled my oil change online the night before for 11:30, I get there at 11:15 at 11:50 I asked if my car was done, they didnt start it yet.... I complained that I was on a tight schedule n that I had an appointment for 11:30, not 11:50 or whenever. The employees lack direction..... I read the reviews, no wonder the only got 2.8 stars out of 5 - this is a management problem that has allowed to persist. I had asked for 4 tire quote, I dont need it now....... Ill never be back!
Ask for Rotation and oil change, didnt see car get lifted, asked why and comment was tires were wearing bad and would cause problem to rotate,BS, went to where I bought tires and they said nothing wrong with tires, 30,000 miles on tire of 60,000.If you go to NTB Concord, make sure you get what you pay for. No more for me.
Terrrrible customer service From Paula... I purchased a tire for my moms car.... The tire went flat with in 2 days.... Trenton charged my mom $45.00 in addition to the $120 (for 1 tire) for tire that they stated themselves that they put on incorrectly... I called and Paula was the rude and uninterested... She told me we arent giving you anything for free I asked her if she could have Trenton to call me and she just said No....needless to say I do NOT recommend this location.
I was told that I needed a new battery even though I had just purchased one a week before. When I had it tested it was above the cranking range. Also, I needed brake work done that was not done and Im still having the same issue I had when I came into the shop HOURS beforehand. Supposedly got an alignment but the car drifts ridiculously. Total unhappy with the entire experience.
Inherently dishonest company! I bought a three year alignment package with NTB in Concord in the spring of 16 and needed another alignment this spring in 17 which is normal for my 07 Camry. However, after waiting for about an hour for the alignment to be done I was told that it could not be completed because the tie rods on my Camry were bad and that they needed to be replaced for almost $500! I know a fair amount about cars and do most of my maintenance myself and knew immediately that this was probably not true especially since my Camry has less than 90K miles on it and had no indication of worn out tie rods. So I left, alignment undone, went home and did a little research which confirmed my suspicion that the tie rods were in fact fine (PLUS I found out that if they did need to be replaced the cost reported by most people was around $200). But just to make sure I took my Camry to a very trustworthy mechanic who, surprise surprise, told me that my tie rods were fine and that NTB was trying to rip me off. Now, I still dont have my alignment done, have wasted time at NTB, wasted time looking up information, and wasted time taking my car to another mechanic. Long story short DO NOT USE NTB FOR ANY SERVICE! They will bank on you not knowing about your vehicle and scam you for unneeded services and overcharge you to boot!

My husband called this morning at 7:30am, made a 3pm appointment, after he called at 9:30am to confirm, he arrived and had to wait for his tires to be delivered 1.5 hours and arrived home at 6:50pm witbout the alignment being done because theydidnt have time This location offered no discount or compensation for there poor customer service. I’m not from the area and was looking for a place to have my ac checked. I made an appointment for 1130am. Went in and was told that as soon as I arrived the only person that does ac checks had to leave and they could not assist me. I explained that I made the appointment for a reason it is over 100 degrees inside of my car and I have children. I am really upset because this is something I needed checked and fixed immediately this was the first time I’ve visited this business don’t know if I’ll go back

They ruined by transmission and are now refusing to pay!!!!!!!I had an oil change done here on my Audi A7 a couple of weeks ago and the staff drained my transmission fluid and double filled my oil. After returning to the shop immediately, the manager stated that he wasnt sure what was going on, but agreed that my car did not have any problems before being placed on the lift. He (the manager) drove my car and also experienced problems taking off and almost stalling, but convinced me to continue driving for 24 hrs because he read on the internet that sometime the A7 will drive rough after oil changes. The next day, both managers were there and checked my car without ever putting it on a lift, but agreed that something went terribly wrong with the oil change and attempted to convince me to cont. driving for 72 hours. I refused, so they called the district manage, who gave me a refund and told me to take my car to Audi to be checked out and stated that if they did anything wrong then they would pay for the damages. Since this was around 5 pm, the next morning I took my car to Audi who stated that this shop drained all my transmission fluid and double filled my oil, and since I had been driving my car for two days with little to no transmission fluid my transmission was ruined would cost 13k to fix. Now NTB is refusing to have it fixed.
No appointment needed, walk in service was quick and accurate, no update or pushiness
Dropped off for a tire retation, balance and oil change recieved a ready to pick up call an hour later cant ask for better then that!
Hate spending so much money on tires but hey, they do great work and theyre friendly!
I appreciate their weekend hours and ease of scheduling appointments online. Service is mediocre.
I spent two hours sitting in the waiting room to get a tire patched yesterday. When I woke up today to drive to work tire was flat. Not sure what they did for two hours.
I had my two tires replaced and they charged me for two tpms rebuild kits. I noticed one of the wheels still has the old hex nut and cap while one wheel was with a new set. I didnt question them since I didnt know much about tpms rebuild kit or what comes with it. I came home and did a little research. I think they gave me one rebuild kit, but charged me for two kits since one of the hex nuts and caps were still my old ones, which are supposed to be a part of a new tpms rebuild kit. Also, I asked them to torque the lug nuts to spec, but when I got home I tried using my Milwaukee with a rating of 210 ft-lb and I couldnt get some of the lugs of on its max setting.
Please do not take your business here! Worst customer service and care I have ever received period! I ordered tires online and had shipped to store. Tires delivered yesterday at noon. Called to double check and ask how busy they are. Was told they are not busy at all. Picked up my wheels from the house and off to NTB I went. I got there at 1:27 pm and left at 6:57 pm. Keep in min I am there with my three year old son! Never was I updated and why it took so long! Manager kept walking in and out avoiding eye contact. Will I ever give this disgraceful company my business? ABSOLUTELY NOT. I would suggest no one else does either! NO reason to sit and wait five hours to have a set of tires installed.

Waited 1 hour after appointment time and cars that came after me was taken no customer service and spoke with the manager and he did not care .they need to make big changes at this location or close it for good
We were traveling when tire light went on. They got us right in and fixed it... Very friendly staff!
Waited over 15 minutes to be waited on and then i was told they could not fix my flat tire. I was told they do not plug tires and wanted to sell me a new fire.
