Highly recommended. In early December 2016, my Daughters 2003 S10 began spewing anti-freeze vapor in the cab. The problem was a ruptured heating core. While I typically do repairs myself as a Mechanical Engineer and avid car guy, older age and a busy work schedule often get in the way. Plus this is a particularly time consuming repair. I called around, and almost immediately liked Jay. I know the facts, but he had no way of knowing my background. He never tried to B.S., was very honest and suggested some things that I had not, nor would have, thought about. His quote for the repair was not high and not low ... perfect. He was not trying to rip me off, nor was he pricing for shoddy work. The repair was as expected and at a reasonable price. I will continue to do business here, and recommend others do as well.

My experience with them is pretty much the definition of a scam. I took my wifes car in to get her brakes fixed because they were not working correctly. They said the car was pulsing as I braked because the rotors were warped and the brake pads were worn. This was quoted at $700 to fix. I bit the bullet and went ahead with the replacement. My wife picked up her car a day later and said the problem had GOTTEN WORSE, telling me that she had almost gotten in an accident driving home. I called Nas Car Garage that day and told them they did not fix the problem. They said that it was completely fine when they test-drove it, and that they would take a second look at it if I brought it back in. So, stupidly, I did. They then proceeded to tell me that it was my wheel bearings that needed to be replaced, another $500. I had had enough at this point, so I asked them why they werent able to diagnose the real problem in the first place, and they tried to convince me that there was no way to tell the difference between the two problems. So, the root of the problem was that the abs brakes were falsely being engaged because the sensor was broken on the one of the wheel bearings. My question is, how does a PROFESSION set of mechanics test-drive my wifes car and not recognize the difference between ABS brake engagement, and warped rotor pulsation. Is that a joke? So Ive came to two conclusions from this experience: 1.) Nas Car Garage mechanics are NOT professionals 2.) They will misdiagnose a TRIVIAL problem, make you pay for it, and finally tell you the solution is we can just disconnect the ABS brake sensor if you want. Are you f****** kidding me?

One of the most helpful places I have been to. I originally started going there to rent uhaul trailers and decided to take my CR-V to them when it was having issues. They were extremely helpful over the phone; and, in the shop, I was in and out in about an hour - no surprises, just good work. Havent had any issues since. They also went to great lengths to get me a spare tire, as mine had been stolen. They found me a used rim and tire, then rotated all of my tires, and set me up with some locking bolts so my spare wouldnt get stolen again. I highly recommend this place.

I have been searching for many years for an honest and competent garage that can service our Lexus cars and does not charge the exhorbitant rates of a dealer. Nas Car is that garage. These guys are A+.

I took my car there on Monday 5/20 with a chirp sound when I started my car and a sound when I would roll over even the slightest bump in the road. Jay told me that a spring was broken in the back and my serpentine belt needed replaced. They did all the work for a reasonable price and once again my car is fixed. Thanks to Jay and his crew for once again showing that trust is still a word in the auto repair industry.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! I wish I could rate them 0, but alas I cannot...Nas Car is overpriced, sketchy, & dishonest. They may even perform UNAUTHORIZED action on your vehicle or UNLAWFULLY authorize others to work on it without your consent!----------After I slipped off the road, they replaced bent rims & checked/reinflated tires. They recommended brakes/rotors, but wanted to overcharge me by *at least* $200!!!Now, it needed a body shop. *They* transported the car to *their* friends body shop WITHOUT ANY AUTHORIZATION whatsoever!!!! By the time I arrived at the body shop, the car was already taken apart!They said it was authorized by my insurance adjustor; she said she never gave any such authorization, and that she has no legal authority to do so (thats mine alone). I *never* gave my authorization, either!Theyre a seedy, sketchy shop that tried to back me into a corner to get their buddy some business. Theyre crooks, plain and simple. I will NEVER go there again!

Extremely disappointed with this auto service facility - been a customer for a number of years and the last two visits were nightmares - the last visit was the worst! My coolant light came on, so made an appointment to have it looked at. I also told them to go ahead to change oil, fluids, etc. When I called to see what the status was - they indicated it would was ready and in addition to oil change, they said the tires needed rotating - I took their word for it! When I went to pick it up, paid my bill and proceeded to pull out of the packing place - right away I felt something was wrong - it felt as it all four tires were flat. I jumped out of the car and ask if the car had been out for a test drive after the tires were rotated? The tech say No, why? I said something is definitely wrong - he made me feel like I was nuts. He got in to drive it and the front tires fell off. I was flabberghasted - and all I got was an OOPS. They said it would take 5 minutes to fix - 48.5 minutes later they said it was ready. No apology or real explanation and certainly no offer of a refund. I drove the car back to work (as it was my lunch hour) - when I drove home that night - the coolant light came back on! I again had to have them fix it. Jay came to my place of business and picked it up leaving his vehicle there and said he would call ASAP - he never called and when I went to the packing lot after work HIS VEHICLE WAS GONE! NO CALL, nothing!. When I called asking to speak to him (Jay - owner), he was gone for the day. I asked about my car, they indicated it was ready, but had no clue what was done to fix it! I really expected some sort of explanation on not only why the tires fell off and why the coolant situation wasnt taken care of the first time. Similar situations happened in previous visits - well NO LONGER will I be a customer of Jays and NAS CAR - I really expected more from Jay! And now this week the coolant light came back on and the car totally died while I was out of town - leaving me with a huge tow bill and more expense that should have been taken care of by these reliable, honest guys! OH PLEASE! P.S. NEVER ONCE in all the years that I have been taking my car here have they mentioned the so-called shuttle!

Go see Jay, he knows his stuff and is very reasonably priced. Never go back to the dealer again when you have Jay at NASCAR Garage.

WOW!!! what a joke, please PLEASE stay away from here, i have an older truck late 90s no rust,under 200,000 miles only needed a heater hose...was gonna charge me $500.00 to replace 3 hoses and a thermostat??? then offered to contact scrap for me ?????SCRAP really?when i asked confused he said for the cost of the metal?? because of a blown heater hose...i replaced myself for $10.00 didnt even need other hoses or thermostat. will NEVER go here again, then charged me $50.00 for diagnoses wow, everyother place i called,,,,,FREE.

I seen really good reviews from the majority of people so I went here. I forgot to never go along with the masses of sheeple because the large majority of humans are just plain retarded. First they acted like I dont understand cars and days into the repair I got told that part isnt part of the kit you requested and itll be 100$ more. This was a day after they told me the repair would be 100$ more and I stated all other places gave me the same original quote they did or less ( I knew I was being charged for 2 jobs as well, and one of those jobs the others hard work was already done by doing the first). Anyways, to confirm the hundreds of hours of reading I have done on auto repair myself (not from some crappy haynes and chiltons manual either, but I take my car rebuilding tips from the best of the best) I contatced several other mechanic shops and I asked them what this kit included and they all said it would include that part, the parts shop usually sold it this way as well. While the original problem might have been fixed eventually, I had to take my car back 2 extra times, and then finally fix the lingering issue myself. I was charged one time for them to look at it and tell me it was fine, when you coudl hear it was not. They tried to tell me I needed to buy more stuff. I did not, they put belts on improperly. Good thing I can fix my car and learn to do anything by myself cause these columbus retards cant even make a burger properly. Oh did I mention their tow driver slammed on his brakes so hard he got out and checked my car? Then magically im now replacing all my front suspension joints due to torn boots. 5 boots/joints going bad at the same time? Columbus garbage roads, or what I seen with my eyes that looked extremely hard on my cars front end suspension/drivetrain? Also being a 17 year old car with 45,000 miles on it, it usually got taken care of. The whole front end is scratched up, and I can tell most of the lower part is from a truck dragging it on the pavement. Places are lucky i dont sue them, cause pretty much no one in columbus has not damaged my car and it was pretty nice looking till 10+ inbreds in this city ruined my aging show car one area at a time.
