Incredibly nice and patient. 10/10 recommend. Helps me out before they were closing when they did not need to.
This is the best NTB! Staff was very friendly and fast. I needed 4 new tires quickly. Got me in and out. Waiting room is clean, quiet, and comfortable. I highly recommend making the drive here if you can over the other locations!
Fuzz saved my day and my tires! 5 star experience - friendly, helpful & knowledgeable staff. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT BEFORE YOU GET THERE.
Straight trash. Everybody in there weird. Get better customer service.
The guys here are great, the did everything they could to try to save me money.
Wouldn’t change the oil because they said it was past due for a change and they did not wanna be responsible for damaging the motor.
We didn’t have the time to wait for a tire replacement and so I decided to put on my spare and come back later. My jack wasn’t tall enough to raise the car high enough to pull off the tire and one of their employees, Ethan, saw me struggling, came out and put on my spare for me in less than 3 minutes. Above and beyond service right here.
Very quick and easy and they took good care of me on a tire patch. Thanks folks!
Horrible service. Went in there and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to even notice me. They told me I needed a new water pump so I paid 600 dollars for it. Didn’t even fix the problem and they forgot to plug my coolant fan back in so my car overheated and was smoking after I left. Will never return to this location or any other. I would suggest you do the same
Staff is always prompt and professional.
First of all, i walked in to the lobby to find a child just running around unsupervised and not wearing a mask. His mother had her mask under her chin. I had a noon appointment to get one flat tire switched out. It took them a full hour to do that. The best part though, is that they switched out the wrong tire, tried sending me home with the same half flat tire on the same wheel when I arrived. Seriously incompetent. Zero stars here.
I have been here 3 times. Each time was an emergency. Had a nail in my tire, tried to replace all my tires even though I knew it was just the nail. After 2 days of debating fixed it and it was fine. Second time I wanted my battery replaced and they tried to replace my belts? Had nothing to do with what I came for. This time I went because my brake lines are completely damaged (I just bought this car) and they are quoting me double what I paid for the car. I looked up the parts online and I know a mechanic who will do it for me. Their quote was almost 2,000 for a 2004 Honda Civic, it will only now cost me 300. Absolutely ridiculous. They also kept getting an attitude this time when I would tell them I didn’t want the service and called me 4 times to talk about credit cards? Not bringing my car here ever again. They just want money.
I brought my car here for a battery replacement, and now my car will not even start.Im not sure how this is possible but after getting my battery replaced at this location my engine has barely been able to start when I turn the key and finally this morning it failed to start entirely. In addition to the starting issue, after getting my battery replaced at this location my electrical and computer functions have been completely erratic and seem to operate with a mind of their own. For example, some buttons on my touch screen no longer work, the windshield wipers and wiper fluid will go off automatically, and the climate control has been completely random in the temperature of the air it spits out and the temperature switching from Fahrenheit to Celsius randomly. In one instance, while I was stuck in traffic for a long time, my cars engine rapidly overheated causing me to be stranded in the middle of a highway to let it cool down. Also, I had two of my tires replaced at this location at the same time my battery was replaced, and of course, after pulling off the lot that day my wheel alignment had been messed up and my car now notifies me that my power steering needs to be fixed. So after all of this I took it back to them to see what went wrong and ask if they could fix these issues for me or at least provide an explanation as to why all of this is happening. Unfortunately they insisted that they had installed the battery and tires correctly and that the issues I was experiencing could in no way be related to what they had done. Sure, I believe they installed what they did correctly, but at the end of the day all of these problems arose immediately after I took my car to this location. Now it looks like I will not be able to travel home for Thanksgiving.
Went to have a new tpms sensor that I installed programmed to my vehicle and to have my tires balanced. They told me that one of the other tpms sensors was bad as well. Ok, odd timing, as the day before they all checked out, but it happens. I had them replace it only for them to tell me that they cannot program the tpms sensors to my vehicle that I would have to go to a dealership to have it done. I requested to have the old tpms sensor returned to me. I then went to discount tire, not only could they program the sensors to my vehicle I had them scan the old sensor that was replaced and it was working. So I was essentially charged for a new part that they couldnt program to my vehicle and ultimately didnt need. Thanks NTB.
Never again, at least not at this location. I set up an appointment online to have an oil change and tire rotation. The website asked if I would be waiting which I said yes. I got there promptly at 10am for my appointment, was checked in and then I proceeded to wait and wait and wait for nothing. After an hour and 15 minutes of no movement on my car (it sat in the parking lot the entire time) I went and asked for my keys back and told the guy I don’t have all day to wait. My decision to bail was validated by another gentleman who had been waiting over two hours to get new tires put on his vehicle and by another woman who’s appointment hadn’t been scheduled in their system even though she had called it in. One other thing, the guy at the service desk had a weird condescending tone with the customers. He may have thought he was being funny but it wasn’t funny. Made me, and other customers I observed during my long wait, uncomfortable. The place is a disaster. Terrible customer service. There was not even an apology from the store employee for wasting my time.
Fixed all the problems with my truck same day and let me know any new concerns or issues. Did great work.
Great service. Helped me figure the kind of tire I needed and let me know about a rebate from a full set of tires
Great staff. Took some time to complete my oil change, but Id brought work with me and didnt mind waiting. The shop is set up for safe social distancing. They even have a TV and coffee.
Absolutely awful. Constantly try to upsell anything. Staff will try to find anything wrong and charge not to fix it. Their understanding of the vehicles they are repair is extremely subpar. DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS!!!
Nice experience. I gave a four because they didnt get the tires I originally ordered and now I am getting low tire pressure. I only got the tires three weeks ago Have appointment to find out why. Service is expedient and friendly except the female who was there on 5/26. Theres the ability to schedule appointments online if necessary
Silver drive location is very friendly and knowledgeable. Under staffed right now but still trying to keep up with everyone. If customers had more patience and treated the employees with respect I am sure they would be able to have more staff.
Staff was cursing while talking to each other in the office. A promo coupon offered an ~$60 discount but manager could not (or would not) work with me on it since I wanted full synthetic instead of conventional which was what the coupon was for. I know it seems small but Im pretty sure it would have been within his power to do a little math and give me a better discount but... He then offered to sell me tires for ~$800-900 OTD. If he couldnt get me a $30-40 discount on the oil change I didnt think he would work with me on tires. I use to go there often until I moved and it was usually the same. I will probably never go back unless its an emergency. The one in Stringtown Rd is much better!
I try to give places the benefit of the doubt but this place earned my 1 star.A year ago I went in to get a tire replaced. They spelled my name wrong and have the wrong address. Daniel said they would fix it. He didnt. Daniel told me they were too busy to put it on my car and said I could do it myself or come back the next day. Daniel promised that he would fix my name again. He didnt. I came back. Daniel said they were still too busy to put on my tire. Daniel said I should come back Monday. I came back Monday and the woman working the desk went above and beyond to put my tire on my car. She is the only reason I didnt write a negative review until today.Today I went in hoping that I could get the same helpful person who took care of me last time. No luck. I have a slow leak in the tire they installed. My receipt says: Flat repairs for the Life of the Tire. They turned me away without even looking at the tire. They claimed my warranty doesnt cover it.My name and address is still incorrect in their system.
NTB takes care of all of our cars all the family members Vehicles we take the NTB!! They take good care of our cars and the staff is very friendly!!
Overcharging! Use electronic devices to detect the alarm without any additional checking and charge me $142.
Very helpful staff. I recommend them if you ever need tires.
I waited a long time which is expected when you don’t have an appointment, but on top of the wait, the tech stole a FACEMASK out of my car. A facemask that has been on my face. I know exactly where it was when I gave them my car. I know for a fact that it was on my gear shifter with all my other masks. Like who steals a facemask out of cars.
Terrible experience ordered tires online showed up to get them installed and they hadn’t been delivered from the warehouse. Matt Holmes (the Manager) took no responsibility, didn’t apologize and became aggressive blaming corporate — he could have checked the night before but apparently his time is more valuable than his customers. Reading other recent reviews this is a habit of this location. Do not go here they will waste your time
Terrible Customer service. Went in for a car inspection on a used car i just bought. Was told I’d get a phone call when they finished. Came back two hours later as i was tired of waiting, turns out they finished over an hour before i came back. Front desk was very unhelpful in general
Call to make an appointment with my warranty the service person rude telling me I had to pay WITH A WARRANTY so I had received two places to call from my warranty service I called Aamco they made my appointment very pleasant needless to say the rude person at National Tire on Silver Dr in Columbus Ohio loss my business and I let my warranty company know how rude he was and I had zero deductible
Quick and friendly service.
Thanks Dan and Gary! Best deals on tires in the city with comparisons all over. Couldnt have been more convenient. Not only did they have my car done before my appointment was even scheduled they helped me with a couple other things out of the kindness of their hearts! I owe ya boys! I miss Larry my old shop pal but these guys were great! Very helpful!
They told me my battery needed replaced. This was a brand new battery I bought less than a week before. I tested it and it was fine.
They said they changed the tires they charged me and when I find out they have the same tires and they do not want to return the money or give me the tires that they supposedly changed
The staff couldnt have been friendlier or more helpful. I was in twice in a week (once a Friday at 6pm and the other a Thursday at 6pm). They were efficient and extremely pleasant to interact with. I would recommend using this location and will definitely return, should I need. It truly was impressive.
Very polite and honest with time frame of getting what youre requesting done. Customer service is FANTASTIC.... Thats why I keep coming back...
I went in for an oil change and to have my tires serviced. I was anticipating and fully prepared to have to pay for 4 new tires. Instead, the manager determined I only needed to replace 1 tire and a couple of sensors. He said my other tires were actually in good shape. They were very professional and courteous the whole time.
Phil Underwood went above and beyond my expectations. Will definitely go back!
Made an “appointment” to have new tires put on my vehicle. Called in the morning before I drove my car across town on some bad tires to make sure everything was ready to go. However when I arrived, they somehow didn’t have the tires I ordered in their inventory and said I’d have to come back for another appointment. They suggested I come in early the next day to make sure they still had them in stock. So what is the point of ordering tires/making an appointment if they aren’t going to be held for you? On the way out the sales guy only shook my boyfriends hand, and not the person who owned the car that needed work on/who was paying for it. Will definitely not be back for another “appointment”.
Prices were decent and the staff were friendly, but they definitely apply to the at least three nos approach to sales. Tried to push a lot of products onto me despite me saying no, thanks
Outstanding service. Had to go here because of an error made by another business when doing a tire rotation on my car. Because of the low cost of the parts, I ended up not being charged for labor. Will be going back in the future for oil changes and tire rotations.
Without going into details, Matt Holmes took care of a situation he was not required to resolve. Situation started off not the best, but he understood and made things right making sure customer service was first. I am thankful for this NTB location and the service I was given. I will return for future work.
Never had a bad experience! Always been helpful and kind to me. Keep up the good work guys
After reading the reviews on here, I was concerned. I had already had my roommates car towed there in the middle of the night. (The wheel was stuck to the frame, and there was a flat tire). Heres some notes about how the visit went:- Repairs cost exactly what was estimated.- They were supposed to call when it would be done. I was given a ballpark estimate of a few hours, and I had to call them after 5 hours to see if the car was done (it was within 15 minutes of being completed).- I needed to pay with cash, and they were unprepared to make change. I asked What kind of a business is this that doesnt accept US currency, as the notion of being unable to receive my ~$15 in change was ridiculous. The guy behind the counter lashed back at me for saying this. However, they DID make it right by cutting ~$5 off my bill so that I could pay in exact cash, which I appreciated. Honestly, what else were they going to do though?Overall:-- The business is honest, and theyre happy to make the repairs you need without hassling you about other things.-- The service is slow, and it looks as if they reduce their staff drastically in the afternoon/evening.-- I would only return to this business if it was a similar situation and other places are not an option. In a pinch, this place is okay.
Its fine Not crowded
For just a conventional oil change, this place is great. I get the $19.99 offer in the mail and come work on my laptop for 45 minutes using their free wifi and coffee and Im out the door for $24. Cant beat that. The front desk manager was also very friendly and helpful. Based on the other reviews, I would be weary if getting actual work done on my car though.
Advised me my tie rod was seized up, my mechanic friend didnt use much effort and took it apart. Felt like they put little to no effort into the service requested, in turn pumped the upsale of things I didnt need. Spent less then 1/4 on parts and labor at a local shop, and didnt get unneeded parts that were simply suggested, and all I needed, was the alignment originally. I think a blind middle or upper class person would have dropped 800$ on the sale having no experience or knowledge on their vehicle, but I didnt fall for it, attempts to question or inquire about the items suggested resulted in dismissal and refusal to accept the logic behind it. Wish they had been a little more transparent and communicative in the reality that they just dont want to address pety hassles (fixes) and help with the original need, to simply align the wheels.
Fast poliite and FREE service. Took off summer tires, balanced and installed (already mounted on 2nd set of rims) my winter tires. Whats not to like?
Late Sunday afternoon, I realized I had a flat tire. After a series of unfortunate events and enough air in my tire to travel, I ended up at NTB about 5 minutes before their closing time. It was an obvious inconvenience for the staff, but I have to travel an hour to work each day. Dan and Mark seriously saved the day and agreed to fix my tire that had a huge screw embedded in i . Not only did they patch the hole, Mark was SO thorough, and provided me complete peace of mind. These guys are awesome!
We were traveling through from Texas and needed some help. Grace was a super star! Thanks for all the help.
Ive bought tires at this place for many years and have gotten good service, But when I needed the front struts on my car replaced, they did not do a good job. They did not replace the coil springs that go with the struts, probably because the parts were not quickly available. We had the car back in twice under warranty when the problem recurred and they still did not replace the springs. The worn springs eventually caused the problem to return again and caused the power steering on the car to fail periodically, making it dangerous to drive. It was only then that another mechanic found and explained the problem with the way this work on the struts was done. I will not be going back to this place.
Great service. Techs were on point. Happy I became a customer..
Went to this shop a couple years ago and they did a great job, pricey, but great job. So i called to see how much for a wheel alignment, and told them what i was getting fixed, they ask me to bring it in and let them look at it and maybe get it done right instead of just any little non ac certified shop. i did, they said inner tyrods, wheel barrings and rack and pinion, and alignment, quoted around 3300.00 including tires. took it to a company that specializes in frame, suspension and axle work, found that i didnt need wheel barrings, rack and pinion was fine, all i needed was inner and outer tyrods and alignment quoted 515.00 at Nelsons Wheel and Axle, no more problems with my car and they were wonderful. i was so disappointed. i like NTB, but i had to get a second opinion on this and im glad i did.
Quick place for an oil change. Staff is very helpful.
Be smartly advised:This place will find things wrong with your vehicle that dont need to be fixed. This is the second time this has happened to me. They tried to tell me numerous items on my car needed repair/replacement. I took my car into a reputable shop and they told me the repairs were just the front brakes and not all of them. The tie rods they said needing repacling were fine. I would have been paid more for repairs that didnt need to be done to my car. I called NTB after having my car fixed at my trusted shop asking why their estimate was $1850 and I was able to have everything fixed with new tires for $850 at my shop? I informed him that my mechanic insisted that the tie rods and other items NTB wanted to fix were not necessary. NTB bluntly said well thats a difference of opinion. For me thats a difference of a THOUSAND DOLLARS!I will no longer go here even to buy tires after them trying to rip me off.
Went there ready to buy a whole new set of tires due to some pretty bad leaks. Counter guy suggested they check the tires first. Turned out all I needed was the rims polished and resealed. Saved me $$. I know where Ill be getting my next set when I do need them now though! Great customer service!
Very friendly staff. My car is over 100K miles so I was assuming to have a list of emissions work they would recommend in addition to my oil change, but they told me my car was in great condition! The mechanics here have always been honest and helpful during my visits. Highly recommended.
Tried to upsell me 4 tires instead of just patching one, claimed it was at least 5 years too old but the same store had patched a tire on the other side about 1 year ago. Claimed the tires were dry rotted, which is not true. would not patch the tire and then gave me a hard time about just buying one tire to replace the one with the hole. I do not believe it was balanced correctly. I will not be returning
I had my car towed in because it wouldnt start. It ended up being an issue with the starter. They replaced the starter and, on top of the diagnostic and appliance charges charged me for two hours worth of labor, a total of $176 ($88/hr) for labor and $540 overall. They severely over charge. I had the same issue less than a years ago and Goodyear charged $330 for the same service (I was in a different location at that time). A starter takes 15 minutes to replace tops. It is attached by 3 to 4 bolts, nothing more. Regardless, I know for a fact it did not take them two hours because after I gave them the go-thread to start work they called me back 52 minutes later saying the car was ready to pick up. They lied and tacked on an additional $88 charge without reason and were quite unpleasant when I questioned them. I would highly recommend not going to this location.
We were in Columbus for a horse show and noticed we had a bad tire ...and a 2 hour drive home ( on a Sunday evening 515pm). We drove straight there to buy a new tire and have it put on. Granted, we did not call..but tostay a few extra min to help a stranded person out...nope! I dont reccomend this business!
This place is horrible!!To keep it short.... A year ago I came in for a new set of tires and the technicians aggressively tried to sell me a break job claiming that my breaks were in such poor condition that they were dangerous. I knew this was not true as I had just changed the breaks myself only a few months prior to the incident. This sales method is illegal!! Today I tried to give them another chance because they were conveniently located near to where I found a nail in my tire. Once again they tried to use high pressure sales. The sales clerk refused to patch my tire claiming the nail was too close to the sidewall (3 inches away) and told me the only safe thing to do was to buy not one but two new tires. I promptly took my truck across town to DiscountTire where they patched my tire for free and in under 30 minutes.Do not become a victim. Shop anywhere other than here!
I stopped in for an inspection due rattling noise I heard. The technicians quickly diagnosed the problem and tried their best solve it in order to prevent problems. Thank you Justin and Gracie for your help today!
The guys that work here are really nice people, they helped me when I was in a pinch with a flat tire.
Brought in my car 2 months ago to get my tires changed and it was excellent service. Great deals for tries and installation fees. They told me my lugs needed replacing but I ignored it until it was too late.Fast forward 2 months later my wheel completely flew off my car and was towed to NTB. I explained to them my situation and because they wanted to do the right thing they tried to locate my tire on the highway. When they couldnt they ordered me a new one and installed everything for absolutely no cost. They didnt even want me to rate them or anything but here I am returning a good deed for another.NTB has me as a customer for life now! Excellent service, excellent customer service!
Staff were plots and efficient. They had my tire in stock and installed in 30 minutes. Great experience!
Freaky blown driveshaft that floored my Honda overnight just down the road near the 71-Hudson exit. Tow truck driver recommended NTB for being fair and efficient, and they were both, as well as prompt. The following afternoon, 2 hours after giving the go-ahead, Ive got both driveshafts replaced and an alignment done, and am back on the road by dinner. Thanks Grace, and whoever else helped work on it.
I went to this NTB for a simple ac recharge/refill and the moment i drove my car my car away from the building i knew they did something. My steering fluid is now leaking and the system wont hold any fluid. I know it happened there because I drive my car a lot and I never noticed anything remotely wrong with my power steering. Im thinking about going back and having them look at it but honestly I dont want them anywhere near my car rn so Im not sure what to do. I will update when the issue is resolved.
Dishonest thieves. THEY WILL LIE AND OVERCHARGE YOU.NTB looked at my car, they called and estimated around $1700. Then when I went to pick up, they looked into it more and then estimated is now around $3000 because my FULL exhaust needed replaced. I asked for an invoice on what needed to be repaired, and they declined. I decided to take my car else where. The was one minor flaw and my bill was $183 with tax included.Do not take your car here, they are liars and will overcharge you for anything they can.
I received incredible service from Will, Stephen, and Mark last week when I got a flat tire. I discovered the flat at 5pm and had to wait a long time for a repair technician to arrive. When the technician arrived and discovered that I didnt have a spare tire with me, he called a tow truck--only to find that the expected wait time for the tow truck was 2 hours. I called NTB and told them that it was going to be about 2 hours before the tow truck arrived. This would have meant that I wouldnt be able to bring my car in until the morning. Will, Stephen, and Mark went above and beyond by actually sending a member of their team out to me with a spare tire so that I could follow them back to their shop. Once at the shop, they quickly changed the tire. Will, Stephen, and Mark saved the day!
There is a manager here that is extremely condescending towards customers which makes it difficult to keep going back here. My last stop in about $20 in quarters were stolen from my car but I couldnt prove they were in there before I left the car with them. Im looking for a new NTB location to visit because I just dont feel safe trusting this one anymore.
I really like this NTB the guys are really nice I didnt even have an appointment and they worked me in and they are very knowledgeable about cars and the guy who took care of me was very honest with me and told me he would try to work me in
Have always had a good experience here. Quick and friendly service and no upselling.
They got a new CSA and what a difference! Ive been here a few times over the years but might be coming back for more now. Top notch customer service. Between the CSAs that work there and have worked there, Akea Hunter is THE BEST. She has a positive attitude, cares about the customer genuinely, speaks greatly of the company, is patient, kind, hard working..list goes on. She goes above and beyond to make your experience good. She doesnt push things on customers but says things in a way that makes you want to get more done..knows how to word things properly. I asked her how long shes been there because I was surprised at how good she was and she said only 3 weeks! Do whatever you can to keep her happy..make sure she gets a promotion asap. There is a void of people out there like her and its important that people like this get what they deserve and rewarded for their dedication beyond whats asked for them. This girl will go far in life! Thanks Akea, you were OUTSTANDING!
Got us in right away, Super helpful, and we got a new tire in 15 minutes!
I was travelling through with my family in our RV, and our brakes started locking up on the highway. We limped it in to the first exit, and happened upon NTB, and figured wed see if they could fix it when they opened up in the morning. We saw the bad reviews online, but we were stuck so that made our decision. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find they were nice, accommodating to our situation, and very knowledgeable. Shane is a good mechanic. They got right on it, were very helpful and went out of their way to get us back on the road again inside a few hours. I would totally recommend them.
Weve had plenty of work there here from transmission, brakes, clutch, to simple oil changes. Good staff, friendly folks. Definitely recommended!
Techs are slow but service was nice. And yes I worked at McCarthys Tire I know slow
Unfortunately NTB has fallen from graces; could just be this location, who knows. I Brought my vehicle in for an alignment to fix the steering wheel being crooked, and made sure to tell the tech to make wheel straight before performing the alignment. When i received my paperwork, the cashier informed me that the tech forgot to save the results of the alignment, so many of the numbers for the toe, camber, etc. were blank. I then asked if the wheel was straightened, and he assured me it was. Well, when i got in the car and drove it around the street to test it, the wheel was not straightened, and the car drove exactly the same as prior to bringing it in for service; crooked wheel and vehicle was pulling to the right. I am convinced they didnt do anything, or the tech had no idea what he was doing. NTB, you have lost my business.
They were able to fit me in for replacing my tires (screw in the tire on way to work that morning) though the schedule was full and they were understaffed. Apologetic that it was the end of the day, but were friendly and helpful. No complaints. Price was what I expected, there was no upselling or anything.
They fixed my car and saved me money. The lady at the front desk was not friendly though. I dont think she understands the concept of customer service.
People seemed nice enough. But their quotes and estimates were about half of what it actually was. Had an appointment at 10am to get a tire replaced. They didnt finish until 2pm and made a comment about how they put me ahead of other people. 👎👎
Please avoid this place at all cost. They are unprofessional. I had some body work done on my car and the body shop sent my vehicle to this place to get an alignment done. They did a really bad job on it as when I picked up the vehicle from body shop, the car was veering to the right badly. I went in with the receipt the body shop gave me and NTB hassled me telling me that they need to deal with the body shop and that is who their customer is. The old bald guy with the white hair (Larry) gave me attitude. I will avoid NTB and will be telling everyone to stay clear of this company and this place.
I had an oil change done, ever since then I have not been able to open my hood of my trunk. I only recommend you going there if you are purchasing tires. They are horrible! I will never go there again for ANY type of service.
Went in without an appointment to fix a flat tire. They quickly found a small hole in the sidewall and sold me a new tire for a reasonable price. I was in and out within the hour.
I havent ever had a problem with NTB before today. I referred my father there to get new tires. They ended up calling him and telling him that they couldnt get his lug nuts off. He then told them hell be there shortly to look at it himself. When he got there they told him that they broke some of his lug nuts and needed to replace the lug nuts and studs. They told him it would cost him over 200 dollars more than just the almost 700 dollar tire job. He told them that since they broke it they should have to fix it. They told him no and he asked for corporates number and the dude just walked away and never came back. We then called corporate and told them what happened. They told us since they called him and told him about the lug nuts not coming off that theyre not going to pay to fix it. To me that is bad customer service and it shows what type of people they are. Way to go NTB, not. You just lost him as a customer and myself (which was once a loyal customer for everything I needed for my car, but after today I am not)
They always take good of me and my family.
Larry and William were so helpful and got my car done sooner than expected!
Terrible service, needed brake calipers and told them that. Proceeded to not attempt to diagnose the problem, just replaced pads and rotors. Pad wore down in two weeks and took my car elsewhere to get fixed properly.
Service was fast and tires were in stock. However, tires were overinflated to 35 psi instead of 32 psi, thus tripping the cars tire pressure light.
The guy was pleasant but he tried to get me to get things done that I didnt need and didnt do the work I went in for he thought I didnt know better
This is my first time with this company. I have to say Im verry impressed with cutstomer service...and the quality of care they showed me . .Thanks so much NTB..!
Came home to a deflating tire got air into hit and made it up to NTB I had to wait a little but they worked me in and got the tire and rim fixed in a pretty short time. I couldnt be happier with their service.
It was fast, curtious.
Came in to get a tire sensor replaced i had no appt and it could take a couple hrs to get to me and they did not have what I needed in stock and alot more expensive, but had another type, because it would be Tuesday before getting it in for the repair. After 3 + hrs passing the idiot light came back on and I went back to ntb on silver Dr, they, checked it, turned light off and drove for 3 miles and if light comes back on bring back, but part will not be in till Tuesday and its Christmas weekend.Im an Uber driver. I was gonna drive thru the holiday. I will have to not drive just in case something else is wrong!! No Christmas here. Happy New Year!!!
Friendly professional staff and the work is quality.
Should get zero stars. Took at least an hour and a half for an oil change. Tried to pressure sell me several mechanic in a can products and when I refused, had a bad attitude about it. Would not recommend whatsoever! Unless you like going in for an oil change and coming out spending an extra $200.
I used to go here quite a bit a few years ago, and watched it change styles over time. It was never good, but it was affordable and average. Its a bit of a scam now. I dont doubt its possible to get decent work here, but its not likely. Every time I, or someone I know, has gone theres been lying and fraud going on, in addition to the bad desk service. (Lets be fair, who cares about the desk service. You go to get your car service affordably, reliably and, with some luck, quickly. My most recent experience there (~2 weeks ago), I was headed out of town for camping with someone else and they drove. It had felt like my rotors might be warped, or at least getting the wobbly hard-brake feeling. Figured Id drop it here so they could look and fix while I was away and I could come home to a ready car. While away I got the call that it was indeed a messed up rotor. They were insistent that I fix all 4 (rather than just either the fronts or backs) and that I had to fix the brakes with the rotors. And they wanted 850 dollars for it.I can fix rotors myself. So, with the supposed confirmation that they were bad, I came home, took the wheels off myself, looked for warping, realized I just needed to rotate and replace one tire, and the whole thing cost me ~2 hrs and 1 new tire (much less than $800). Even if it had needed all new rotors, that could have been done in less than 4 hrs with parts that cost less than 200 total from Autozone. This is my most recent bad story about this place. But the rest of them are all similar.
Excellent service and work. A little on the expensive side, but the electrical work I had done was top notch.
The staff is friendly and informative. Usually fast service.
Good service, fast, and at a good price.
