I went out of my way there during a scheduled appointment, a note on the door said the power/phones was down and to make an appointment online. When I tried to make an appointment online Tuesday, it would not let me book one. So I had to call, the gentleman was friendly & courteous and he booked me instead.

After a bad day, flat tire, had to put on spare tire... headed over to Tire Barn and they made my day by fixing my flat tire and better yet, it was free! Thanks so much for taking care of my tires!

I watched them not perform a service. Charged me anyways because they threatened to call the police if I left without paying. Ill be waiting on corporate to fix this. I have several other complaints with proof from other customers on the same day. I can provide this to corporate once they contact me. Hunter childers is the alignment guy that didnt do it. Caleb Barton is the manager who watched his employee not work on my car.

My experience at this location has been good with each visit. The service is typically completed as quick ad possible. It is convenient to book the appointment online and receive an email confirmation. Good customer service.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I came in on a Sunday with a low tire and saw that my tread depth was low so instead of just fixing the tire I bought four new ones. While they were working on getting the tires off they accidentally snapped a stud that the previous tire place tighten the lug to tight on. They took me in the shop and showed me. Unfortunately they did not have the parts to fix it that day, but were able to get me in at 9 the next morning. They worked with me on the pricing and I am very pleased under the circumstances. They were very professional and kind. They also have military and veteran discounts. Also shops all over Indiana, incase of further problems. Thanks again for your help.

Set an online appointment for 10am. Website and Google shows shop is open. Show up after a 45 minute drive and they are closed. No new hours posted, no information of modified schedule. Terrible way to do business especially when people spend thousands of dollars for tires and services.

The manager was asleep an the other employees were sitting on tire . i made appointment on line an there Alignment tech was scheduled off. If the place is going to be run like this might as well close down

Had an appointment at 4 to get 4 tires and alignment on Tuesday. When I arrived, I was told the alignment guy was not in. I rescheduled for Wednesday at noon but the more I thought about it the more upset I got that no one called to let me know this. I left work early to make the appointment on time and didn’t even really get an apology until I called back to complain to the manager. So, I did some calling around and was able to find another option. I’ve used Tire Barn for years in other areas with no issues. This was my first and last time in Columbus, IN.

Our little Saturn needed 2 new front tires. Was in and out within the hour! Great deal on the tires as well. 10/10 definitely recommend!

Staff was very friendly and would come out to greet their customers almost immediately. Besides this positive experience, the rest of my encounter was not great.I decided to go in and see if they could patch my tire. The gentleman told me it would be about 30-45 minutes, I said okay that will work great! However, that expected time frame was not true and I ended up waiting 2 hours. Yes, I am aware that they have appointments and that they are serviced first, however they told me a time frame that I was okay with. I had to pick up my boyfriend from his physical therapy appointment in an hour so the 30-45 minute time frame they mentioned was perfect. He ended up waiting an hour in the physical therapy office after his appointment.The technician finished my car and gave me my keys and said I didn’t owe them anything, I figured it was because my tires were purchased from there and they had a warranty. They told me thank you and I left. I go out to my vehicle this morning and the tire is flat again. I just figured that the patch did not work, which was okay because I know that it’s not always a guaranteed fix. I had enough time to take it to our local tire shop who informed me that the tire was never patched and they had found a nail still in it.I am very displeased and feel as though I should have been informed that they did not end up patching my tire as planned. I feel as though they didn’t even inspect it correctly because they would have been able to find the nail.I am never one to leave a harsh or bad review and I like to think of myself as a patient person. I was fine with waiting because I know things happen. However, I am not fine with waiting patiently if I do not receive the proper service. I don’t think I can be a customer at this business again after this experience and I apologize for that.

My husband scheduled an alignment on his car at this place. They said it would be 45 minutes and then they would call us to have us come pick up the car. So we went shopping across the street waited over an hour and still didnt hear from them so we drove back over there and he went inside to ask and they said oh we were getting ready to call you your cars done. He got in the car and drove home and the car was still pulling to the left horribly. I honestly do not think they aligned that car cuz if they had aligned it, it would not be pulling to the side like it is. Also I had noticed that the car was still parked in the exact same parking spot in the exact same way that my husband left it in when we got back to the shop but I thought its probably just a coincidence. The worker probably just parked it in the same spot. Honestly, I think they just charged him ( by accident, maybe) thinking that it was done when it wasnt. Anyway all in all we are not happy with the service!

Cant say enough about the group of guys that helped us after a blowout on I65. They were very prompt and courteous. They went above and beyond when we arrived with 3 generations in the car headed to a funeral.

Wont go back there. Couldnt tell the place was even open cuz they had the lights off, but the air conditioning and ceiling fans were on. I dont think they really wanted business. There were about 5 or 6 guys there and I had to go in the bay area to get some papers out of the glove compartment, guys sitting in the office and the bay area was filthy dirty, stuff thrown around on the floor, yikes. They were nice enough, but come on, clean up the place and put the lights and open sign on!!!

I stopped at this place to get air in a tire. They stopped what they are doing and helped me out. Everything checked out with the tires. It was just the sensor so they reset it for me. All of this was free of charge. Was nice of them for taking the time to help me with this little problem.

Still no comunication. So Here is my 1 star experience. The manager of this store Mark W. would not make right on the tire that a Tire Barn tech ripped the side wall open on, see pic. It was near new (70 miles). He proceeded to tell me that he would have to follow me to my house and check the tread depth. After me not believing this, he then threatened me. He made several gestures and comments like, Do you want a piece of Me, while throwing his hat on the ground and advancing towards me. Also repeatably, made harrasing comments and gestures. He went as far as putting his hands in my car as I was going to leave. This individual acted like he was ready to fist fight me right there in the parking lot. All over tire. At this point the Police Department was called. No further comunications have been attempted by Tire Barn, either the Columbus Branch, or their corporate office. Have no complaints with the Techs in the shop, they owned the issue and said it would get taken care of, very much in the professional manner one would expect.12/11/2019, Contacted corporate and also the Columbus branch again, Literally nothing has been done to resolve the above situation. I still have a 215$ tire with a split in it and nothing to show for it, So now not only will I not visit the Columbus Location, but no Tire Barn period, especially with so many newer and existing other local tire businesses.

I have been shopping for tires and alignment for over a month. I live in greenwood and called everyone in town looking for a high quality tire for a reasonable price. These guys definitely took care of me! Mark the General Manager really did a fantastic job. He takes time with each customer both on the phone and in person actually treating you like a person and not just another number.They aligned my car and put 4 new tires on the car and it rides amazing now. Will definitely be taking my wife’s car and recommending everyone drive to Columbus. If you need tires or an alignment this is the place to go! Great job Mark and all the Columbus staff! You have a loyal customer for life!

I’ve been a number of times and each time has been great. The very first experience with them was dropping off a tractor tire to patch and next day when I picked it up they just handed it and said Merry Christmas and no charge. That’s just good community work.

I went in worrying about the condition of my tires and walked out completely grateful that I chose this shop. I will say that the one that helped the most was Mark Wolf. He really made sure that my family and I were taken care of when put back on the road. The man that replaced my tires did a quick, clean, and satisfying job. For that I will recommend Tire Barn and be returning in the future.

Have used Tire Barn for years with good service. Recent visit had tires swapped onto new rims. Took 2hrs and 2 people who purchased new tires were processed before me till I said something. Then they wanted to charge me for resetting TPMS, but their hand tool was broken.No apology or anything, just pay me.Be careful Tire Barn, there is a discount tire down the road now.

Great place, I had a flat tire on my daughters car today. I was able to get to Tire Barn a minute before closing. They were more than willing to stay after closing and fix the tire. Very much appreciated!

My first experience at this store was excellent! I came in with a screw in my tire expecting to have to purchase two new tires (happened elsewhere in the past). The guys at Tire Barn plugged the hole in my tire AT NO CHARGE and had us out of there in a reasonable amount of time. They were professional, friendly, the store was clean, and I’d highly recommend it to others needing tire services.

DO NOT COME HERE! I would give them 0 stars if possible. Waited around for 3 hours for a simple SINGLE tire replacement. Tried to charge me over $1,000 for a full set of tires. Ended up having to pay $400 for ONE tire. The employees are incredibly lazy and uneducated. They stood around in the shop chit chatting while customers started piling up in the lobby. The manager and staff was rude and full of snippy comments. To top all of this off there was grease wiped on my visor and steering wheel. Complete waste of time and money, take your business elsewhere!

First time we went in they had my sons tire ready 20 minutes flat. My son went back for his rear tires to be replaced about 40 minutes later and it took them almost 3 HOURS to replace them after being told earlier they didnt have much today.

Avoid this one at all costs! This place has gone way down hill in the last few years, but has hit its bottom. I purchased tires here in the past for my vehicle, my mom purchased tires for her vehicle, and my boyfriend purchased tires here for his vehicle. However...I brought my car in a few months ago, and found that when it was ready for pickup it was left parked out front, unlocked, with the windows rolled down. This definitely posed a concern, but I brought it to employees attention, and hoped that this would not be a repeat issue. Shame on me!I brought my car back today for them to check a flat tire. They took my car back and called me 20 minutes or so later to ask where my wheel/lug nut lock was located. I told them that it was in a small brown bag in my trunk. When I returned my car was still being worked on, so I waited in the lobby. After a bit, they brought my car around front, and parked in a handicapped spot (where my car is not authorized to be). It was at that time that I discovered that my windows were open, my car was running, and my key was inside the car. I asked what was going on, and they said that my car died while they had it (I can only assume that the left it in idol for quite a long time before this happened). They also went through my ENTIRE CAR, glove box, backseat, trunk, center console, all ransacked. All of my stuff was everywhere, it looked like a robbery took place. When I asked about this the guy became VERY mad and ultimately threw my paperwork at me as I left.I did speak with their customer service at their corporate number after this event, and they were very nice. However, they did not want to see pictures of my ransacked car, told me I would receive no follow-up, and that this matter would be addressed internally. So, I appreciate their attempt, but since a local manager (if there is one) cannot even be bothered to follow-up on this issue, I will definitely not take the chance of returning.Save yourself, do not go here, go to any other tire place around town, but dont risk having your belongings or car stolen or damaged.**Edit, after receiving a comment here from the customer service asking that I call about the issue, I did so, but no one answered and never bothered to return my phone call. So, really please dont go here! Try Sams Club... or Wal-Mart, or the new tire center across town, just dont go here...

These guys are great. Whilst working on my own project car, I found that some of my lugs had rusted to the wheel hub .I couldnt break them loose with any of my tools, and was in a bind .I took the car to these guys and they helped me out free of charge! Its a fantastic bunch and Id recommend them to anyone.

We were 1.5 hrs from home with a flat and 1.5 hrs to go further before heading home. Low tread meant no patch on the flat. They gave me an exceptional deal on 4 new tires so we didnt have to take our chances with the spare. Im so thankful they were open on a Sunday and so helpful. Thank you!!

Tire Barn is very good at getting you a good price, but do not follow up after that. Took three weeks to get the proper tires ordered and put on. No respect for my vehicle as well. Gave them a clean truck, got back a truck with grease on the hood, steering wheel and scratches on my rims. Also, they told me that I would receive a discount, but now they are retracting that offer. I suggest going to a local place and pay a little more for excellent service.

Had an issue with a flat tire from valve stem/Tpms issue. Dealer could not get me a part for 2 weeks but Tire Barn has what I needed in stock and very helpful staff that got my tpms and valve stem fixed and put the wheel back on and even put my spare back in place under the bed for me. Was in and out very fast, thanks to their team

I purchased a tire a month ago. It went flat as I was driving to work. I called tire barn in Columbus Indiana. I told the gentleman what happened to see if I could get it replaced through warranty or anything else. He looked up my information. Then he told me “it was no problem. They would replace it bring it in and they would take care of me. It’s covered. Fifteen dollars in gas and hour and a half later I got the tire off the truck and brought it in. Once there they told me they wouldn’t fix it there was nothing they could do for me unless I wanted to buy another new tire. After they wasted my time and money they basically blew me off and they were the ones that told me to come in and they would replace it. A one month old tire obviously defective. They should have replaced it anyways. Instead they waste my time and money to bring it in for nothing. That’s the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Won’t fix there defective products and give you the run around. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY SHOPPING HERE. Even after calling corporate and the manager all I got was “I’ll put in a complaint for you”. Very sad

Ive been here twice with problems. Both times they took care of me, and my tires, quickly, efficiently and at an awesome price. As a woman I felt like the seriously listened to my concerns and didnt talk down to me the way other places have in the past. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning.

I had an appointment to swap out my old.tires with 4 new ones at 1:00 p.m. but i showed up around noon and dropped it off. I went and had lunch, cane back by and they already had my new tires mounted and balanced they know what they are doing at Tire Barn.

Employees were nice but apparently the ones that installed my tires dont take their job seriously. I got new front tires. I tried to take my passenger wheel off and turns out they stripped 4 of 5 lug nuts and one of the wheel studs splines is stripped. Couldnt even get my wheel back off without cutting the stud. This could have been easily prevented if they would have taken 5 extra seconds to start threading the lugs with their fingers.I dont even want to attempt my drivers side wheel.

I had a pretty terrible experience with Tire Barn last week. I went in needing new tires and an alignment - Toyota wouldnt do my alignment because I needed tires, so I figured Id go this route. They couldnt find my reserved appointment I had made when I got there. Fine, no problem. When my car was done (and it was faster than they said, so I like that), they told me a total and didnt give me a receipt or breakdown beforehand. The total was what I expected, so I didnt think anything of it.As I paid, I said So there was no issue with my rims? They told me, after paying for an alignment and tires, that there was an issue with the alignment and they couldnt complete it. Again, they told me this AFTER charging me for an alignment.The alignment was supposedly refunded (my credit card still doesnt show it) quickly. I was told why they couldnt do the alignment - some parts were frozen or needed replacing that they couldnt do. Thats fine. My big, big issue is that they put new tires on my vehicle, which BADLY needs an alignment, without consulting me first or letting me know. I would have declined to have new tires put on until the alignment was done.To top it off, I got home and looked through my receipts more closely. I was overcharged for the installation, having signed up for basic installation with my online appointment creator (and verified when I arrived), and I was charged for lifetime service, an extra $10 per tire.All these things combined mean I would never recommend this facility to anyone. It was an unpleasant and frustrating experience all around. Avoid.

These guys are great. They have fixed minor rust issues on my mother-in-laws rims for free and done various little maintenance jobs on my wheels with little or no charge to me. They seem very knowledgeable and always work very quickly. I believe they are honest and truly have the customer in mind; when I have an issue that Im not sure how to solve, they lay out all my options clearly and only push for the most practical solution, even if it is the least expensive one.Just a heads up though: they dont do ANYTHING other than wheels. They do not touch fluids (no oil changes/fluid flushes) and wont do hardware swaps apart from rims/tires/lug nuts.

I dont normally write reviews, but so much of my time was wasted that I feel compelled to. Called initially and gave exact info for my truck year, make, model and they said they could order a tire pressure sensor for my truck. Said they would call me back when the sensor arrived. Didnt call me back. I called again to confirm part arrived and scheduled appointment. Showed up with truck with an appointment, sat there for over and hour, and then they say they ordered the wrong sensor. They wrote down my VIN and said they ordered the correct sensor this time and that they would call me back when it arrives. Never called me back. 1 week goes by. They said the sensor was ordered, but is experiencing shipment delays. I simply ask if they can confirm the shipment status and they tell me I have to speak with the manager who isnt back until 3 days later apparently. Called back again and am told that they dont carry sensor that fit my truck. Huge waste of time and poor customer service.

Went in there to get a tire fixed. Was greeted right away and tire taken back immediately. Found a bad valve stem and fixed the tire within 3 minutes. Great service and friendly staff. Will definitely recommend in future.

Outstanding people and service! I stopped in after noticing a screw in my tire. I had to wait about 30 minutes as I did not have an appointment however the people at Tire Barn were professional and kind. After checking the tire they came out and showed me the screw they pulled out. They said my tire was OK and not punctured. They also told me I did not need a repair or replacement. I was pleasantly surprised when they refused to charge me anything for the service. Very kind people and professional. They could have easily taken advantage of the situation and sold me a tire or charged me a diagnosis fee and they did not do anything like that. I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely no hometown feel here. Ask me the size of my tire, I told him. They had one type of tire in stock. It took almost two hours for them to replace 2 tires. When I left I checked air pressure. Four tires, four different pressures. Next time I will pay the extra 40 bucks to go to the locally owned establishment.

I had a flat and took the tire. They didnt call me back. When I called they have said the tire is fixed and I could come and pick up. When I went to pick the tire, the staff who were trying to install my tire to the car says the puncture is to the side and it cannot be fixed.. 😥. I am giving one star because, the staff who were there at that time stayed late to get me a new tire. I appreciate that.

The manager there Travis has helped me out several times as I have multiple vehicles and obviously tires on all of them from fixing a tire pressure monitoring system sensor 2 finding me a tire that is Affordable to put on my vehicles the staff here is helpful knowledgeable and definitely provides Speedy service I will continue to be loyal to the Tire Barn because they have been so good to us

The guys working on my truck were not as nice after I just spent $1,180 on new tires started spinning the tires pulling out of the bay and flew around the corner and park my truck. I am pretty unhappy with the way they treated my property

Took our car in this morning to get a nail removed from our tire. Not only did it take an hour to put a plug in the tire but we were charged 20 dollars to do such a simple task. When asked why it was so expensive they said it was because they took the whole tire off and balanced it. Just be careful because theyll try to charge you for every little unnecessary thing they do!

I had ordered tires and had them sent to Tire Barn. When I went to my appointment I made sure to tell them to put those specific tires on and they assured me they would... Well when I went out to my car after I paid, I noticed that they had put the wrong (and much worse) tires on. I went back in and told them about it and even though they said theyd take care of it right away, I had to wait another 45 minutes. And even after I left with the right tires, I had to go to another shop to get them re-balanced because they did such a terrible job. I have 4 friends that have similar issues with balancing from here and theyve said that improper balancing doesnt affect premature tire wear (obviously it does and theyre just saying that because they do a terrible job). Would absolutely not recommend.

Had a punctured tire and brought it to their place to have it fixed. They open on weekends which is very helpful. Spent 40min and $20 there and had it done. Nothing to complain really, very satisfied.

It was an okay visit just took a little longer than expected but the job was done right and overall we were pleased. But I also see an employee run a car up on sidewalk and acted like it. Never happened all though it did damage the under part if somones vehicle. So I recommend that if you have ur car worked on tbere to stay with it and pay attention.

I visited tire barn Columbus after their office hours around 6:20 pm. and told that I want to change my tires and my front tires are very bad. I arrived after 20 mins after their glaring time. Manager initially told me we are closed for today can you come tomorrow morning. Then I told my tires are very bad, then he came out did inspection my car tires and asked me to wait and spoke to his employees and said that, sir pls give the car keys we will help you to fix your tires. We want your safety than our work hours and we can stay 10 more mins and complete your work and fix your car. He gave me some discount as bonus and fixed everything and made me happy. Not very helpful. I called on Thursday asking for their availability for alignments. They were booked for the whole weekend. I decided to make an appointment for their earliest time: Tuesday morning. I went to drop my car off. I was getting an alignment and a tire replaced. Their tires are priced pretty high. I could have gotten the same thing at Walmart for thirty or forty dollars cheaper. They told me it would take an hour and they would call me when it was completed. They called me probably twenty minutes later telling me that they would not give me an alignment, since I needed to replace the ball joints. Funny thing, I got the ball joints replaced the day before, which I told them. They responded by telling me who ever had worked on it probably put the cheapest parts on. I know that they were not cheap. They kept telling me they did not want me to waste my money by getting an alignment and it just undoing itself the next time I hit a bump. They could have at least offered suggestions on what to do. I had a meeting to get to in Michigan that day, so could not really wait around to get the ball joints replaced again. I paid for the overpriced tire and left. Will not be patroning Tire Barn again. Next time Im in need of car assistance I will go anywhere else. When I was paying, I believe I was speaking with one of the managers or a lead of some sort, he did not inform me that they didnt do the alignment. He just told me to the price for the tire. I had to ask why it was so much cheaper than when I first went in. Even if you speak with one of your customers on the phone you should at least inform them, before they pay, what you did and did not do to their vehicles. It was just a really bad experience. The other workers seemed nice enough. Ill just have to patron a real auto shop next time. Not just a tire shop. Disappointed.

HORRIBLE Service! I had taken my car in to replace a tire that kept loosing air pressure. At the first session he(JOE FOX) only replaced my tire without checking the issue with the valve. While using this new tire for about 4 days the pressure went low again. He asked me to replace the valve charging me an additional 80$. I went ahead and replaced that too. When he was giving my car back he LOST my wheel cap and straight up LIED to my face saying I got the car in without that.After an hour a TPMS indication came on which indicates that the valve he fixed in does not read the sensor. AGAIN, I had to go back to the store to question him about this. When I was talking to him, he SLYLY went outside and fixed my wheel cap. On asking him how did he get a new one so fast considering it was a Monday and I last came on Friday he said expedite shipping. And claimed it is a refurbished when you only get NEW or OLD caps. I have never met someone who is so dishonest at their workplace just cause their manager was not in the store.My experience has been disappointing and service at this branch is below average.

Excellent customer service the people there treat you like family The Experience definitely makes buying tires and rims a lot more enjoyable.

Very competitive with low price tires and great service. All questions were answered and tires were in stock and able to be changed very quickly.

Staff were friendly but the wait time was long. Its a good place either to get your change your tires or a minor repair.

Husband told them we wanted to keep 2 front tires, when we purchased 4 new ones. They put them in bags for us an put in the trunk, got them out an realized... Well guess what we got 2 tires alright but only got 1 of ours. They didnt even give us the 2nd tire of the same size. Called the number on here for problems before left a message as of 5 days later no call back...... BAD business.......

Extremely long wait times ...also seen another customer get in an argument with a tire technician and then proceed floor the accelerator across the parking lot ! might want to avoid this one if possible to many new tire stores in the area to deal with this

Very flexible and accomodative. did not charge for the work they did today as there was Air leak in driver side tyre and value stem was replaced for free. will go back again if there is any Tire related services required. Great service.
