Rachel was great! The products are awesome! I wish the delivery time was shorter....especially because we were required to pay the full amount at the time of purchase. Otherwise, completely pleased.
Shayanna was very knowledgeable about the product and very pleasant and took her time with me even when I have her a hard time. It was because of her and the bed that made the purchase and look forward to receiving my bed.

Sleep number store was great. Ended up with another place but I would recommend Sleep Number without reservation.
Our sales rep Wayland was very attentive and explained the benefits of each style of mattress & options so we could evaluate & choose what we felt best suited our needs. One of the staff helped me hours later Over the phone to change our finance option to 24 months same as cash as we determined after the fact later in the day that we could fulfill that payment plan. After day 2 We are adjusting to our new bed. The sleep evaluation feature on the app is helping us to adjust to a more fulfilled sleep.

This is our 2nd sleep number bed. 1st one was 13 yrs old and we wanted the new technology. The sales woman was fantastic. Her knowledge of the products was impressive and she was friendly and did not pressure a sale. Even though we knew we were going to buy a bed regardless. The only down side is waiting a week for it to be delivered, but understandable. We bought a king twin flex 2 bed. I will write more after I sleep on it for a few months.

Absolutely great experience! Our rep, Edward, knew exactly what he was talking about. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and gave us the space to make our decisions. He was able to guide us without pushing, but led us to the solution that met all of our needs. The beds themselves are incredible. I am disabled. These beds not only help to solve some of my problems (no small task!), but met the needs of my spouse as well. There were choices for everyone. There are many new inovations that are amazing in these beds! Each model combines solutions to resolve the many sleep issues that plague so many people today. The list is endless as are the various price points available. There is truly something here for everyone. I highly recommend Sleep Number to anyone seeking a solution to resolve the many sleep issues we face today. Cant say enough good things about these beds!

I was told from the store in Michigan I could return a pillow if it didnt work for me. This store at first gave me a hard time about it, but ultimately allowed the return. Ive been on the hunt for the perfect pillow for over a year, so I only bought it because I was guaranteed that I could return it.
Suffered a house fire and lost our prior Sleep Number bed. We did not realize how much we loved our bed until we started sleeping on a conventional mattress. Edward made sure we are receiving our new bed as quickly as possible. He was extremely helpful with guidance on all of the models.
Stopped in yesterday after spending an hour looking at mattresses at Macys. I have friends who love their sleep number mattress and was genuinely interested in the product. The woman who greeted us was curt and seemingly uninterested in anything other than a quick sale. When I wanted to check out the different mattresses and asked about pricing she did not know without checking and only made vague references like, oh its just a few hundred more. When I asked what the specific price difference was she stalked off. When she came back she barked the priced and stalked off again. We were astounded. These mattresses are thousands of dollars. I dont think its too much to ask what they actually cost. We ended up walking out.

I love and use many products of this company, the products are exceptional in their function. Prices are a bit high as you may expect, but they do run very good sales on a regular basis. This particular location is new and beautiful in form, however I had a very bad shopping experience here only one associate caused quite a wait then we got our order together and I was informed that my account had been closed since it had not been used in over a year. I left without completing the transaction and found that information to be incorrect. I made my purchase at a different store. I would recommend online research and ordering but sometimes stores can offer slightly better deals. You just have to find a sales man that know his craft a bit more than what I got.

Just got off the phone with Edward, (this store) June 24, 2018 at 2:46 pm. I had an assembly question about a $7000 bed, after getting no follow- through from the company online chat support. I called this store requesting a copy of the assembly instructions. I just wanted a PDF emailed to me since the company website treats assembly instructions like a trade secret. Edward hung up on me....... I dont normally like to judge in a public forum, but Edward earned it. If you are a ditch digger, be the best ditch digger in the world and be proud of it. I think Edward needs to sell womens shoes, not beds costing thousands of dollars.

If you interested in complete comfort thats completely customizable. Then this is the Bed store for you. They can be pricey but you wont be disappointed. We arent.
The product is GREAT. Sadly the company, and especially the staff at this store, have been a tremendous disappointment. When you spend THIS kid of money you should experience no problems, and if you do you would expect that they would rectify any quickly and professionally. That has been our experience,my wife and me. Im not going to lay our our whole unpleasant experience because it is too involved. It should suffice that we had a problem on install. It could have been an easy fix, but the installers didnt care. I went to the store where THEY should have fixed it but no. They wanted me to deal with customer service on the phone! I even caught one of the salespeople SLEEPING on a bed!! We got the bed issue worked out only to have a new isssue pop up.... we now had the wrong mattress pad. Back to the store I go only toi get more attitude from staff who refuse to help me and make me call custome service again! 35 MINUTES LATER I FINALLY GET AN ANSWER! It has now been a week and a half and NO CONTACT from anyone. I called and talked to the ONLY person at Easton who seems to care, BRANDON, an am now waiting on him to find out where my pad is. BE WARNED!!! EVEN THEIR OWN PEOPLE HAVE TOLD ME THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST ITS BEEN IN YEARS! I like my bed, but WOULD NOT do it again. If you must go up there ask for Brandon!
