Best experience in searching for what we were looking for and finding it in a short time period due to a knowledgeable sales representative.

The Mattress Firms showroom is clean and bright and well stocked. The staff observes the current pandemic rules. The sales consultant was relatively new with the company, but he was very attentive to my needs and wants. He was helpful without being pushy. He did not try to steer me to a more expensive mattress set like I have observed with other stores.Two things I did not like: hints of time pressure for making a decision before I left the store and not telling me upfront that the item that I was interested in was backordered 4 to 6 weeks.

I was told my mattress would be delivered August 15th it was not was told they could prob get it to me August 29th that didnt helped then was told forsure by September 5th and it just got delivered today and they didnt deliver all of my items then I was told we have a few customer in right now, when I get a second I will figure it out this is absolutely ridiculous. I wouldnt be so irritated if the original delivery date wasnt August 15th they should have/could have told me it might take a while or something like if they said itll probably be delivered by October/November and I said yes then that would be one thing I didnt expect to wait this long for my mattress and to get it and its missing stuff is absolutely UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! And to put the cherry on top my $2000 mattress has a rip on the bottom of it!!!!

It was time for my second grandson to move up to a “big-boy bed”. I wanted to re-order the same mattress as I had purchased for his older brother. I called the store and they were able to quickly find my purchase from 3 years prior. Caitlin was extremely helpful in completing the sale via phone and e-mail so I didn’t have to go into the store. The mattress and box spring also happened to be on sale, so we’re actually less expensive than my original purchase. And, for being a repeat customer, I was given a discount on the delivery fee! All good!!!

Amazing from beginning to end!!Randy greeted us when we walked in and explained how the store worked. From there, he narrowed the overwhelming selection down to four beds based on what we said we needed in a bed. Fell in love with one of the first ones he recommended!When we learned the price, we asked him for a cheaper selection. He immediately took us to another he thought we would like (no judgement at all), based on the one we fell in love with. That one was okay and we were content with it.On our way back up to the counter, he told us he had done some checking for us and found the more expensive one at the distribution center. With an adjustable base, it was about the same price as the cheaper one.He dealt with our insane indecisiveness and my scatterbrained answers to questions. He was able to find a financing plan that worked for us and was just ALL- AROUND friendly and KIND.This was an incredible experience.

Went in to check out the Purple mattress in person, wound up getting the Beautyrest Hybrid Plush, wow just laying on it for a few minutes was something, cant imagine a full nights sleep. Saved a good bit of money with their Labor Day sale, mattresses these days are amazing, so excited to get my new bed! Best part of the visit however was working with their representative, Maurice. I bought a new mattress and box springs on 7/3 from Randy. The service he offered was awesome. I am big into fitness and recovery time is important for me. He helped to make sure my posture wasnt diminishing or being impacted during my sleep when looking for a net mattress.The delivery people were great and super professional. We did run into an small issue on the size of the box springs. I called the store and Caitlin was awesome in helping to get the situation resolved and setup for delivery the next day. WOW!Even though the mattress was more expensive (S&F) than I was thinking to spend when walking in to shop, I slept like a baby the first night and woke up without body aches! Completely worth every penny... especially for the customer service and experience both Randy and Caitlin gave to me!

The salesperson was a JOKE. She tried way too hard to sell me what I didn’t want, which of course cost hundreds of dollars more. She told me the mattress I wanted to buy would be a 2 month wait, when I went to leave she “magically” found 1 in stock at the warehouse 5 minutes away. Then they couldn’t deliver AT ALL. Only perk was a small discount for no delivery. I give 2 stars because I was able to purchase the mattress I wanted but no more because of the obvious sales tactics to get me to purchase a mattress well over $2k.

Was immediately assisted when I walked in by Sean. He was very nice and helped me figure out which mattress was the best fit. Randy was already assisting another customer, but once they finished up and left, he jumped in to help me as well. Both of them moved mattresses around to help me find my perfect fit. Although they didn’t have my specific mattress and size in stock at the store, they were able to get it all set up for me to choose to pick it up the next day at the warehouse or have it delivered. i choose to pick it up myself as the warehouse was just a 10min drive (if that). In addition to all this, they also printed off a paper copy of all the info for pick up. Hands down the absolute best experience I’ve ever had buying a mattress. Not only did I get exactly what I wanted, but I got it for a great price and awesome warranty. The outstanding customer service was just a huge plus!!
