Cat was a pleasure to work with today. Low pressure sales and if you explain what you want and dont want she will steer you to the right mattress. I bought a hybrid mattress so I did not need delivery as it came in a box. However before I was even walking out of the door Chris was already outside with the mattress ready to put it in my truck. Great customer service and I always like to support small locally owned businesses and their prices are competitive. 100% would recommend Columbus Mattress Wholesale if you like to support local small business, like low pressure attentative sales approach and want a good price on a new bed/mattress.

Needed a full boxspring in a hurry. The young lady working there was extremely helpful and I was out in a couple of minutes. I offered her a tip on the wsy out and she politely refused. Pure professionalism!

Bought a bed Columbusmattersswholesales, and the Quality of the bed terrible I have back pain, shoulder pain and I burn up by just laying on it more then 30mins, I can’t even sleep on the mattress. The couch in my living-room is more comfortable. so I do not recommend because they do not know the quality of their mattresses even the guy comments and said I don’t know why this bed still here it’s so soft, that’s a lie it’s like a block and Its supposed to be a memory foam yeah, no refund, no return. Well I wonder why cause the bed Quality terrible. Just trying to make a buck !!!

I’ve been searching for a mattress and did not want to initially spend $1000-$2000 for a quality mattress so I remained patient and did a Google search and COLUMBUS WHOLESALE MATTRESS popped up first on a Google ad. I called in and Chris was very polite answering my questions so I filled out the 90 day same as cash option; got approved and went in to the store where I was greeted by Cat very friendly and she assisted me quickly in selecting a King Size mattress at a fraction of the cost. Very high quality 14 inch gel foam. I’m very pleased and she sent me on my way with a complimentary Alexa Wand.

Great customer service except it doesnt follow all the way through. My bed, dresser and night stand was delivered. Not only am left putting together my box spring and bed frame, but also taking the dresser and night stand out the boxes. My opinion is if a person spends over $500 everything should be put together by them. But I guess thats what happens for us single parents who dont have the money for tips. Well played Columbus Mattress.

I came here looking for a new bed thinking i was getting a great deal. I had cash in hand the lady that helped me talked me into getting the financing program they had. (Why spend $700 today when you have 90 days same as cash) . well i made 3 payments already i call to do my payout on the bed to find out they charged me way more it is NOT same as cash. I call and question like i was looking for a bed the guy chris tells me yes its 90 days same as cash then i call him out on it and he says its on the financing company etc. So do not believe when they say it is 90 days same as cash i will never go back
