Great service! Very knowledgeable and gave us several options and let us make our own decision.We bought the base that lifted the head and feet and lumbar. We bought a cheaper mattress thinking that was better but went back 3 months later and switched the mattress for 2 single med and firm temper pedic and no questions asked.The single mattresses get delivered on Sunday and we can’t wait! Made a purchase from this location the customer service was awesome soon as I walked in Maurice showed and a another gentleman showed me a few mattress options that were in my price range. I ordered the Sleepys memory foam mattress snug 8 the first one I received was a little defective it wouldnt fold down or form correctly I was able to get a replacement that same week. The mattress works well for my back no more sleepless nights. Would definitely recommend anyone who is in search of a mattress to shop here!

Hi I have been to this location several times with a lot of questions. Samuel is the person that helped me how he tried to find the best prices for the best quality and answered all my questions. I believe if you go to this location you should really want to speak with him he’s very helpful. My experience at the Sawmill store was pleasant ...from the time I walked into the store, until I left.I was approached by Ellen, who proceeded to determine what my specific needs were. She was very professional, and personable in sharing information that would help in making a choice for the right mattress. One thing that REALLY impressed me about her, was that she was a very good listener. When leading me to different mattresses to experience my comfort level, she took the time to point out the similarities and differences in how they were constructed. I not only ‘listened’ to what my body was telling me, but became educated just enough about the types and prices to help me make an educated decision. I never once felt pressure to purchase, She figured out a comparison of cost (once I narrowed my choices to two types) and felt comfortable in leaving me alone to ‘explore & ‘retry’ the comfort level again. She didn’t waste my time in trying to show me ALL the mattresses available. That’s where it was evident that she had ‘listened’...certainly a good trait for a successful sales person to utilize.I could keep going on & on about my experience and how impressed I was with Ellen’s skills, but I think you’ve gotten the idea! She’s a good, low-pressure sales person, and I will surely look her up in a year or so when I will probably be purchasing an additional bed!! I DEFINITELY would recommend the experience to anyone!

My boyfriend and I needed to find the right king mattress for us and were honestly really overwhelmed with all the choices. Abby helped us right away and was solely focused on getting us the perfect mattress and nothing else! We felt confident that we were getting a pretty good deal because Abby was working with us on sales and other offers. But then we found out they had a daily deal where a $1300 mattress was being sold for $600 and we couldnt be happier with the deal, the guarantees and the warranty we are getting. So happy!! Have used this place for mattresses in the past and was pleased with the result so we decided to try it for new pillows. Husband is a pillow connoisseur and I have neck issues. Sales person took the time to find a pillow for each of our needs. Well worth the money and great to know we will wake up rested.

The associates in the store were knowledgeable and very helpful! We were given many options and lots of good information before we made our choice.I was very disappointed however, that not one associate sprayed the mattresses we sat/laid on with disinfectant. In this time of COVID, if anyone asks me if mattress firm is safe, my answer would be maybe not. Associates did wear masks, which was great.

Finding the right mattress can be daunting, as it’s a commitment for the next 10+ years of your sleeping life! The staff here were very helpful. I originally went into Mattress Firm looking for a mattress that I saw online. She brought several mattresses out for me to try. Since I had just begun shopping for a mattress, I went to several other stores. Ultimately I was back at Mattress Firm purchasing a different mattress that she had selected while I was gone when I came back through the door which I was happy that she suggested this other mattress It was much more comfortable and just a little more in cost. My sister even bought a mattress while we were standing there.
