Let me start off by saying we accidentally came in without an appointment without realizing it but Ben and Josh still gave us great customer service. (Obviously I recommend making an appointment still). The show room was clean and organized and their system of organizing their mattresses by price was great. Ben and Josh treated you almost like a friend or family instead of a customer which I really appreciated. Mattresses are the cheapest weve seen but high quality. We also got a frame and mattress protector with our mattress. Delivery was quick but friendly. We had a great experience. We will come back when we buy another mattress.

We spent the first 20 or so minutes just chatting like old friends (on that note, Josh if you read this please check out the game “Among Us”, it’s available on mobile and it’s a blast). He did not pressure me in any way to make a purchase, and the mattress I picked is awesome. I have insomnia and I have been sleeping better already. My husband and I came in today 7/7 not knowing what to expect. Josh immediately made us feel comfortable and offered us a drink (my husband obviously had a beer) From start to finish, Josh was extremely kind, patient, and respectful. He explained the differences in all the mattresses and was very calm when we took our time trying to pick which one. Bought a mattress from CBUS Mattress and couldn’t be happier. High quality grade mattresses for a competitive price! Unlike most furniture stores, their salesman was more interested on finding the perfect mattress for me rather then trying to sell me the most expensive one. If you are looking for a new mattress or a well deserved upgraded mattress, you are wasting your time going to any other mattress store.

My husband and I had been putting off buying a mattress due to past experiences with sales people. However, this is by far the best experience we have had with buying a mattress yet. Went today with my husband to get a bad. First off I love the environment there. Cozy and personal and not filled with people and distractions. He ranges the beds based off how you sleep and price point and it is organized so well. Phenomenal experience at Cbus Mattress. I never buy from the first place I visit but we had such a great experience that there wasn’t any reason to look further. Joshua the sales guy is like the freakin Stephen Hawking of mattresses. Dude really knows his stuff. Felt super comfortable. No pressure at all. The day of delivery his delivery peeps had a conflict so he delivered it himself to make good on the promise to have it there the day BEFORE he said it would be in. This was the first mattress store I had been to and had no idea what I should be looking for (other than a comfortable mattress that wouldnt bust the bank). The owner, Ben, was very knowledgeable and gave me an overview of the types of mattresses that were on the market and which were available at his store.Ive had my mattress for a year this week and am still thrilled with my purchase. Ben helped me find a mattress that fit my needs and my student-sized budget. I made an appointment with Ben at a time that worked for me and he was very accommodating when I needed to change the appointment time. I was very impressed with his friendliness and professionalism.I thought it was strange that I would need an appointment to visit a furniture store, but Ben pointed out that this is because he is (or was at the time) basically a one-man-business. Apparently, appointments allowed him to run the business more efficiently. Makes sense to me.I was surprised at the location of the business -- it doesnt have a typical store front. Dont be weirded out when your GPS takes you to what looks like a bunch of warehouses. Just look for the CBUS sign, ring the doorbell, and Ben will be waiting for you inside with a smile and a firm handshake.

Its kind of mindblowing how good this experience was, and both my wife and I were not happy about having to go mattress shopping when we set out to do this. Within an hour, wed narrowed down exactly what we wanted and at a price we were happy with. Ben is fundamentally good at this, so he knows how to help you through the process. Hes also incredibly flexible, right down to helping us hunt down a bed frame after our old one broke right before delivery.

We needed a mattress set for our five year old and were hoping to bring something home today. A friend recommended checking our C*Bus Mattress and I’m so glad we did! At other chain stores we were shown some cheap looking mattresses and told about the quality that you will get what you pay for and that no one looks for twin mattresses anymore. Etc etc. But the owner at CBUS understood our need and we got a good offer as well. I had an amazing experience with Ben. My girlfriend and I went in to look at mattresses and we had it picked out and delivered to her house in that same hour! He was willing to bring the mattress to me. I have never slept this good, usually I wake up constantly throughout the night but, with the bed I purchased I slept throughout the night. The 2 kittens, boyfriend, and 3 year old boxer slept throughout the night on it also.Definitely going back next week for another purchase!! Ben works by private appointment only, which meant we had a full hour of undivided attention. We brought our young son with us and Ben knew intuitively to set up a fun kid’s show for him to watch while my partner and I tried out different mattresses. Ben was friendly and knowledgeable in helping us pick out a new mattress for our king bed and then a few months later - a mattress for our son’s full size bed. Ben could tell us if certain firmness would benefit our shoulders, hips, backs, etc. Delivery was free and within a week of ordering! Ben also refers all of his clients to a donation center which sends out a truck to pick up your old mattress for free!

This was actually one of the better buying experiences Ive had. We walked in to a very professional and organized set up, and because we had an appointment, we had the whole place to ourselves. Ben, the guy that own and operates CBUS, was super nice and very knowledgeable about the different kinds of mattresses and types of sleepers (side, back, stomach), and he helped us choose the right one for us. So I waited to write this review just to make sure my bed was just as good as it was the day I bought it and I can say its still an awesome bed. I would highly recommend Ben to friends and family. Even the pillows are great. The best part about it though is how easy going he is and how motivated he is in helping you get he bed you want and get it to you for an affordable price you can do.

Although I did spend more than I had budgeted for, I am totally satisfied with the mattress I got from CBUS Mattress and Furniture. The mattress I chose is really comfy and I feel like Ive already been sleeping better. Ben is really great with making sure youre happy with your purchase. CBUS mattress is the best place to go, we love our new mattress and our son loves his. They focus in on the way you sleep to help better the choice for you and give some really good discounts. Ben was awesome! Great experience and great mattress. Ben even delivered a new split box spring to our house in under an hour when we were moving and couldn’t get an old box spring up the stairs.

Shopping for a mattress is usually kind of a pain but the prices here were much better. They know what they are talking about, and I liked the fact that by making an appointment they focused on us and didn’t have to run back and forth between other customers. I love my mattress! I bought a better one than I could have from Macys or The Mattress Firm.

This is by far the best place to buy a mattress. Not only are the prices low but Ben is one of the most professional and kind people I have met. He was definitely a breath of fresh air after going to Mattress firm and having a team of salesmen try to sell me a bed I didnt want for a ridiculous price. Ben was not focused on selling me a bed. He was more focused on the needs of my girlfriend and I to make sure we got the best bed for the best price. The mattress he helped us pick out ended up being half the price that was offered at mattress firm and he even threw in a mattress protector and sheets free of charge. Me and my girlfriend just moved from California to Ohio and we needed a mattress asap. Unlike other places that say they do same day delivery (like mattress firm), Ben actually delivered our bed same day. Ben is trust worthy and deserving of more business.

Hes worked in the mattress realm for many years in many different capacities, so he really understands the product he is selling. While he doesnt have a glamorous store front on the outside like other mattress stores, he makes up for it by selling mattresses at discounted value due to the lower overhead costs, which is honestly the smartest business plan. Ben is not like a normal salesman that tries to push you to buy a product, he lets you decide for yourself at your own pace (unlike other places I have visited).Added bonus: the monthly specials. We exited the store paying for a (luxurious) king size mattress at a quarter of the cost, free pillows, free mattress protector, and free delivery.After finding his business online through a Google search, I thought it was too good to be true.
