Huge selection of items. Considerably more expensive than your average home goods store selections. The employees on the floor are kind but they ask if they can help you every 5 mins. The ladies at the checkout are so rude. I put my items on the counter and she just stood there do i pushed my stuff closer to her and she still just stood there. I kept looking back and forth at both cashiers and they both just stood there like robots. Im like can I check out? She scanned my stuff and just threw it into the bag(candles). I paid and walked out and that was that.

I have a real weakness for kitchen appliances and gadgets. I have frequented this store for years. They probably think Ii have a very limited social life or Im a stalker. But to the point, they have a wide range of products both in selection and price. Kohls and Macys also have decent kitchen ware departments, but unlike them Bed Bath and Beyond actually has clerks available to help you with questions and find products. I have heard for a couple of years BB&B was experiencing financial pressure and closing stores. I was a little concerned on my last visit at the amount of empty shelf space. I dont know if this is a reflection of those financial issues or the inability of manufacturers to supply goods. I wouldnt hang on to those 20 percent coupons too long.

Quick in and out but masks are preferred. You do not have to however. Be safe and know your surroundings.

It was an awful experience. Two little girls bought 3 body sprays for a blistering 75 American dollars. Needless to say two of these extra cheap sprays didnt work. So ten seconds after standing in line for 20 minutes to check out..... We had to stand back in 2 more lines for 20 minutes each in order to get ones that actually worked..... No customers service. Zero and nasty

Understaffed. Some great deals, but it seemed understocked and empty in most areas. Im sure that has much to do with the time of year and being understaffed.Otherwise the cashier and other sales associates who were busy helping others (that I saw and heard) were professional, helpful and vested. So that - at ANYTIME of the year is a plus.

Clean,organized,but very little staff presence

Well my shopping here started out great. I had plenty of items in my buggy buy. Then I was asked if I was finding everything ok and I was. The second question I was asked was do I need a mask and I answered no then I was told it was store policy. So I left i will not spend my money anywhere where I am told I have to where a mask. To me thats the same as taking the number of the beast. This business can leave Columbus because me or my family will never shop there again.

I picked up a few containers for my pantry. I noticed they did not have enough so the clerk placed an order for me online. Just wished I could have had a coupon for the order. Afterwards I was able to get things set up on my phone to receive the beyond + discounts from now on .

Love this store. Great selection of stuff. Every thing you can think of and more. A sales lady named crystal was so helpful and sweet. She knew where everything I needed was. I always look for her when I go in. If I have a question I no she has the answer. The quality of everything in the store is great. Did I say they have Everything you need or want. While in your Columbus, Ga. store today, I experienced a diabetic episode with dizziness, fainting and feeling completely disoriented. Members of your staff (Trina, Sheree and another young lady I cant remember her name) quickly assessed the situation and addressed my medical needs and stayed with me until I had ingested some nutrition and water (which they so kindly provided) and recovered sufficiently to leave the store. At this point, Trina walked me to my vehicle and waited at my door until she was certain I could get home safely. All this in addition to finding the correct bridal registry, ringing up my purchase and wrapping my gift. Trina even asked me to call the store upon arrival at my home to make sure I arrived without incident.I cannot say enough to thank these wonderful ladies and trust you will acknowledge their efforts with regard to their patrons. I am blessed to have these ladies come into my life. God bless them all.💗

Very helpful staff. They have pretty much anything you can imagine in this store. We get mailings all the time with 10%-20% off and will go and buy whatever we need, so the prices are pretty good.

Great selection of items for the home and helpful staff members. The aisles and merchandise are stocked a little too close to comfortably maneuver a cart so Im not sure how easy it would be to shop for someone in a wheelchair. Otherwise, I love shopping here.

I feel like this store is more crowded and yet has less stuff. I know that doesnt make sense. When I go in, the aisles are crowded and difficult to navigate, but when I try to find something (this last trip I was shopping for glasses) there is very little selection. It also seems dirty all the time now. I feel like this store has gone down hill and I dont enjoy shopping here anymore. Several years ago I would go in just to browse and shop. Now I only go in if Im going for something particular then I get out as soon as I pick up that item.

Store manager in the Columbus GA store does not accept online coupons from your phone in thetstore. Called the main branch and they said they do honor coupons on line in the store. So whats up with that

Always a wonderful place to take time and relax while walking around.

So clutter walking in. Hard to get into and out of the store. Really seems like a fire hazard spot. No cash register are ever open just the customer service desk, gets confusing since all the stuff is blocking not sure were the line goes since its not set up for long lines. Also when purchasing when we were next in line she just walked away then came back. It was the store manager too, so rude. Didnt even say sorry be right with you or I just need a second. She just walked away.

1/24/2021 - I have rethink my review on this. Everything still applies except the staff has nothing better to do than follow you around. I was security at one point I get it, but when your so obvious that I just stop and stare at you for following me you may lose yourself a return customer. Employee in his 50s just couldnt help himself to staying no more than 6 feet from me throughout the entire store. It doesnt make shopping fun or enjoyable.Good selection, moderate reasonable pricing and helpful staff. Nothing unusual about this chain store. The staff was busy and always asking other customers if they need help.

My biggest gripe is when I look online for specific items, the web says this store doesnt have the item in stock, but when I get in the store (within 30 minutes of looking) not only does it have what I was looking for, many other items that looked like they werent in stock actually are.

Smelly so I rarely visit. Went to the Columbus store because I needed a large towel for an extremely tall person. Only one I could find that met my requirements had 2 small spots. Clearance was still $29.99, a savings of only $10.00 off the regular price. Asked the cashier if theyd discount. $10 off isnt really clearance in my opinion, especially if it has possible stains. She never offered to ask so I will look somewhere else. Gave them 4 stars, though, because employees were nice.

The personnel in the Columbus, Ga store, are very nice and helpful.

I love this store and dont have anything negative to say about it. If I was pressed to say something I would say I wished the store was much bigger so I could spend more time in there..lol

I continue to see why Amazon is putting these brick and mortar stores out of business...CUSTOMER SERVICE. No one asked me if I needed help when they saw me walking up and down the aisle...one girl got on the phone and pretended she was doing business. The person I did ask said the item was where I d been looking and pointed for me to go that way but DIDNT ask if Id seen what I was looking for or anything. Its like these folks dont care if I come in to buy anything or not. With such poor customer service, I might as well go home, get on my computer, and order exactly what I want from Amazon.
