I drive a Lincoln an my Husband drives a Cadillac. Dave at East side automotive is very professional .He will give you the breakdown on your car. And suggest what needs to be done in order From worst to lease important . My husband and I just had a lot of work done and still received our car back the same day. Even if he does keep your car you will get it back the next day. That is one of the things that is very important to me. My sister also goes there and he is phenomenal with her an she goes more than I do. I think I have been going about 5 years now and I have no Intentions on looking any further. He is honest and does not overcharge.

I have had a few cars in to be worked on, the owner is straight forward and always helps. I had brakes done, and they were worn before the warranty and he replaced them at only the cost of labor. A+ experience!

I learned of this place from a friend and I couldnt be happier with the result of the service work. They replaced the timing belt on my 09 Subaru, which for this vehicle is scheduled maintenance at 105,000, also replacing the water pump and the belts. I had been experiencing a whining noise from the power steering unit, and was thinking that I might need that replaced as well, but he tightened that belt and said the noise had gone away. Good place, honest folks.

Was very quick explained what I needed and reasonable. I left in my truck my wallet 80$ and phone. Everything was still there when I got my truck back.

I thought he was totally honest and great, but then I paid for a ball bearing and the next week the whole joint died, car not drivable. He figured out that my alternator was probably still under warranty from someone else and didnt charge me! Not sure any more whether to recommend or not. Maybe the problem with the ball bearing was really mine for not having enough money to fix everything, or maybe not. Wish I knew more about cars.

Honest mechanic, overheard him tell a customer that a repair would be $500, and he would not recommend fixing it. He could have easily taken the customers money. That was big in my eyes. I will be back!

The only place to take your car for any repairs. Its such a good shop you are lucky if they let you bring your car there. Always honest and fast, no unnecessary repairs done.

Too busy to service me. A whole week went by and I still haven’t received a call concerning my vehicle. When I called I was rushed off the phone nearly hung up on and told they were busy no one is in the office they will call back later and here we are a whole week later. Ridiculous I will go where I’m respected and money appreciated.
