Really happy I chose to come to this Tire Store in Cleveland. I came in due to a puncture in one of my tires and checked my Truck in with Anthony. They took the time to evaluate my tires and find that I had 2 punctures not just one, which was news to me. My vehicle was seen promptly, my issue addressed quickly, and repaired properly. This gives me peace of mind knowing my tires are in good shape, being that I work on the road and spend a lot of time traveling. Mr. Lorenzo. is such a professional, courteous worker. He alone with all employees will take their time, explain to you in a manner you can understand what is going on with your vehicle. Lorenzo, the manager, always takes good care of me and makes sure my car is working perfectly. I came in early for a nail in my left rear tire and I was welcomed in by friendly people and my car was immediately taken back to get fixed.

Goodyear in cleveland Mississippi will mess your car up and not accpept responsibility. I had issues in the past but i tried them again! I went in with a good car drive 18 miles and my motor went out! They blamed me! Ive heard stories in Chicago as well! Go to walmarts or firestone! Dnt use Cleveland Mississippi Goodyear if you love yiur car! Technician had earphones listening to music manager was not there to approve! They blamed me! 18 miles and my motor blew and they blame me! Wow. Dnt use the cleveland mississippi location! They will screw you! One time they broke my oil pan screw! Over priced,do things you didnt asked them to do then over change you for things they think you need.without asking you. I told my sister to go there for some tires,they did 1,342 for some parts and labor.but no tires. They said they wouldnt feel safe with her riding with all those parts .a lie parts cost 112, but still no tires
