Still waiting on them to finish but they got me in right away took me under the car and showed me what was wrong and gave me a great deal on a price. I appreciate their willingness to work with me. After a not so pleasant experience the other day here this definitely makes up for it. I appreciate this place.

BE AWARE, Mike (owner/manager) was nice on the phone and was able to fit me in the same day for a simple flex pipe replacement (on the bottom of the car, not the hard ones going up the manifold) which he said could range from like 79 to 179. When I took my car there and they took a look, he tried to made it sound like it was going to be difficult due to whatever reasons so its going to cost 179. Which I know its not true, I know my exhaust system by heart and the flex pipes are out in the open where you have easy access to them and nothing is in their way. Theyre just trying to make extra money, well they made none instead. I said forget it. Went down the street to Henrys Marathon gas station with the shop next to it, and those Puerto Ricans did it without complaining for 80 dollars + 20 tip. One of the best weldings Ive seen. Ironic how a professional shop that specializes in exhaust work made a big deal about something that a general service shop did without a problem.

Took care of me right away, and was more affordable than most other places.

Quoted me 350, mufflers for less said nothing wrong with o 2 sensor welded it for 86 dollars saved over 250 call mufflers for less

I wouldnt recommend this shop if it was the last place on earth I have a simple car yet the guy which seems like the owner told me he would charge me 1000 dollars for brake service. On top of having my car a few days That is outrageous he was completely no help and took 20 minutes to even service me and i was the only customer waiting for service.

I gave Rainbow Muffler a call because my car was making a strange call. Mike answered, told me that he would fit me right in if I came to the shop right away. And true to his word he and his team had my car repaired in less than an hour!!!! I’ll definitely be going back whenever I need work done on my vehicles.

My mom went here to get her car looked at they tried to charge her over $600 and told her she needed things replaced that didnt need to get replaced. I had her gotgo affordable muffler they do an honest joband she only had to spend $150 to get one thing replaced the other things they said that were bad were not bad this is a shady business.

I would never ever recommend this place to anyone the manager mike was very rude they didnt fix my truck correctly it was suppose to be two converters that i paid for and i had tobtake it to another shop to get some other work done and found out that they had charged me for something that they never even gave me i am getting a lawyer about this and im reporting this company on clark ave to the consumers office in downtown Cleveland they can not get away with this im glad i took pictures of all this and have receipts for the work

They lie to women, They told someone 70 bucks for a brake line, got them in there and tried to jack up the price to 350 bucks, They are a ROB Shop avoid at all costsTook it elsewhere and it was only a 60 dollar job. Avoid this SHOP Unless you want Ripped OFF Seriously.

Was disappointed they could not get me they said I have to leave it there and come back I had no right home to leave it there so am looking around for other muffler places!

Worst mechanics ever . Dont ever bring your car here unless you want your car in worse condition than it already is. I took my car to get my control arm replaced here and then immediately went to superlube because they dont do alignments.What they found when they mounted the car up was my worst nightmare. The balljoints were not put together properly and the mechanics there told me it was a miracle my wheel didnt cave in. I had to pay an extra $220 for them to put it together my balljoints properly . Take your money somewhere professional please take my word for it !

My boyfriend brought his car here and they messed it up, came out worse than when he brought it in and their mistakes cost him $220 MORE!! We called and complained for them to fix it free of cost and they HUNG UP ON HIM!! That place is a joke. Don’t waste time and money.

Good work, costly though..For the customer thats new and young..Rainbow muffler IS NOT AFFILIATED with LBGTQ ownership only. Its was called this long before the rainbow was named the LBGTQ moto. Do not do a personal boycott on the business because of the sign.. Many do great work at a fair price.
